| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[8:18] | Thalikum waanna Allaha moohinukaydi alkafireena
|  ذلكم وأن الله موهن كيد الكافرين
ذَلِكُمْ وَأَنَّ اللّهَ مُوهِنُ كَيْدِ الْكَافِرِينَ |
| Words | |ذلكم - That (is the case)| وأن - and that,| الله - Allah (is)| موهن - one who makes weak| كيد - (the) plan| الكافرين - (of) the disbelievers.| |

| ይህ (ዕውነት ነው)፡፡ አላህም የከሓዲዎችን ተንኮል አድካሚ ነው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { ذلكم } الإبلاء حق { وأن الله موهنُ } مضعف { كيد الكافرين } . |
| Akka, Ih, Öebbi Issadar ticeôkep ijehliyen. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | এটাতো গেল, আর জেনে রেখো, আল্লাহ নস্যাৎ করে দেবেন কাফেরদের সমস্ত কলা-কৌশল। |
| Literal | That is, and that God (is) weakening/enfeebling the disbelievers' plot/conspiracy . |
| Yusuf Ali | That, and also because Allah is He Who makes feeble the plans and stratagem of the Unbelievers. |
| Pickthal | That (is the case); and (know) that Allah (it is) Who maketh weak the plan of disbelievers. |
