| 1 [5:67] | Ya ayyuha alrrasooluballigh ma onzila ilayka min rabbika wa-in lam tafAAal famaballaghta risalatahu waAllahu yaAAsimukamina alnnasi inna Allaha la yahdeealqawma alkafireena |  يا أيها الرسول بلغ ما أنزل إليك من ربك وإن لم تفعل فما بلغت رسالته والله يعصمك من الناس إن الله لا يهدي القوم الكافرينيَا أَيُّهَا الرَّسُولُ بَلِّغْ مَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ مِن رَّبِّكَ وَإِن لَّمْ تَفْعَلْ فَمَا بَلَّغْتَ رِسَالَتَهُ وَاللّهُ يَعْصِمُكَ مِنَ النَّاسِ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْكَافِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O| الرسول - Messenger!| بلغ - Convey| ما - what| أنزل - has been revealed| إليك - to you| من - from| ربك - your Lord,| وإن - and if| لم - not| تفعل - you do| فما - then not| بلغت - you (have) conveyed| رسالته - His Message.| والله - And Allah| يعصمك - will protect you| من - from| الناس - the people.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| لا - (does) not| يهدي - guide| القوم - the people,| الكافرين - the disbelieving.| | ||||||
| 2 [6:19] | Qul ayyu shay-in akbaru shahadatanquli Allahu shaheedun baynee wabaynakum waoohiyailayya hatha alqur-anu li-onthirakum bihiwaman balagha a-innakum latashhadoona anna maAAa Allahi alihatanokhra qul la ashhadu qul innama huwa ilahunwahidun wa-innanee baree-on mimma tushrikoona | قل أي شيء أكبر شهادة قل الله شهيد بيني وبينكم وأوحي إلي هذا القرآن لأنذركم به ومن بلغ أئنكم لتشهدون أن مع الله آلهة أخرى قل لا أشهد قل إنما هو إله واحد وإنني بريء مما تشركون قُلْ أَيُّ شَيْءٍ أَكْبَرُ شَهَادَةً قُلِ اللّهُ شَهِيدٌ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكُمْ وَأُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ هَذَا الْقُرْآنُ لِأُنذِرَكُم بِهِ وَمَن بَلَغَ أَئِنَّكُمْ لَتَشْهَدُونَ أَنَّ مَعَ اللّهِ آلِهَةً أُخْرَى قُل لاَّ أَشْهَدُ قُلْ إِنَّمَا هُوَ إِلَـهٌ وَاحِدٌ وَإِنَّنِي بَرِيءٌ مِّمَّا تُشْرِكُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| أي - "What| شيء - thing| أكبر - (is) greatest| شهادة - (as) a testimony?"| قل - Say,| الله - "Allah| شهيد - (is) Witness| بيني - between me| وبينكم - and between you,| وأوحي - and has been revealed| إلي - to me| هذا - this| القرآن - [the] Quran| لأنذركم - that I may warn you| به - with it| ومن - and whoever| بلغ - it reaches.| أئنكم - Do you truly| لتشهدون - testify| أن - that| مع - with| الله - Allah| آلهة - (there are) gods| أخرى - other?"| قل - Say,| لا - Not| أشهد - (do) I testify.| قل - Say,| إنما - "Only| هو - He| إله - (is) God,| واحد - One.| وإنني - and indeed, I am| بريء - free| مما - of what| تشركون - you associate (with Him).| | ||||||
| 3 [12:22] | Walamma balagha ashuddahu ataynahuhukman waAAilman wakathalika najzee almuhsineena | ولما بلغ أشده آتيناه حكما وعلما وكذلك نجزي المحسنين وَلَمَّا بَلَغَ أَشُدَّهُ آتَيْنَاهُ حُكْمًا وَعِلْمًا وَكَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُحْسِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولما - And when| بلغ - he reached| أشده - his maturity,| آتيناه - We gave him| حكما - wisdom| وعلما - and knowledge.| وكذلك - And thus| نجزي - We reward| المحسنين - the good-doers.| | ||||||
