| 1 [2:96] | Walatajidannahum ahrasa alnnasiAAala hayatin wamina allatheenaashrakoo yawaddu ahaduhum law yuAAammaru alfa sanatin wamahuwa bimuzahzihihi mina alAAathabi anyuAAammara waAllahu baseerun bimayaAAmaloona |  ولتجدنهم أحرص الناس على حياة ومن الذين أشركوا يود أحدهم لو يعمر ألف سنة وما هو بمزحزحه من العذاب أن يعمر والله بصير بما يعملونوَلَتَجِدَنَّهُمْ أَحْرَصَ النَّاسِ عَلَى حَيَاةٍ وَمِنَ الَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُواْ يَوَدُّ أَحَدُهُمْ لَوْ يُعَمَّرُ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ وَمَا هُوَ بِمُزَحْزِحِهِ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ أَنْ يُّعَمَّرَ وَاللّهُ بَصِيرٌ بِمَا يَعْمَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولتجدنهم - And surely you will find them| أحرص - (the) most greedy| الناس - (of) [the] mankind| على - for| حياة - life,| ومن - and (greedier) than| الذين - those who| أشركوا - associate[d] partners (with Allah).| يود - Loves| أحدهم - (each) one of them| لو - if| يعمر - he could be granted a life| ألف - (of) a thousand| سنة - year(s).| وما - But not| هو - it| بمزحزحه - (will) remove him| من - from| العذاب - the punishment| أن - that| يعمر - he should be granted life.| والله - And Allah| بصير - (is) All-Seer| بما - of what| يعملون - they do.| | ||||||
| 2 [3:151] | Sanulqee fee quloobi allatheenakafaroo alrruAAba bima ashrakoo biAllahima lam yunazzil bihi sultanan wama/wahumu alnnaruwabi/sa mathwa alththalimeena | سنلقي في قلوب الذين كفروا الرعب بما أشركوا بالله ما لم ينزل به سلطانا ومأواهم النار وبئس مثوى الظالمين سَنُلْقِي فِي قُلُوبِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ الرُّعْبَ بِمَا أَشْرَكُواْ بِاللّهِ مَا لَمْ يُنَزِّلْ بِهِ سُلْطَانًا وَمَأْوَاهُمُ النَّارُ وَبِئْسَ مَثْوَى الظَّالِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |سنلقي - We will cast| في - in| قلوب - (the) hearts| الذين - (of) those who| كفروا - disbelieve| الرعب - [the] terror| بما - because| أشركوا - they associated partners| بالله - with Allah,| ما - what| لم - not| ينزل - He sent down| به - about it| سلطانا - any authority,| ومأواهم - and their refuge| النار - (will be) the Fire| وبئس - and wretched| مثوى - (is the) abode| الظالمين - [of] the wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 3 [3:186] | Latublawunna fee amwalikumwaanfusikum walatasmaAAunna mina allatheena ootoo alkitabamin qablikum wamina allatheena ashrakoo athankatheeran wa-in tasbiroo watattaqoo fa-inna thalikamin AAazmi al-omoori | لتبلون في أموالكم وأنفسكم ولتسمعن من الذين أوتوا الكتاب من قبلكم ومن الذين أشركوا أذى كثيرا وإن تصبروا وتتقوا فإن ذلك من عزم الأمور لَتُبْلَوُنَّ فِي أَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ وَلَتَسْمَعُنَّ مِنَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ الْكِتَابَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ وَمِنَ الَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُواْ أَذًى كَثِيرًا وَإِن تَصْبِرُواْ وَتَتَّقُواْ فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ مِنْ عَزْمِ الْأُمُورِ | |||||
