| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[11:67] | Waakhatha allatheena thalamooalssayhatu faasbahoo fee diyarihimjathimeena
|  وأخذ الذين ظلموا الصيحة فأصبحوا في ديارهم جاثمين
وَأَخَذَ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ الصَّيْحَةُ فَأَصْبَحُواْ فِي دِيَارِهِمْ جَاثِمِينَ |
| Words | |وأخذ - And seized| الذين - those who| ظلموا - wronged,| الصيحة - the thunderous blast| فأصبحوا - then they became| في - in| ديارهم - their homes| جاثمين - fallen prone.| |

| እነዚያንም የበደሉትን ጩኸት ያዛቸው፡፡ በቤቶቻቸውም ውስጥ የተንበረከኩ ሆነው ሞተው አነጉ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { وأخذ الذين ظلموا الصيحة فأصبحوا في ديارهم جاثمين } باركين على الركب ميِّتين . |
| Asu$u iwwet wid idensen, gwran d d imeslax deg ixxamen nnsen, |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আর ভয়ঙ্কর গর্জন পাপিষ্ঠদের পাকড়াও করল, ফলে ভোর হতে না হতেই তারা নিজ নিজ গৃহসমূহে উপুর হয়ে পড়ে রইল। |
| Literal | And the loud strong cry/torture/raid took/punished those who caused injustice/oppression, so they became/became in the morning in their homes/countries stuck to the ground (dead). |
| Yusuf Ali | The (mighty) Blast overtook the wrong-doers, and they lay prostrate in their homes before the morning,- |
| Pickthal | And the (awful) Cry overtook those who did wrong, so that morning found them prostrate in their dwellings, |
