| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[17:49] | Waqaloo a-itha kunnaAAithaman warufatan a-innalamabAAoothoona khalqan jadeedan
|  وقالوا أإذا كنا عظاما ورفاتا أإنا لمبعوثون خلقا جديدا
وَقَالُواْ أَئِذَا كُنَّا عِظَامًا وَرُفَاتًا أَإِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ خَلْقًا جَدِيدًا |
| Words | |وقالوا - And they say,| أإذا - "Is it when| كنا - we are| عظاما - bones| ورفاتا - and crumbled particles,| أإنا - will we| لمبعوثون - surely (be) resurrected| خلقا - (as) a creation| جديدا - new."| |

| አሉም «እንዴት አጥንቶችና ብስብሶች በኾን ጊዜ እኛ አዲስ ፍጥረት ኾነን በእርግጥ ተቀስቃሾች ነን» |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তারা বলেঃ যখন আমরা অস্থিতে পরিণত ও চূর্ণ বিচূর্ণ হয়ে যাব, তখনও কি নতুন করে সৃজিত হয়ে উত্থিত হব? |
| Literal | And they said: "Is (it that) if we were bones and debris/fragments/broken pieces are we being resurrected/revived (E) (in) a new creation?" |
| Yusuf Ali | They say: "What! when we are reduced to bones and dust, should we really be raised up (to be) a new creation?" |
