| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[18:91] | Kathalika waqad ahatnabima ladayhi khubran
|  كذلك وقد أحطنا بما لديه خبرا
كَذَلِكَ وَقَدْ أَحَطْنَا بِمَا لَدَيْهِ خُبْرًا |
| Words | |كذلك - Thus.| وقد - And verily,| أحطنا - We encompassed| بما - of what| لديه - (was) with him| خبرا - (of the) information.| |

| (ነገሩ) እንደዚሁ ነው፡፡ እርሱም ዘንድ ባለው ነገር ሁሉ በእርግጥ በዕውቀት ከበብን፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { كذلك } أي الأمر كما قلنا { وقد أحطنا بما لديه } أي عند ذي القرنين من الآلات والجند وغيرهما { خبرا } علما . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | প্রকৃত ঘটনা এমনিই। তার বৃত্তান্ত আমি সম্যক অবগত আছি। |
| Literal | Like that, and We had comprehended/enveloped with what (is) at/near him (with) knowledge . |
| Yusuf Ali | (He left them) as they were: We completely understood what was before him. |
| Pickthal | So (it was). And We knew all concerning him. |
| Arberry | So; and We encompassed in knowledge what was with him. |
| Shakir | Even so! and We had a full knowledge of what he had. |
| Sarwar | This indeed was true. We knew all that he did there. |
