| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[20:82] | Wa-innee laghaffarun liman tabawaamana waAAamila salihan thumma ihtada
|  وإني لغفار لمن تاب وآمن وعمل صالحا ثم اهتدى
وَإِنِّي لَغَفَّارٌ لِّمَن تَابَ وَآمَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا ثُمَّ اهْتَدَى |
| Words | |وإني - But indeed, I Am| لغفار - the Perpetual Forgiver| لمن - of whoever| تاب - repents| وآمن - and believes| وعمل - and does| صالحا - righteous (deeds)| ثم - then| اهتدى - remains guided.| |

| እኔም ለተጸጸተ፣ ላመነም፣ መልካምንም ለሠራ፣ ከዚያም ለተመራ ሰው በእርግጥ መሓሪ ነኝ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { وإني لغفار لمن تاب } من الشرك { وآمن } وحَّد الله { وعمل صالحا } يصدق بالفرض والنفل { ثم اهتدى } باستمراره على ما ذكر إلى موته . |
| U Nek, s tidep, Psemmiêe$ i win isteôoâen, iumnen, ixeddmen ayen ilhan, d$a ipwanha. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আর যে তওবা করে, ঈমান আনে এবং সৎকর্ম করে অতঃপর সৎপথে অটল থাকে, আমি তার প্রতি অবশ্যই ক্ষমাশীল। |
| Literal | And that I am forgiving often/a forgiver (E) to who repented and believed and made/did correct/righteous deeds then was guided. |
| Yusuf Ali | "But, without doubt, I am (also) He that forgives again and again, to those who repent, believe, and do right, who,- in fine, are ready to receive true guidance." |
