| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[28:71] | Qul araaytum in jaAAala AllahuAAalaykumu allayla sarmadan ila yawmi alqiyamatiman ilahun ghayru Allahi ya/teekum bidiya-inafala tasmaAAoona
|  قل أرأيتم إن جعل الله عليكم الليل سرمدا إلى يوم القيامة من إله غير الله يأتيكم بضياء أفلا تسمعون
قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِن جَعَلَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْكُمُ اللَّيْلَ سَرْمَدًا إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ مَنْ إِلَهٌ غَيْرُ اللَّهِ يَأْتِيكُم بِضِيَاءٍ أَفَلَا تَسْمَعُونَ |

| አያችሁን (ንገሩኝ) «አላህ በእናንተ ላይ ሌሊትን እስከ ትንሣኤ ቀን ድረስ ዘውታሪ ቢያደርገው ከአላህ ሌላ ብርሃንን የሚያመጣላችሁ አምላክ ማነው አትሰሙምን» በላቸው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { قل } لأهل مكة { أرأيتم } أي أخبروني { إن جعل الله عليكم الليل سرمداً } دائماً { إلى يوم القيامة من إله غير الله } بزعمكم { يأتيكم بضياءٍ } نهار تطلبون فيه المعيشة { أفلا تسمعون } ذلك سماع تفهم فترجعون عن الإشراك. |
| Ini: "acu tmeyyzem, ma Isse$li d Öebbi iv imezgi, fellawen, alamma d ass n tnekra? Anwa ôebbi, war Öebbi, ara wen d iawin tafat? Day ur tsellem ara"? |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | বলুন, ভেবে দেখ তো, আল্লাহ যদি রাত্রিকে কেয়ামতের দিন পর্যন্ত স্থায়ী করেন, তবে আল্লাহ ব্যতীত এমন উপাস্য কে আছে, যে তোমাদেরকে আলোক দান করতে পারে? তোমরা কি তবুও কর্ণêপাত করবে না? |
| Literal | Say: "Did you see/understand if God made/put on you the night continuous to the Resurrection Day? Which god other than God, brings you with a light/illumination , so do you not hear/listen?"278 |
