| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[27:48] | Wakana fee almadeenati tisAAatu rahtinyufsidoona fee al-ardi wala yuslihoona
|  وكان في المدينة تسعة رهط يفسدون في الأرض ولا يصلحون
وَكَانَ فِي الْمَدِينَةِ تِسْعَةُ رَهْطٍ يُفْسِدُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُونَ |
| Words | |وكان - And were| في - in| المدينة - the city| تسعة - nine| رهط - family heads,| يفسدون - they were spreading corruption| في - in| الأرض - the land| ولا - and not| يصلحون - reforming.| |

| በከተማይቱም ውስጥ በምድር ውስጥ የሚያበላሹና የማያሳምሩ ዘጠኝ ሰዎች ነበሩ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { وكان في المدينة } مدينة ثمود { تسعة رهط } أي رجال { يفسدون في الأرض } بالمعاصي منها قرضهم الدنانير والدراهم { ولا يصلحون } بالطاعة . |
| Llan, di temdint, tza iterrasen i issefsaden di tmurt, ur pleqqimen. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আর সেই শহরে ছিল এমন একজন ব্যক্তি, যারা দেশময় অনর্থ সৃষ্টি করে বেড়াত এবং সংশোধন করত না। |
