| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[2:8] | Wamina alnnasi man yaqoolu amannabiAllahi wabialyawmi al-akhiri wamahum bimu/mineena
|  ومن الناس من يقول آمنا بالله وباليوم الآخر وما هم بمؤمنين
وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يَّقُولُ آمَنَّا بِاللّهِ وَبِالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ وَمَا هُم بِمُؤْمِنِينَ |
| Words | |ومن - And of| الناس - the people| من - (are some) who| يقول - say,| آمنا - "We believed| بالله - in Allah| وباليوم - and in the Day| الآخر - [the] Last,"| وما - but not| هم - they| بمؤمنين - (are) believers (at all).| |

| ከሰዎችም «በአላህና በመጨረሻው ቀን አምነናል» የሚሉ አልሉ፤ እነርሱም አማኞች አይደሉም፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | ونزل في المنافقين: { ومن الناس من يقول آمنا بالله وباليوم الآخر } أي يوم القيامة لأنه آخر الأيام { وما هم بمؤمنين } روعي فيه معنى من، وفي ضمير يقول لفظها. |
| Ger yimdanen, llan wid iqqaôen: "numen s Öebbi akked wass aneggaru”; nitni, ur llin d lmumnin. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আর মানুষের মধ্যে কিছু লোক এমন রয়েছে যারা বলে, আমরা আল্লাহ ও পরকালের প্রতি ঈমান এনেছি অথচ আদৌ তারা ঈমানদার নয়। |
| Literal | And from the people who say: "We believed by God and with the Day the Last/ Resurrection Day." And they are not with believing. |
