[2:100] | Awa kullama AAahadoo AAahdannabathahu fareequn minhum bal aktharuhum layu/minoona
|  أوكلما عاهدوا عهدا نبذه فريق منهم بل أكثرهم لا يؤمنون
أَوَكُلَّمَا عَاهَدُواْ عَهْداً نَّبَذَهُ فَرِيقٌ مِّنْهُم بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ |
| Words | |أوكلما - And is (it not that) whenever| عاهدوا - they took| عهدا - a covenant,| نبذه - threw it away| فريق - a party| منهم - of them?| بل - Nay,| أكثرهم - most of them| لا - (do) not| يؤمنون - believe.| |

| ቃል ኪዳንንም ቃል በገቡ ቁጥር ከእነርሱ ከፊሉ ይጥለዋልን? (ያፈርሰዋልን?)፤ ይልቁንም አብዛኞቻቸው አያምኑም፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { أو كلما عاهدوا } الله { عهداً } على الإيمان بالنبي إن خرج، أو النبيَّ أن لا يعاونوا عليه المشركين { نبذه } طرحه { فريق منهم } بنقضه، جواب كلما وهو محل الاستفهام الإنكاري { بل } للانتقال { أكثرهم لا يؤمنون } . |
| Day yal tikelt ideg ara gen laâqed, a t ixdaâ urbaâ segsen? Ih, tegwti segsen, ur uminen. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | কি আশ্চর্য, যখন তারা কোন অঙ্গীকারে আবদ্ধ হয়, তখন তাদের একদল তা ছুঁড়ে ফেলে, বরং অধিকাংশই বিশ্বাস করে না। |
