| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[2:9] | YukhadiAAoona Allaha waallatheenaamanoo wama yakhdaAAoona illa anfusahum wamayashAAuroona
|  يخادعون الله والذين آمنوا وما يخدعون إلا أنفسهم وما يشعرون
يُخَادِعُونَ اللّهَ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَمَا يَخْدَعُونَ إِلاَّ أَنفُسَهُم وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ |
| Words | |يخادعون - They seek to deceive| الله - Allah| والذين - and those who| آمنوا - believe[d],| وما - and not| يخدعون - they deceive| إلا - except| أنفسهم - themselves,| وما - and not| يشعرون - they realize (it).| |

| አላህንና እነዚያን ያመኑትን (ሰዎች) ያታልላሉ፤ የማያውቁ ሲኾኑ ነፍሶቻቸውን እንጅ ሌላን አያታልሉም፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { يخادعون الله والذين آمنوا } بإظهار خلاف ما أبطنوه من الكفر ليدفعوا عنهم أحكامه الدنيوية { وما يخدعون إلا أنفسهم } لأن وبال خداعهم راجع إليهم فيفتضحون في الدنيا بإطلاع الله نبيه على ما أبطنوه ويعاقبون في الآخرة { وما يشعرون } يعلمون أن خداعهم لأنفسهم، والمخادعة هنا من واحد كعاقبت اللص وذكر الله فيها تحسين، وفي قراءة وما يخدعون. |
| La xedâen Öebbi akked wid iumnen. Ur xedâen siwa iman nnsen, ur faqen. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তারা আল্লাহ এবং ঈমানদারগণকে ধোঁকা দেয়। অথচ এতে তারা নিজেদেরকে ছাড়া অন্য কাউকে ধোঁকা দেয় না অথচ তারা তা অনুভব করতে পারে না। |
