| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[11:68] | Kaan lam yaghnaw feeha alainna thamooda kafaroo rabbahum ala buAAdan lithamooda
|  كأن لم يغنوا فيها ألا إن ثمود كفروا ربهم ألا بعدا لثمود
كَأَن لَّمْ يَغْنَوْاْ فِيهَا أَلاَ إِنَّ ثَمُودَ كَفرُواْ رَبَّهُمْ أَلاَ بُعْدًا لِّثَمُودَ |
| Words | |كأن - As if| لم - not| يغنوا - they (had) prospered| فيها - therein.| ألا - No doubt,| إن - indeed,| ثمود - Thamud| كفروا - disbelieved| ربهم - (in) their Lord,| ألا - so| بعدا - away| لثمود - with Thamud.| |

| በእሷ ውስጥ እንዳልኖሩባት ሆኑ፡፡ ንቁ! ሰሙዶች ጌታቸውን በእርግጥ ካዱ፡፡ ንቁ! ለሰሙዶች (ከአላህ እዝነት) መራቅ ተገባቸው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { كأن } مخففة واسمها محذوف أي كأنهم { لم يَغنوا } يقيموا { فيها } في دارهم { ألا إن ثمود كفروا ربهم ألا بُعدا لثمود } بالصرف وتركه على معنى الحي والقبيلة . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | যেন তাঁরা কোনদিনই সেখানে ছিল না। জেনে রাখ, নিশ্চয় সামুদ জাতি তাদের পালনকর্তার প্রতি অস্বীকার করেছিল। আরো শুনে রাখ, সামুদ জাতির জন্য অভিশাপ রয়েছে। |
