بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

1 [42:36] | Fama ooteetum min shay-in famataAAualhayati alddunya wama AAindaAllahi khayrun waabqa lillatheena amanoowaAAala rabbihim yatawakkaloona
| فما أوتيتم من شيء فمتاع الحياة الدنيا وما عند الله خير وأبقى للذين آمنوا وعلى ربهم يتوكلون فَمَا أُوتِيتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَمَتَاعُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا عِندَ اللَّهِ خَيْرٌ وَأَبْقَى لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَلَى رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ |
Words | |فما - So whatever| أوتيتم - you are given| من - of| شيء - a thing,| فمتاع - (is) but a passing enjoyment| الحياة - (for) the life| الدنيا - (of) the world.| وما - But what| عند - (is) with| الله - Allah| خير - (is) better| وأبقى - and more lasting| للذين - for those who| آمنوا - believe| وعلى - and upon| ربهم - their Lord| يتوكلون - put (their) trust.| |

| ከምንም ነገር የተሰጣችሁት የቅርቢቱ ሕይወት መጠቀሚያ ነው፡፡ አላህ ዘንድ ያለውም ምንዳ ለእነዚያ ለአመኑትና በጌታቸው ላይ ለሚጠጉት በላጭና ሁል ጊዜ ነዋሪ ነው፡፡ |
آل الجلالين | { فما أوتيتم } خطاب للمؤمنين وغيرهم { من شيءٍ } من أثاث الدنيا { فمتاع الحياة الدنيا } يتمتع به فيها ثم يزول { وما عند الله } من الثواب { خير وأبقى للذين آمنوا وعلى ربهم يتوكلون } ويعطف عليه . |
| Ayen akw i wen ippunefken n wayla, d zzhu n tmeddurt di ddunit. Ayen illan ar Öebbi, yif it; ad idum kteô, i wid iumnen, ippeklen $ef Mass nnsen; |
মুহিউদ্দীন খান | অতএব, তোমাদেরকে যা দেয়া হয়েছে তা পার্থিব জীবনের ভোগ মাত্র। আর আল্লাহর কাছে যা রয়েছে, তা উৎকৃষ্ট ও স্থায়ী তাদের জন্যে যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে ও তাদের পালনকর্তার উপর ভরসা করে। |
Literal | So what you were given from a thing so (it is) long life/enjoyment (of) the life the present/worldly life, and what (is) at God (is) better and more lasting (everlasting) to those who believed and on their Lord, they rely/depend . |
Yusuf Ali | Whatever ye are given (here) is (but) a convenience of this life: but that which is with Allah is better and more lasting: (it is) for those who believe and put their trust in their Lord: |
