| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[27:52] | Fatilka buyootuhum khawiyatan bimathalamoo inna fee thalika laayatanliqawmin yaAAlamoona
|  فتلك بيوتهم خاوية بما ظلموا إن في ذلك لآية لقوم يعلمون
فَتِلْكَ بُيُوتُهُمْ خَاوِيَةً بِمَا ظَلَمُوا إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ |
| Words | |فتلك - So, these| بيوتهم - (are) their houses,| خاوية - ruined| بما - because| ظلموا - they wronged.| إن - Indeed,| في - in| ذلك - that| لآية - surely, is a sign| لقوم - for a people| يعلمون - who know.| |

| እኚህም በበደላቸው ምክንያት ባዶዎች ሲሆኑ ቤቶቻቸው ናቸው፡፡ በዚህም ውስጥ ለሚያወቁ ሕዝቦች አስደናቂ ተዓምር አለበት፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { فتلك بيوتهم خاوية } أي خالية ونصبه على الحال والعامل معنى الإشارة {بما ظلموا} بظلمهم أي كفرهم { إن في ذلك لآية } لعبرة { لقوم يعلمون } قدرتنا فيتعظون. |
| Atnan hudden ixxamen nnsen, ilmend n ddens nnsen. Deg wayagi, war ccekk, assekni i ugdud issnen. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | এই তো তাদের বাড়ীঘর-তাদের অবিশ্বাসের কারণে জনশূন্য অবস্থায় পড়ে আছে। নিশ্চয় এতে জ্ঞানী সম্প্রদায়ের জন্যে নিদর্শন আছে। |
| Literal | So those are their houses/homes destroyed/unoccupied because (of) what they caused injustice/oppression, that in that (is) an evidence/sign (E) to a nation knowing. |
| Yusuf Ali | Now such were their houses, - in utter ruin, - because they practised wrong-doing. Verily in this is a Sign for people of knowledge. |
| Pickthal | See, yonder are their dwellings empty and in ruins because they did wrong. Lo! herein is indeed a portent for a people who have knowledge. |
| Arberry | Those are their houses, all fallen down because of the evil they committed; surely in that is a sign for a people who have knowledge. |
