| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[28:16] | Qala rabbi innee thalamtunafsee faighfir lee faghafara lahu innahu huwa alghafoorualrraheemu
|  قال رب إني ظلمت نفسي فاغفر لي فغفر له إنه هو الغفور الرحيم
قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي فَغَفَرَ لَهُ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ |
| Words | |قال - He said,| رب - "My Lord!| إني - Indeed, I| ظلمت - [I] have wronged| نفسي - my soul,| فاغفر - so forgive| لي - [for] me."| فغفر - Then He forgave| له - [for] him.| إنه - Indeed He,| هو - He (is)| الغفور - the Oft-Forgiving,| الرحيم - the Most Merciful.| |

| «ጌታዬ ሆይ! እኔ ነፍሴን በደልኩ፡፡ ለእኔም ማር አለ፡፡» ለእርሱም ምሕረት አደረገለት እርሱ መሓሪ አዛኝ ነውና፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { قال } نادماً { رب إني ظلمت نفسي } بقتله { فاغفر لي فغفر له إنه هو الغفور الرحيم } أي المتصف بهما أزلاً وأبداً. |
| Inna: "a Mass iw! Nek dense$ iman iw, Semmeê iyi". Isemmeê as. Ih, Neppa Ipsemmiê, Ipêunu. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তিনি বললেন, হে আমার পালনকর্তা, আমি তো নিজের উপর জুলুম করে ফেলেছি। অতএব, আমাকে ক্ষমা করুন। আল্লাহ তাকে ক্ষমা করলেন। নিশ্চয় তিনি ক্ষমাশীল, দয়ালু। |
| Literal | He said: "My Lord, that I caused injustice (to) myself, so forgive for me." So He forgave for Him, that He truly is, He is the forgiving, the merciful. |
