| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[26:116] | Qaloo la-in lam tantahi yanoohu latakoonanna mina almarjoomeena
|  قالوا لئن لم تنته يا نوح لتكونن من المرجومين
قَالُوا لَئِن لَّمْ تَنتَهِ يَا نُوحُ لَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمَرْجُومِينَ |
| Words | |قالوا - They said,| لئن - "If| لم - not| تنته - you desist,| يا - O| نوح - O Nuh!| لتكونن - Surely you will be| من - of| المرجومين - those who are stoned."| |

| «ኑሕ ሆይ! (ከምትለው) ባትከለከል በእርግጥ ከሚወገሩት ትኾናለህ» አሉት፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { قالوا لئن لم تنته يا نوح } عما تقول لنا { لتكونن من المرجومين } بالحجارة أو بالشتم . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তারা বলল, হে নূহ যদি তুমি বিরত না হও, তবে তুমি নিশ্চিতই প্রস্তরাঘাতে নিহত হবে। |
| Literal | They said: "If (E) you do not end/terminate/stop, you Noah, you will be/become (E) from the stoned."261 |