| Words | |لتبلون - You will certainly be tested| في - in| أموالكم - your wealth| وأنفسكم - and yourselves.| ولتسمعن - And you will certainly hear| من - from| الذين - those who| أوتوا - were given| الكتاب - the Book| من - from| قبلكم - before you| ومن - and from| الذين - those who| أشركوا - associate partners with Allah -| أذى - hurtful things| كثيرا - many,| وإن - and if| تصبروا - you are patient| وتتقوا - and fear (Allah)| فإن - then indeed,| ذلك - that| من - (is) of| عزم - the matters| الأمور - (of) determination.| | ||||||
| 4 [5:82] | Latajidanna ashadda alnnasiAAadawatan lillatheena amanoo alyahooda waallatheenaashrakoo walatajidanna aqrabahum mawaddatan lillatheena amanooallatheena qaloo inna nasara thalikabi-anna minhum qisseeseena waruhbanan waannahum layastakbiroona | لتجدن أشد الناس عداوة للذين آمنوا اليهود والذين أشركوا ولتجدن أقربهم مودة للذين آمنوا الذين قالوا إنا نصارى ذلك بأن منهم قسيسين ورهبانا وأنهم لا يستكبرون لَتَجِدَنَّ أَشَدَّ النَّاسِ عَدَاوَةً لِّلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ الْيَهُودَ وَالَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُواْ وَلَتَجِدَنَّ أَقْرَبَهُمْ مَّوَدَّةً لِّلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ الَّذِينَ قَالُواْ إِنَّا نَصَارَى ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّ مِنْهُمْ قِسِّيسِينَ وَرُهْبَانًا وَأَنَّهُمْ لاَ يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |لتجدن - Surely you will find| أشد - strongest| الناس - (of) the people| عداوة - (in) enmity| للذين - to those who| آمنوا - believe,| اليهود - the Jews| والذين - and those who| أشركوا - (are) polytheists;| ولتجدن - and surely you will find| أقربهم - nearest of them| مودة - (in) affection| للذين - to those who| آمنوا - believe,| الذين - those who| قالوا - say,| إنا - "We| نصارى - (are) Christians."| ذلك - That (is)| بأن - because| منهم - among them| قسيسين - (are) priests| ورهبانا - and monks,| وأنهم - and that they| لا - (are) not| يستكبرون - arrogant.| | ||||||
| 5 [6:22] | Wayawma nahshuruhum jameeAAan thummanaqoolu lillatheena ashrakoo ayna shurakaokumu allatheenakuntum tazAAumoona | ويوم نحشرهم جميعا ثم نقول للذين أشركوا أين شركاؤكم الذين كنتم تزعمون وَيَوْمَ نَحْشُرُهُمْ جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ نَقُولُ لِلَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُواْ أَيْنَ شُرَكَآؤُكُمُ الَّذِينَ كُنتُمْ تَزْعُمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ويوم - And (the) Day| نحشرهم - We will gather them| جميعا - all,| ثم - then| نقول - We will say| للذين - to those who| أشركوا - associated others with Allah,| أين - "Where (are)| شركاؤكم - your partners,| الذين - those whom| كنتم - you used to| تزعمون - claim?"| | ||||||
| 6 [6:88] | Thalika huda Allahiyahdee bihi man yashao min AAibadihi walaw ashrakoolahabita AAanhum ma kanoo yaAAmaloona | ذلك هدى الله يهدي به من يشاء من عباده ولو أشركوا لحبط عنهم ما كانوا يعملون ذَلِكَ هُدَى اللّهِ يَهْدِي بِهِ مَن يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ وَلَوْ أَشْرَكُواْ لَحَبِطَ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ذلك - That| هدى - (is the) Guidance| الله - (of) Allah,| يهدي - He guides| به - with it| من - whom| يشاء - He wills| من - of| عباده - His slaves.| ولو - But if| أشركوا - they (had) associated partners (with Allah),| لحبط - surely (would be) worthless| عنهم - for them| ما - what| كانوا - they used to| يعملون - do.| | ||||||