| 4 [18:86] | Hatta itha balaghamaghriba alshshamsi wajadaha taghrubu fee AAaynin hami-atinwawajada AAindaha qawman qulna ya thaalqarnayni imma an tuAAaththiba wa-imma antattakhitha feehim husnan | حتى إذا بلغ مغرب الشمس وجدها تغرب في عين حمئة ووجد عندها قوما قلنا يا ذا القرنين إما أن تعذب وإما أن تتخذ فيهم حسنا حَتَّى إِذَا بَلَغَ مَغْرِبَ الشَّمْسِ وَجَدَهَا تَغْرُبُ فِي عَيْنٍ حَمِئَةٍ وَوَجَدَ عِندَهَا قَوْمًا قُلْنَا يَا ذَا الْقَرْنَيْنِ إِمَّا أَن تُعَذِّبَ وَإِمَّا أَن تَتَّخِذَ فِيهِمْ حُسْنًا | |||||
| Words | |حتى - Until,| إذا - when| بلغ - he reached| مغرب - (the) setting place| الشمس - (of) the sun,| وجدها - he found it| تغرب - setting| في - in| عين - a spring| حمئة - (of) dark mud,| ووجد - and he found| عندها - near it| قوما - a community.| قلنا - We said,| يا - O| ذا - "O Dhul-qarnain!| القرنين - "O Dhul-qarnain!| إما - Either| أن - [that]| تعذب - you punish| وإما - or| أن - [that]| تتخذ - you take| فيهم - [in] them| حسنا - (with) goodness."| | ||||||
| 5 [18:90] | Hatta itha balagha matliAAaalshshamsi wajadaha tatluAAu AAalaqawmin lam najAAal lahum min dooniha sitran | حتى إذا بلغ مطلع الشمس وجدها تطلع على قوم لم نجعل لهم من دونها سترا حَتَّى إِذَا بَلَغَ مَطْلِعَ الشَّمْسِ وَجَدَهَا تَطْلُعُ عَلَى قَوْمٍ لَّمْ نَجْعَل لَّهُم مِّن دُونِهَا سِتْرًا | |||||
| Words | |حتى - Until,| إذا - when| بلغ - he reached| مطلع - (the) rising place| الشمس - (of) the sun,| وجدها - and he found it| تطلع - rising| على - on| قوم - a community| لم - not| نجعل - We made| لهم - for them| من - against it| دونها - against it| سترا - any shelter.| | ||||||
| 6 [18:93] | Hatta itha balaghabayna alssaddayni wajada min doonihima qawman layakadoona yafqahoona qawlan | حتى إذا بلغ بين السدين وجد من دونهما قوما لا يكادون يفقهون قولا حَتَّى إِذَا بَلَغَ بَيْنَ السَّدَّيْنِ وَجَدَ مِن دُونِهِمَا قَوْمًا لاَّ يَكَادُونَ يَفْقَهُونَ قَوْلاً | |||||
| Words | |حتى - Until,| إذا - when| بلغ - he reached| بين - between| السدين - the two mountains,| وجد - he found| من - besides them| دونهما - besides them| قوما - a community,| لا - not| يكادون - who would almost| يفقهون - understand| قولا - (his) speech.| | ||||||
| 7 [24:59] | Wa-itha balagha al-atfaluminkumu alhuluma falyasta/thinoo kama ista/thanaallatheena min qablihim kathalika yubayyinu Allahulakum ayatihi waAllahu AAaleemun hakeemun | وإذا بلغ الأطفال منكم الحلم فليستأذنوا كما استأذن الذين من قبلهم كذلك يبين الله لكم آياته والله عليم حكيم وَإِذَا بَلَغَ الْأَطْفَالُ مِنكُمُ الْحُلُمَ فَلْيَسْتَأْذِنُوا كَمَا اسْتَأْذَنَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ كَذَلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ آيَاتِهِ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| بلغ - reach| الأطفال - the children| منكم - among you| الحلم - the puberty| فليستأذنوا - then let them ask permission| كما - as| استأذن - asked permission| الذين - those who| من - (were) before them.| قبلهم - (were) before them.| كذلك - Thus| يبين - Allah makes clear| الله - Allah makes clear| لكم - for you| آياته - His Verses.| والله - And Allah| عليم - (is) All-Knower| حكيم - All-Wise.| | ||||||
| 8 [28:14] | Walamma balagha ashuddahu waistawaataynahu hukman waAAilman wakathalikanajzee almuhsineena | ولما بلغ أشده واستوى آتيناه حكما وعلما وكذلك نجزي المحسنين وَلَمَّا بَلَغَ أَشُدَّهُ وَاسْتَوَى آتَيْنَاهُ حُكْمًا وَعِلْمًا وَكَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُحْسِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولما - And when| بلغ - he reached| أشده - his full strength| واستوى - and became mature,| آتيناه - We bestowed upon him| حكما - wisdom| وعلما - and knowledge.| وكذلك - And thus| نجزي - We reward| المحسنين - the good-doers.| | ||||||
