1 [3:64] | Qul ya ahla alkitabi taAAalawila kalimatin sawa-in baynana wabaynakum allanaAAbuda illa Allaha wala nushrika bihishay-an wala yattakhitha baAAdunabaAAdan arbaban min dooni Allahi fa-intawallaw faqooloo ishhadoo bi-anna muslimoona
| قل يا أهل الكتاب تعالوا إلى كلمة سواء بيننا وبينكم ألا نعبد إلا الله ولا نشرك به شيئا ولا يتخذ بعضنا بعضا أربابا من دون الله فإن تولوا فقولوا اشهدوا بأنا مسلمون قُلْ يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ تَعَالَوْاْ إِلَى كَلِمَةٍ سَوَاءٍ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ أَلاَّ نَعْبُدَ إِلاَّ اللّهَ وَلاَ نُشْرِكَ بِهِ شَيْئًا وَلاَ يَتَّخِذَ بَعْضُنَا بَعْضاً أَرْبَابًا مِّن دُونِ اللّهِ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْاْ فَقُولُواْ اشْهَدُواْ بِأَنَّا مُسْلِمُونَ |
Words | |قل - Say,| يا - O| أهل - "O People| الكتاب - (of) the Book!| تعالوا - Come| إلى - to| كلمة - a word| سواء - equitable| بيننا - between us| وبينكم - and between you -| ألا - that not| نعبد - we worship| إلا - except| الله - Allah,| ولا - and not| نشرك - we associate partners| به - with Him -| شيئا - anything| ولا - and not| يتخذ - take| بعضنا - some of us| بعضا - (to) others| أربابا - (as) lords| من - from| دون - besides| الله - Allah."| فإن - Then if| تولوا - they turn away,| فقولوا - then say,| اشهدوا - "Bear witness| بأنا - that we| مسلمون - (are) Muslims."| |

| የመጽሐፉ ባለቤቶች ሆይ! በእኛና በእናንተ መካከል ትክክል ወደ ኾነች ቃል ኑ፡፡ (እርሷም) አላህን እንጅ ሌላን ላንገዛ፣ በርሱም ምንንም ላናጋራ፣ ከፊላችንም ከፊሉን ከአላህ ሌላ አማልክት አድርጎ ላይይዝ ነው፤ በላቸው፡፡ እምቢ ቢሉም፡- እኛ ሙስሊሞች መኾናችንን መስክሩ በሏቸው፡፡ |
آل الجلالين | { قل يا أهل الكتاب } اليهود والنصارى { تعالوا إلى كلمة سواءٍ } مصدر بمعنى مستو أمرها { بيننا وبينكم } هي { أ } ن { لا نعبد إلا الله ولا نشرك به شيئا ولا يتخذ بعضنا أربابا من دون الله } كما اتخذتم الأحبار والرهبان { فإن تولَّوْا } أعرضوا عن التوحيد { فقولوا } أنتم لهم { اشهدوا بأنا مسلمون } موحدون . |
| Ini: "a yAt Tezmamt! Yyaw ar wawal azduklan garane$ yidwen. A naâbed siwa Öebbi, ur aS nepcarak acemma; ur pparan, kra segne$ kra, d iôebbiten, war Öebbi". Ma wexxôen, init: "cehhdet ar nekwni d imvuâen". |
মুহিউদ্দীন খান | বলুনঃ ‘হে আহলে-কিতাবগণ! একটি বিষয়ের দিকে আস-যা আমাদের মধ্যে ও তোমাদের মধ্যে সমান-যে, আমরা আল্লাহ ছাড়া অন্য কারও ইবাদত করব না, তাঁর সাথে কোন শরীক সাব্যস্ত করব না এবং একমাত্র আল্লাহকে ছাড়া কাউকে পালনকর্তা বানাব না। তারপর যদি তারা স্বীকার না করে, তাহলে বলে দাও যে, ‘সাক্ষী থাক আমরা তো অনুগত। |
Literal | Say: "You people (of) The Book, come to a word equal/straight, between us and you, that we do not worship except God, and we do not share/make partners with Him a thing, and (we) do not take some of us, some (as) lords from other than God." So if they turned away, so say: "Witness/testify with that (we are) submitters/surrenderers/Moslems." |
Yusuf Ali | Say: "O People of the Book! come to common terms as between us and you: That we worship none but Allah; that we associate no partners with him; that we erect not, from among ourselves, Lords and patrons other than Allah." If then they turn back, say ye: "Bear witness that we (at least) are Muslims (bowing to Allah's Will). |
Pickthal | Say: O People of the Scripture!