| 7 [6:107] | Walaw shaa Allahu maashrakoo wama jaAAalnaka AAalayhim hafeethanwama anta AAalayhim biwakeelin | ولو شاء الله ما أشركوا وما جعلناك عليهم حفيظا وما أنت عليهم بوكيل وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللّهُ مَا أَشْرَكُواْ وَمَا جَعَلْنَاكَ عَلَيْهِمْ حَفِيظًا وَمَا أَنتَ عَلَيْهِم بِوَكِيلٍ | |||||
| Words | |ولو - And if| شاء - (had) willed| الله - Allah,| ما - not (they would have)| أشركوا - associated partners (with Him).| وما - And not| جعلناك - We have made you| عليهم - over them| حفيظا - a guardian,| وما - and not| أنت - you| عليهم - (are) over them| بوكيل - a manager.| | ||||||
| 8 [6:148] | Sayaqoolu allatheena ashrakoo law shaaAllahu ma ashrakna wala abaonawala harramna min shay-in kathalikakaththaba allatheena min qablihim hattathaqoo ba/sana qul hal AAindakum min AAilminfatukhrijoohu lana in tattabiAAoona illa alththannawa-in antum illa takhrusoona | سيقول الذين أشركوا لو شاء الله ما أشركنا ولا آباؤنا ولا حرمنا من شيء كذلك كذب الذين من قبلهم حتى ذاقوا بأسنا قل هل عندكم من علم فتخرجوه لنا إن تتبعون إلا الظن وإن أنتم إلا تخرصون سَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُواْ لَوْ شَاءَ اللّهُ مَا أَشْرَكْنَا وَلاَ آبَاؤُنَا وَلاَ حَرَّمْنَا مِن شَيْءٍ كَذَلِكَ كَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِم حَتَّى ذَاقُواْ بَأْسَنَا قُلْ هَلْ عِندَكُم مِّنْ عِلْمٍ فَتُخْرِجُوهُ لَنَا إِن تَتَّبِعُونَ إِلاَّ الظَّنَّ وَإِنْ أَنتُمْ إِلاَّ تَخْرُصُونَ | |||||
| Words | |سيقول - Will say| الذين - those who| أشركوا - associate partners (with Allah),| لو - "If| شاء - Had willed| الله - Allah,| ما - not| أشركنا - we (would) have associated partners (with Allah)| ولا - and not| آباؤنا - our forefathers| ولا - and not| حرمنا - we (would) have forbidden| من - [of]| شيء - anything."| كذلك - Likewise| كذب - denied| الذين - those who| من - (were from)| قبلهم - before them| حتى - until| ذاقوا - they tasted| بأسنا - Our wrath.| قل - Say,| هل - "Is| عندكم - with you| من - [of]| علم - any knowledge| فتخرجوه - then produce it| لنا - for us?| إن - Not| تتبعون - you follow| إلا - except| الظن - the assumption,| وإن - and not| أنتم - you (do)| إلا - but| تخرصون - guess."| | ||||||
| 9 [10:28] | Wayawma nahshuruhum jameeAAan thummanaqoolu lillatheena ashrakoo makanakum antumwashurakaokum fazayyalna baynahum waqalashurakaohum ma kuntum iyyanataAAbudoona | ويوم نحشرهم جميعا ثم نقول للذين أشركوا مكانكم أنتم وشركاؤكم فزيلنا بينهم وقال شركاؤهم ما كنتم إيانا تعبدون وَيَوْمَ نَحْشُرُهُمْ جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ نَقُولُ لِلَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُواْ مَكَانَكُمْ أَنتُمْ وَشُرَكَآؤُكُمْ فَزَيَّلْنَا بَيْنَهُمْ وَقَالَ شُرَكَآؤُهُم مَّا كُنتُمْ إِيَّانَا تَعْبُدُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ويوم - And (the) Day| نحشرهم - We will gather them| جميعا - all together,| ثم - then| نقول - We will say| للذين - to those who| أشركوا - associate partners (with Allah),| مكانكم - "(Remain in) your place| أنتم - you| وشركاؤكم - and your partners."| فزيلنا - Then We will separate| بينهم - [between] them,| وقال - and (will) say| شركاؤهم - their partners,| ما - "Not| كنتم - you used (to)| إيانا - worship us."| تعبدون - worship us."| | ||||||
