بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

1 [2:35] | Waqulna ya adamu oskunanta wazawjuka aljannata wakula minha raghadan haythushi/tuma wala taqraba hathihi alshshajaratafatakoona mina alththalimeena
| وقلنا يا آدم اسكن أنت وزوجك الجنة وكلا منها رغدا حيث شئتما ولا تقربا هذه الشجرة فتكونا من الظالمين وَقُلْنَا يَا آدَمُ اسْكُنْ أَنتَ وَزَوْجُكَ الْجَنَّةَ وَكُلاَ مِنْهَا رَغَداً حَيْثُ شِئْتُمَا وَلاَ تَقْرَبَا هَـذِهِ الشَّجَرَةَ فَتَكُونَا مِنَ الْظَّالِمِينَ |
Words | |وقلنا - And We said,| يا - O| آدم - "O Adam!| اسكن - Dwell| أنت - you| وزوجك - and your spouse| الجنة - (in) Paradise,| وكلا - and [you both] eat| منها - from it| رغدا - freely| حيث - (from) wherever| شئتما - you [both] wish.| ولا - But do not| تقربا - [you two] approach| هذه - this| الشجرة - [the] tree,| فتكونا - lest you [both] be| من - of| الظالمين - the wrongdoers."| |

| «አደም ሆይ! አንተ ከነሚስትህ በገነት ተቀመጥ፤ ከርሷም በፈለጋችሁት ስፍራ በሰፊው ተመገቡ፤ ግን ይህችን ዛፍ አትቅረቡ፤ ከበደለኞች ትኾናላችሁና» አልንም፡፡ |
آل الجلالين | { وقلنا يا آدم اسكن أنت } تأكيد للضمير المستتر ليعطف عليه { وزوجك } حواء بالمد وكان خلقها من ضلعه الأيسر { الجنة وكلا منها } أكلاً { رغداً } واسعا لاحجر فيه { حيث شئتما ولا تقربا هذه الشجرة } بالأكل منها وهى الحنطة أو الكرم أو غيرهما { فتكونا } فتصيرا { من الظالمين } العاصين. |
| Nenna: "a Adem, ezde$ keçç akked tmeîîut ik, di Loennet, eççet segs, s tawant, ayen i wen ihwan. Ur ppaéet ar ttejôa yagi, mulac a ppilim d imednas". |
মুহিউদ্দীন খান | এবং আমি আদমকে হুকুম করলাম যে, তুমি ও তোমার স্ত্রী জান্নাতে বসবাস করতে থাক এবং ওখানে যা চাও, যেখান থেকে চাও, পরিতৃপ্তিসহ খেতে থাক, কিন্তু এ গাছের নিকটবর্তী হয়ো না। অন্যথায় তোমরা যালিমদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত হয়ে পড়বে। |
Literal | And We said: "You Adam, reside/inhabit you and your wife/spouse the Paradise/treed garden, and you (B) eat from it easily/comfortably where/when you (B) wanted, and do not approach/near (B) this the tree, so you (B) become from the unjust/oppressors." |
Yusuf Ali | We said: "O Adam! dwell thou and thy wife in the Garden; and eat of the bountiful things therein as (where and when) ye will; but approach not this tree, or ye run into harm and transgression." |
Pickthal | And We said: O Adam! Dwell thou and thy wife in the Garden, and eat ye freely (of the fruits) thereof where ye will; but come not nigh this tree lest ye become wrong-doers. |
