| 1 [3:61] | Faman hajjaka feehi min baAAdi majaaka mina alAAilmi faqul taAAalaw nadAAu abnaanawaabnaakum wanisaana wanisaakumwaanfusana waanfusakum thumma nabtahil fanajAAal laAAnataAllahi AAala alkathibeena |  فمن حاجك فيه من بعد ما جاءك من العلم فقل تعالوا ندع أبناءنا وأبناءكم ونساءنا ونساءكم وأنفسنا وأنفسكم ثم نبتهل فنجعل لعنت الله على الكاذبينفَمَنْ حَآجَّكَ فِيهِ مِن بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَكَ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ فَقُلْ تَعَالَوْاْ نَدْعُ أَبْنَاءَنَا وَأَبْنَاءَكُمْ وَنِسَاءَنَا وَنِسَاءَكُمْ وَأَنفُسَنَا وأَنفُسَكُمْ ثُمَّ نَبْتَهِلْ فَنَجْعَل لَّعْنَتَ اللّهِ عَلَى الْكَاذِبِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فمن - Then whoever| حاجك - argues (with) you| فيه - concerning it| من - from| بعد - after| ما - what| جاءك - came to you| من - of| العلم - the knowledge| فقل - then say,| تعالوا - "Come,| ندع - let us call| أبناءنا - our sons| وأبناءكم - and your sons,| ونساءنا - and our women| ونساءكم - and your women,| وأنفسنا - and ourselves| وأنفسكم - and yourselves,| ثم - then| نبتهل - let us pray humbly,| فنجعل - and [we] invoke| لعنت - the curse| الله - (of) Allah| على - on| الكاذبين - the liars.| | ||||||
| 2 [3:64] | Qul ya ahla alkitabi taAAalawila kalimatin sawa-in baynana wabaynakum allanaAAbuda illa Allaha wala nushrika bihishay-an wala yattakhitha baAAdunabaAAdan arbaban min dooni Allahi fa-intawallaw faqooloo ishhadoo bi-anna muslimoona | قل يا أهل الكتاب تعالوا إلى كلمة سواء بيننا وبينكم ألا نعبد إلا الله ولا نشرك به شيئا ولا يتخذ بعضنا بعضا أربابا من دون الله فإن تولوا فقولوا اشهدوا بأنا مسلمون قُلْ يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ تَعَالَوْاْ إِلَى كَلِمَةٍ سَوَاءٍ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ أَلاَّ نَعْبُدَ إِلاَّ اللّهَ وَلاَ نُشْرِكَ بِهِ شَيْئًا وَلاَ يَتَّخِذَ بَعْضُنَا بَعْضاً أَرْبَابًا مِّن دُونِ اللّهِ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْاْ فَقُولُواْ اشْهَدُواْ بِأَنَّا مُسْلِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| يا - O| أهل - "O People| الكتاب - (of) the Book!| تعالوا - Come| إلى - to| كلمة - a word| سواء - equitable| بيننا - between us| وبينكم - and between you -| ألا - that not| نعبد - we worship| إلا - except| الله - Allah,| ولا - and not| نشرك - we associate partners| به - with Him -| شيئا - anything| ولا - and not| يتخذ - take| بعضنا - some of us| بعضا - (to) others| أربابا - (as) lords| من - from| دون - besides| الله - Allah."| فإن - Then if| تولوا - they turn away,| فقولوا - then say,| اشهدوا - "Bear witness| بأنا - that we| مسلمون - (are) Muslims."| | ||||||
| 3 [3:167] | WaliyaAAlama allatheena nafaqoowaqeela lahum taAAalaw qatiloo fee sabeeli Allahiawi idfaAAoo qaloo law naAAlamu qitalan laittabaAAnakumhum lilkufri yawma-ithin aqrabu minhum lil-eemaniyaqooloona bi-afwahihim ma laysa fee quloobihim waAllahuaAAlamu bima yaktumoona | وليعلم الذين نافقوا وقيل لهم تعالوا قاتلوا في سبيل الله أو ادفعوا قالوا لو نعلم قتالا لاتبعناكم هم للكفر يومئذ أقرب منهم للإيمان يقولون بأفواههم ما ليس في قلوبهم والله أعلم بما يكتمون وَلِيَعْلَمَ الَّذِينَ نَافَقُواْ وَقِيلَ لَهُمْ تَعَالَوْاْ قَاتِلُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ أَوِ ادْفَعُواْ قَالُواْ لَوْ نَعْلَمُ قِتَالاً لاَّتَّبَعْنَاكُمْ هُمْ لِلْكُفْرِ يَوْمَئِذٍ أَقْرَبُ مِنْهُمْ لِلْإِيمَانِ يَقُولُونَ بِأَفْوَاهِهِم مَّا لَيْسَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ وَاللّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا يَكْتُمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وليعلم - And that He (might) make evident| الذين - those who| نافقوا - (are) hypocrites.| وقيل - And it was said| لهم - to them,| تعالوا - "Come,| قاتلوا - fight| في - in| سبيل - (the) way| الله - (of) Allah| أو - or| ادفعوا - defend."| قالوا - They said,| لو - "If| نعلم - we knew| قتالا - fighting| لاتبعناكم - certainly we (would have) followed you."| هم - They -| للكفر - to disbelief| يومئذ - that day| أقرب - (were) nearer| منهم - than [them]| للإيمان - to the faith,| يقولون - saying| بأفواههم - with their mouths| ما - what| ليس - was not| في - in| قلوبهم - their hearts.| والله - And Allah| أعلم - (is) Most Knowing| بما - of what| يكتمون - they conceal.| | ||||||