| 10 [16:35] | Waqala allatheena ashrakoo lawshaa Allahu ma AAabadna min doonihimin shay-in nahnu wala abaonawala harramna min doonihi min shay-in kathalikafaAAala allatheena min qablihim fahal AAala alrrusuliilla albalaghu almubeenu | وقال الذين أشركوا لو شاء الله ما عبدنا من دونه من شيء نحن ولا آباؤنا ولا حرمنا من دونه من شيء كذلك فعل الذين من قبلهم فهل على الرسل إلا البلاغ المبين وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُواْ لَوْ شَاءَ اللّهُ مَا عَبَدْنَا مِن دُونِهِ مِن شَيْءٍ نَّحْنُ وَلاَ آبَاؤُنَا وَلاَ حَرَّمْنَا مِن دُونِهِ مِن شَيْءٍ كَذَلِكَ فَعَلَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَهَلْ عَلَى الرُّسُلِ إِلاَّ الْبَلاغُ الْمُبِينُ | |||||
| Words | |وقال - And said| الذين - those who| أشركوا - associate partners (with Allah),| لو - "If| شاء - Allah (had) willed| الله - Allah (had) willed| ما - not| عبدنا - we (would) have worshipped| من - other than Him| دونه - other than Him| من - any| شيء - thing,| نحن - we| ولا - and not| آباؤنا - our forefathers| ولا - and not| حرمنا - we (would) have forbidden| من - other than Him| دونه - other than Him| من - anything."| شيء - anything."| كذلك - Thus| فعل - did| الذين - those who| من - (were) before them.| قبلهم - (were) before them.| فهل - Then is (there)| على - on| الرسل - the messengers| إلا - except| البلاغ - the conveyance| المبين - clear?| | ||||||
| 11 [16:86] | Wa-itha raa allatheenaashrakoo shurakaahum qaloo rabbana haola-ishurakaona allatheena kunna nadAAoomin doonika faalqaw ilayhimu alqawla innakum lakathiboona | وإذا رأى الذين أشركوا شركاءهم قالوا ربنا هؤلاء شركاؤنا الذين كنا ندعو من دونك فألقوا إليهم القول إنكم لكاذبون وَإِذَا رَأَى الَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُواْ شُرَكَاءَهُمْ قَالُواْ رَبَّنَا هَـؤُلاَءِ شُرَكَآؤُنَا الَّذِينَ كُنَّا نَدْعُوْاْ مِن دُونِكَ فَألْقَوْا إِلَيْهِمُ الْقَوْلَ إِنَّكُمْ لَكَاذِبُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| رأى - (will) see| الذين - those who| أشركوا - associated partners with Allah| شركاءهم - their partners.| قالوا - They will say,| ربنا - "Our Lord,| هؤلاء - these| شركاؤنا - (are) our partners| الذين - those whom| كنا - we used to| ندعو - invoke| من - besides You."| دونك - besides You."| فألقوا - But they (will) throw back| إليهم - at them| القول - (their) word,| إنكم - "Indeed, you| لكاذبون - (are) surely liars."| | ||||||
| 12 [22:17] | Inna allatheena amanoo waallatheenahadoo waalssabi-eena waalnnasarawaalmajoosa waallatheena ashrakoo inna Allahayafsilu baynahum yawma alqiyamati inna AllahaAAala kulli shay-in shaheedun | إن الذين آمنوا والذين هادوا والصابئين والنصارى والمجوس والذين أشركوا إن الله يفصل بينهم يوم القيامة إن الله على كل شيء شهيد إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَالَّذِينَ هَادُوا وَالصَّابِئِينَ وَالنَّصَارَى وَالْمَجُوسَ وَالَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَفْصِلُ بَيْنَهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| الذين - those who| آمنوا - have believed,| والذين - and those who| هادوا - were Jews| والصابئين - and the Sabians| والنصارى - and the Christians| والمجوس - and the Magians,| والذين - and those who| أشركوا - (are) polytheists| إن - indeed,| الله - Allah| يفصل - will judge| بينهم - between them| يوم - (on) the Day| القيامة - (of) the Resurrection.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| على - over| كل - every| شيء - thing| شهيد - (is) a Witness.| | ||||||
