بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ

Allatheena kanat aAAyunuhumfee ghita-in AAan thikree wakanoo layastateeAAoona samAAan الذين كانت أعينهم في غطاء عن ذكري وكانوا لا يستطيعون سمعا
الَّذِينَ كَانَتْ أَعْيُنُهُمْ فِي غِطَاءِ عَن ذِكْرِي وَكَانُوا لاَ يَسْتَطِيعُونَ سَمْعًا
 Words|الذين - Those| كانت - had been| أعينهم - their eyes| في - within| غطاء - a cover| عن - from| ذكري - My remembrance,| وكانوا - and were| لا - not| يستطيعون - able| سمعا - (to) hear.|

ለዚያ ዓይኖቻቸው ከግሳጼዬ በሺፋን ውስጥ ለነበሩትና መስማትንም የማይችሉ ለነበሩት (እናቀርባታለን)፡፡
آل الجلالين{ الذين كانت أعينهم } بدل من الكافرين { في غطاء عن ذكري } أي القرآن فهم عمي لا يهتدون به { وكانوا لا يستطيعون سمعا } أي لا يقدرون أن يسمعوا من النبي ما يتلو عليهم بغضا له فلا يؤمنون به .

মুহিউদ্দীন খানযাদের চক্ষুসমূহের উপর পর্দা ছিল আমার স্মরণ থেকে এবং যারা শুনতেও সক্ষম ছিল না।
LiteralThose who their eyes/sights were in a cover/concealment from My remembrance/reminder, and they were not being able (of) hearing/listening .
Yusuf Ali(Unbelievers) whose eyes had been under a veil from remembrance of Me, and who had been unable even to hear.

Asadthose whose eyes had been veiled against any remembrance of Me because they could not bear to listen [to the voice of truth]!

Abul Ala Maududiاُن کافروں کے سامنے جو میری نصیحت کی طرف سے اندھے بنے ہوئے تھے اور کچھ سننے کے لیے تیار ہی نہ تھے
Ahmed Aliجن کی آنکھوں پر ہماری یاد سے پردہ پڑا ہوا تھا اور وہ سن بھی نہ سکتے تھے
