| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[17:98] | Thalika jazaohum bi-annahumkafaroo bi-ayatina waqaloo a-ithakunna AAithaman warufatana-inna lamabAAoothoona khalqan jadeedan
|  ذلك جزاؤهم بأنهم كفروا بآياتنا وقالوا أإذا كنا عظاما ورفاتا أإنا لمبعوثون خلقا جديدا
ذَلِكَ جَزَآؤُهُم بِأَنَّهُمْ كَفَرُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا وَقَالُواْ أَئِذَا كُنَّا عِظَامًا وَرُفَاتًا أَإِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ خَلْقًا جَدِيدًا |
| Words | |ذلك - That| جزاؤهم - (is) their recompense| بأنهم - because they| كفروا - disbelieved| بآياتنا - in Our Verses| وقالوا - and said,| أإذا - "When| كنا - we are| عظاما - bones| ورفاتا - and crumbled particles,| أإنا - will we| لمبعوثون - surely (be) resurrected| خلقا - (as) a creation| جديدا - new."| |

| ይህ (ቅጣት)፤ እነርሱ በአንቀጾቻችን ስለ ካዱና «አጥንቶችና ብስብሶች በኾን ጊዜ እኛ አዲስ ፍጥረት ኾነን ተቀስቃሾች ነን» ስላሉም ፍዳቸው ነው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { ذلك جزاؤهم بأنهم كفروا بآياتنا وقالوا } منكرين للبعث { أئذا كنا عظاما ورفاتا أئنا لمبعوثون خلقا جديدا } . |
| D wagi ay d aqeîîi nnsen, imi nekôen issekniyen nne£, u nnan: "day mi nu$al d i$san, d a$webbaô, a d nu$al di lxelq amaynut"? |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | এটাই তাদের শাস্তি। কারণ, তারা আমার নিদর্শনসমূহ অস্বীকার করেছে এবং বলেছেঃ আমরা যখন অস্থিতে পরিণত ও চুর্ণ-বিচুর্ণ হয়ে যাব, তখনও কি আমরা নতুনভাবে সৃজিত হয়ে উত্থিত হব? |
| Literal | That (is) their reward because they (E) disbelieved with Our verses/evidences and they said: "Is (it that) if we were bones and debris/fragments , are we being resurrected/revived (E) (as a) new creation?" |
| Yusuf Ali | That is their recompense, because they rejected Our signs, and said, "When we are reduced to bones and broken dust, should we really be raised up (to be) a new Creation?" |
| Pickthal | That is their reward because they disbelieved Our revelations and said: When we are bones and fragments shall we, forsooth, be raised up as a new creation? |
