| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[17:39] | Thalika mimma awhailayka rabbuka mina alhikmati wala tajAAal maAAaAllahi ilahan akhara fatulqa feejahannama malooman madhooran
|  ذلك مما أوحى إليك ربك من الحكمة ولا تجعل مع الله إلها آخر فتلقى في جهنم ملوما مدحورا
ذَلِكَ مِمَّا أَوْحَى إِلَيْكَ رَبُّكَ مِنَ الْحِكْمَةِ وَلاَ تَجْعَلْ مَعَ اللّهِ إِلَهًا آخَرَ فَتُلْقَى فِي جَهَنَّمَ مَلُومًا مَّدْحُورًا |

| ይህ ጌታህ ከጥበቡ ወደ አንተ ካወረደው ነገር ነው፡፡ ከአላህም ጋር ሌላን አምላክ አታድርግ የተወቀስክ የተባረርክ ኾነህ በገሀነም ውስጥ ትጣላለህና፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { ذلك مما أوحى إليك } يا محمد { ربك من الحكمة } الموعظة { ولا تجعل مع الله إلها آخر فتلقى في جهنم ملوما مدحورا } مطرودا من رحمة الله . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | এটা ঐ হিকমতের অন্তর্ভূক্ত, যা আপনার পালনকর্তা আপনাকে ওহী মারফত দান করেছেন। আল্লাহর সাথে অন্য কোন উপাস্য স্থির করবেন না। তাহলে অভিযুক্ত ও আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ থেকে বিতাড়িত অবস্থায় জাহান্নামে নিক্ষিপ্ত হবেন। |
| Literal | That (is) from what your Lord inspired/transmitted to you from the wisdom, and do not make/create with God another god, so you will be thrown/thrown away in Hell, blameworthy/blamed, expelled/driven away . |
| Yusuf Ali | These are among the (precepts of) wisdom, which thy Lord has revealed to thee. Take not, with Allah, another object of worship, lest thou shouldst be thrown into Hell, blameworthy and rejected. |
