| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[12:104] | Wama tas-aluhum AAalayhi min ajrinin huwa illa thikrun lilAAalameena
|  وما تسألهم عليه من أجر إن هو إلا ذكر للعالمين
وَمَا تَسْأَلُهُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ إِنْ هُوَ إِلاَّ ذِكْرٌ لِّلْعَالَمِينَ |
| Words | |وما - And not| تسألهم - you ask them| عليه - for it| من - any| أجر - reward.| إن - Not| هو - (is) it| إلا - but| ذكر - a reminder| للعالمين - to the worlds.| |

| በእርሱም (በቁርአን) ላይ ምንም ዋጋ አትጠይቃቸውም፡፡ እርሱ ለዓለማት ግሳጼ እንጂ ሌላ አይደለም፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { وما تسألهم عليه } أي القرآن { من أجر } تأخذه { إن } ما { هو } أي القرآن { إلا ذكر } عظة { للعالمين } . |
| Ur asen ssutur kra n teqdiât. Neppa, d asmekti kan i imavalen. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আপনি এর জন্যে তাদের কাছে কোন বিনিময় চান না। এটা তো সারা বিশ্বের জন্যে উপদেশ বৈ নয়। |
| Literal | And you do not ask/question them on (for) it from a reward/wage/fee, that it is except (a) reminder to the creations all together/(universes). |
| Yusuf Ali | And no reward dost thou ask of them for this: it is no less than a message for all creatures. |
| Pickthal | Thou askest them no fee for it. It is naught else than a reminder unto the peoples. |
| Arberry | Thou askest of them no wage for it; it is nothing but a reminder unto all beings. |