| 4 [4:61] | Wa-itha qeela lahum taAAalawila ma anzala Allahu wa-ila alrrasooliraayta almunafiqeena yasuddoona AAanka sudoodan | وإذا قيل لهم تعالوا إلى ما أنزل الله وإلى الرسول رأيت المنافقين يصدون عنك صدودا وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ تَعَالَوْاْ إِلَى مَا أَنزَلَ اللّهُ وَإِلَى الرَّسُولِ رَأَيْتَ الْمُنَافِقِينَ يَصُدُّونَ عَنكَ صُدُودًا | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| قيل - it is said| لهم - to them,| تعالوا - "Come| إلى - to| ما - what| أنزل - (has) revealed| الله - Allah| وإلى - and to| الرسول - the Messenger,"| رأيت - you see| المنافقين - the hypocrites| يصدون - turning away| عنك - from you| صدودا - (in) aversion.| | ||||||
| 5 [5:104] | Wa-itha qeela lahum taAAalawila ma anzala Allahu wa-ila alrrasooliqaloo hasbuna ma wajadnaAAalayhi abaana awa law kana abaohumla yaAAlamoona shay-an wala yahtadoona | وإذا قيل لهم تعالوا إلى ما أنزل الله وإلى الرسول قالوا حسبنا ما وجدنا عليه آباءنا أولو كان آباؤهم لا يعلمون شيئا ولا يهتدون وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ تَعَالَوْاْ إِلَى مَا أَنزَلَ اللّهُ وَإِلَى الرَّسُولِ قَالُواْ حَسْبُنَا مَا وَجَدْنَا عَلَيْهِ آبَاءَنَا أَوَلَوْ كَانَ آبَاؤُهُمْ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ شَيْئًا وَلاَ يَهْتَدُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| قيل - it is said| لهم - to them,| تعالوا - "Come| إلى - to| ما - what| أنزل - has (been) revealed| الله - (by) Allah| وإلى - and to| الرسول - the Messenger,"| قالوا - they said,| حسبنا - "Sufficient for us| ما - (is) what| وجدنا - we found| عليه - upon it| آباءنا - our forefathers."| أولو - Even though| كان - (that)| آباؤهم - their forefathers| لا - (were) not| يعلمون - knowing| شيئا - anything| ولا - and not| يهتدون - they (were) guided?| | ||||||
| 6 [6:151] | Qul taAAalaw atlu ma harramarabbukum AAalaykum alla tushrikoo bihi shay-an wabialwalidayniihsanan wala taqtuloo awladakum minimlaqin nahnu narzuqukum wa-iyyahum walataqraboo alfawahisha ma thahara minhawama batana wala taqtuloo alnnafsaallatee harrama Allahu illa bialhaqqithalikum wassakum bihi laAAallakum taAAqiloona | قل تعالوا أتل ما حرم ربكم عليكم ألا تشركوا به شيئا وبالوالدين إحسانا ولا تقتلوا أولادكم من إملاق نحن نرزقكم وإياهم ولا تقربوا الفواحش ما ظهر منها وما بطن ولا تقتلوا النفس التي حرم الله إلا بالحق ذلكم وصاكم به لعلكم تعقلون قُلْ تَعَالَوْاْ أَتْلُ مَا حَرَّمَ رَبُّكُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ أَلاَّ تُشْرِكُواْ بِهِ شَيْئًا وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ إِحْسَانًا وَلاَ تَقْتُلُواْ أَوْلاَدَكُم مِّنْ إمْلاَقٍ نَّحْنُ نَرْزُقُكُمْ وَإِيَّاهُمْ وَلاَ تَقْرَبُواْ الْفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ وَلاَ تَقْتُلُواْ النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللّهُ إِلاَّ بِالْحَقِّ ذَلِكُمْ وَصَّاكُمْ بِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| تعالوا - "Come,| أتل - I will recite| ما - what| حرم - has prohibited| ربكم - your Lord| عليكم - to you.| ألا - That (do) not| تشركوا - associate| به - with Him| شيئا - anything,| وبالوالدين - and with the parents| إحسانا - (be) good,| ولا - and (do) not| تقتلوا - kill| أولادكم - your children| من - (out) of| إملاق - poverty,| نحن - We| نرزقكم - provide for you| وإياهم - and for them.| ولا - And (do) not| تقربوا - go near| الفواحش - [the] immoralities| ما - what| ظهر - (is) apparent| منها - of them| وما - and what| بطن - (is) concealed.| ولا - And (do) not| تقتلوا - kill| النفس - the soul| التي - which| حرم - has (been) forbidden| الله - (by) Allah| إلا - except| بالحق - by (legal) right.| ذلكم - That| وصاكم - (He) has enjoined on you| به - with it,| لعلكم - so that you may| تعقلون - use reason."| | ||||||
| 7 [63:5] | Wa-itha qeela lahum taAAalawyastaghfir lakum rasoolu Allahi lawwaw ruoosahumwaraaytahum yasuddoona wahum mustakbiroona | وإذا قيل لهم تعالوا يستغفر لكم رسول الله لووا رءوسهم ورأيتهم يصدون وهم مستكبرون وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ تَعَالَوْا يَسْتَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ لَوَّوْا رُؤُوسَهُمْ وَرَأَيْتَهُمْ يَصُدُّونَ وَهُم مُّسْتَكْبِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| قيل - it is said| لهم - to them,| تعالوا - "Come,| يستغفر - will ask forgiveness| لكم - for you| رسول - (the) Messenger| الله - (of) Allah."| لووا - They turn aside| رءوسهم - their heads| ورأيتهم - and you see them| يصدون - turning away| وهم - while they| مستكبرون - (are) arrogant.| | ||||||
