| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[31:22] | Waman yuslim wajhahu ila Allahiwahuwa muhsinun faqadi istamsaka bialAAurwatialwuthqa wa-ila Allahi AAaqibatual-omoori
|  ومن يسلم وجهه إلى الله وهو محسن فقد استمسك بالعروة الوثقى وإلى الله عاقبة الأمور
وَمَن يُسْلِمْ وَجْهَهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَهُوَ مُحْسِنٌ فَقَدِ اسْتَمْسَكَ بِالْعُرْوَةِ الْوُثْقَى وَإِلَى اللَّهِ عَاقِبَةُ الْأُمُورِ |
| Words | |ومن - And whoever| يسلم - submits| وجهه - his face| إلى - to| الله - Allah| وهو - while he| محسن - (is) a good-doer,| فقد - then indeed,| استمسك - he has grasped| بالعروة - the handhold| الوثقى - the most trustworthy.| وإلى - And to| الله - Allah| عاقبة - (is the) end| الأمور - (of) the matters.| |

| እርሱ መልካም ሠሪ ሆኖ ፊቱን ወደ አላህ የሚሰጥም ሰው ጠንካራን ገመድ በእርግጥ ጨበጠ፡፡ የነገሩም ሁሉ ፍጻሜ ወደ አላህ ነው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { ومن يُسلم وجهه إلى الله } أي يقبل على طاعته { وهو محسن } موحد { فقد استمسك بالعروة الوثقى } بالطرف الأوثق الذي لا يخاف انقطاعه { وإلى الله عاقبة الأمور } مرجعها. |
| Win ifkan i Öebbi udem amvuâ, u neppa d aâeôvi, iîîef deg ufus iûeêêan mavi. Ar Öebbi, tu$alin n lumuô. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | যে ব্যক্তি সৎকর্মপরায়ণ হয়ে স্বীয় মুখমন্ডলকে আল্লাহ অভিমূখী করে, সে এক মজবুত হাতল ধারণ করে, সকল কর্মের পরিণাম আল্লাহর দিকে। |
| Literal | And who submits/surrenders his face/front/direction to God, and He is (a) good doer, so (he) had held fast/grasped with the tie/handle the tight/affirmed, and to God (are) the matter's/affair's end/turn (result). |
| Yusuf Ali | Whoever submits his whole self to Allah, and is a doer of good, has grasped indeed the most trustworthy hand-hold: and with Allah rests the End and Decision of (all) affairs. |

And to Allah return all matters for decision. |