| 9 [37:102] | Falamma balagha maAAahu alssaAAyaqala ya bunayya innee ara fee almanamiannee athbahuka faonthur mathatara qala ya abati ifAAal ma tu/marusatajidunee in shaa Allahu mina alssabireena | فلما بلغ معه السعي قال يا بني إني أرى في المنام أني أذبحك فانظر ماذا ترى قال يا أبت افعل ما تؤمر ستجدني إن شاء الله من الصابرين فَلَمَّا بَلَغَ مَعَهُ السَّعْيَ قَالَ يَا بُنَيَّ إِنِّي أَرَى فِي الْمَنَامِ أَنِّي أَذْبَحُكَ فَانظُرْ مَاذَا تَرَى قَالَ يَا أَبَتِ افْعَلْ مَا تُؤْمَرُ سَتَجِدُنِي إِن شَاءَ اللَّهُ مِنَ الصَّابِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فلما - Then when| بلغ - he reached| معه - the (age of) working with him| السعي - the (age of) working with him| قال - he said,| يا - O| بني - "O my son!| إني - Indeed, I| أرى - have seen| في - in| المنام - the dream| أني - that I am| أذبحك - sacrificing you,| فانظر - so look| ماذا - what| ترى - you see."| قال - He said,| يا - O| أبت - Do| افعل - what| ما - you are commanded.| تؤمر - You will find me,| ستجدني - if| إن - Allah wills,| شاء - Allah wills,| الله - of| من - the patient ones."| | ||||||
| 10 [46:15] | Wawassayna al-insanabiwalidayhi ihsanan hamalat-hu ommuhukurhan wawadaAAat-hu kurhan wahamluhu wafisaluhuthalathoona shahran hatta ithabalagha ashuddahu wabalagha arbaAAeena sanatan qala rabbiawziAAnee an ashkura niAAmataka allatee anAAamta AAalayya waAAalawalidayya waan aAAmala salihan tardahuwaaslih lee fee thurriyyatee innee tubtuilayka wa-innee mina almuslimeena | ووصينا الإنسان بوالديه إحسانا حملته أمه كرها ووضعته كرها وحمله وفصاله ثلاثون شهرا حتى إذا بلغ أشده وبلغ أربعين سنة قال رب أوزعني أن أشكر نعمتك التي أنعمت علي وعلى والدي وأن أعمل صالحا ترضاه وأصلح لي في ذريتي إني تبت إليك وإني من المسلمين وَوَصَّيْنَا الْإِنسَانَ بِوَالِدَيْهِ إِحْسَانًا حَمَلَتْهُ أُمُّهُ كُرْهًا وَوَضَعَتْهُ كُرْهًا وَحَمْلُهُ وَفِصَالُهُ ثَلَاثُونَ شَهْرًا حَتَّى إِذَا بَلَغَ أَشُدَّهُ وَبَلَغَ أَرْبَعِينَ سَنَةً قَالَ رَبِّ أَوْزِعْنِي أَنْ أَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَى وَالِدَيَّ وَأَنْ أَعْمَلَ صَالِحًا تَرْضَاهُ وَأَصْلِحْ لِي فِي ذُرِّيَّتِي إِنِّي تُبْتُ إِلَيْكَ وَإِنِّي مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ووصينا - And We have enjoined| الإنسان - (on) man| بوالديه - to his parents| إحسانا - kindness.| حملته - Carried him| أمه - his mother| كرها - (with) hardship| ووضعته - and gave birth to him| كرها - (with) hardship.| وحمله - And (the) bearing of him| وفصاله - and (the) weaning of him| ثلاثون - (is) thirty| شهرا - month(s)| حتى - until,| إذا - when| بلغ - he reaches| أشده - his maturity| وبلغ - and reaches| أربعين - forty| سنة - year(s),| قال - he says,| رب - "My Lord,| أوزعني - grant me (the) power| أن - that| أشكر - I may be grateful| نعمتك - (for) Your favor| التي - which| أنعمت - You have bestowed| علي - upon me| وعلى - and upon| والدي - my parents| وأن - and that| أعمل - I do| صالحا - righteous (deeds)| ترضاه - which please You,| وأصلح - and make righteous| لي - for me| في - among| ذريتي - my offspring,| إني - indeed,| تبت - I turn| إليك - to You| وإني - and indeed, I am| من - of| المسلمين - those who submit."| | ||||||
