| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[2:36] | Faazallahuma alshshaytanuAAanha faakhrajahuma mimma kanafeehi waqulna ihbitoo baAAdukum libaAAdinAAaduwwun walakum fee al-ardi mustaqarrun wamataAAunila heenin
|  فأزلهما الشيطان عنها فأخرجهما مما كانا فيه وقلنا اهبطوا بعضكم لبعض عدو ولكم في الأرض مستقر ومتاع إلى حين
فَأَزَلَّهُمَا الشَّيْطَانُ عَنْهَا فَأَخْرَجَهُمَا مِمَّا كَانَا فِيهِ وَقُلْنَا اهْبِطُواْ بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ وَّلَكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ مُسْتَقَرٌّ وَّمَتَاعٌ إِلَى حِينٍ |
| Words | |فأزلهما - Then made [both of] them slip| الشيطان - the Shaitaan| عنها - from it,| فأخرجهما - and he got [both of] them out| مما - from what| كانا - they [both] were| فيه - in [it].| وقلنا - And We said,| اهبطوا - "Go down (all of you),| بعضكم - some of you| لبعض - to others| عدو - (as) enemy;| ولكم - and for you| في - in| الأرض - the earth| مستقر - (is) a dwelling place| ومتاع - and a provision| إلى - for| حين - a period."| |

| ከርሷም ሰይጣን አዳለጣቸው በውስጡም ከነበሩበት (ድሎት) አወጣቸው፡፡ «ከፊላችሁም ለከፊሉ ጠላት ሲኾን ውረዱ፤ ለናንተም በምድር ላይ እስከ ጊዜ (ሞታችሁ) ድረስ መርጊያና መጣቀሚያ አላችሁ» አልናቸው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { فأزلَّهما الشيطان } إبليس أذهبهما، وفي قراءة ـ فأزالهما ـ نحَّاهما { عنها } أي الجنة بأن قال لهما : هل أدلُّكما على شجرة الخلد وقاسمهما بالله إنه لهما لمن الناصحين فأكلا منها { فأخرجهما مما كانا فيه } من النعيم { وقلنا اهبطوا } إلى الأرض أي أنتما بما اشتملتما عليه من ذريتكما { بعضكم } بعض الذرية { لبعض عدوُّ } من ظلم بعضكم بعضاً { ولكم في الأرض مستقرُّ } موضع قرار { ومتاع } ما تتمتعون به من نباتها { إلى حين } وقت انقضاء آجالكم. |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | অনন্তর শয়তান তাদের উভয়কে ওখান থেকে পদস্খলিত করেছিল। পরে তারা যে সুখ-স্বাচ্ছন্দ্যে ছিল তা থেকে তাদেরকে বের করে দিল এবং আমি বললাম, তোমরা নেমে যাও। তোমরা পরস্পর একে অপরের শক্র হবে এবং তোমাদেরকে সেখানে কিছুকাল অবস্থান করতে হবে ও লাভ সংগ্রহ করতে হবে। |
| Literal | So the devil made them (B) slip/fall/sin from it, so he brought them (B) out from what they were (B) in it, and We said: "Descend/decline some of you to some (are) an enemy and for you in the earth/Planet Earth (is) settlement and long life/enjoyment to a time ." |
| Yusuf Ali | Then did Satan make them slip from the (garden), and get them out of the state (of felicity) in which they had been. We said: "Get ye down, all (ye people), with enmity between yourselves. On earth will be your dwelling-place and your means of livelihood - for a time." |
| Pickthal | But Satan caused them to deflect therefrom and expelled them from the (happy) state in which they were; and We said: Fall down, one of you a foe unto the other! There shall be for you on earth a habitation and provision for a time. |

| Sarwar | Satan made Adam and his spouse err and caused them to abandon the state in which they had been living. Then We said, "Descend, you are each other's enemies! The earth will be a dwelling place for you and it will provide you with sustenance for an appointed time. |
