| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[42:37] | Waallatheena yajtaniboona kaba-iraal-ithmi waalfawahisha wa-itha ma ghadiboohum yaghfiroona
|  والذين يجتنبون كبائر الإثم والفواحش وإذا ما غضبوا هم يغفرون
وَالَّذِينَ يَجْتَنِبُونَ كَبَائِرَ الْإِثْمِ وَالْفَوَاحِشَ وَإِذَا مَا غَضِبُوا هُمْ يَغْفِرُونَ |
| Words | |والذين - And those who| يجتنبون - avoid| كبائر - (the) greater| الإثم - sins| والفواحش - and the immoralities,| وإذا - and when| ما - and when| غضبوا - they are angry,| هم - they| يغفرون - forgive,| |

| ለእነዚያም የኀጢኣትን ታላላቆችና ጠያፎችን የሚርቁ በተቆጡም ጊዜ እነሱ የሚምሩት ለኾኑት፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { والذين يجتنبون كبائر الإثم والفواحش } موجبات الحدود من عطف البعض على الكل { وإذا ما غضبوا هم يغفرون } يتجاوزون . |
| wid ijunben ibekkaven ibararen, akked lâaô, u ssurufen i wid i ten isserfan; |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | যারা বড় গোনাহ ও অশ্লীল কার্য থেকে বেঁচে থাকে এবং ক্রোধাম্বিত হয়েও ক্ষমা করে, |
| Literal | And those who avoid/distance themselves (from) the great/magnified sins'/crimes' biggest/greatest , and the enormous/atrocious deeds , and when they became angry, they forgive. |
