| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[11:46] | Qala ya noohu innahulaysa min ahlika innahu AAamalun ghayru salihin falatas-alni ma laysa laka bihi AAilmun innee aAAithukaan takoona mina aljahileena
|  قال يا نوح إنه ليس من أهلك إنه عمل غير صالح فلا تسألن ما ليس لك به علم إني أعظك أن تكون من الجاهلين
قَالَ يَا نُوحُ إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ مِنْ أَهْلِكَ إِنَّهُ عَمَلٌ غَيْرُ صَالِحٍ فَلاَ تَسْأَلْنِ مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ بِهِ عِلْمٌ إِنِّي أَعِظُكَ أَن تَكُونَ مِنَ الْجَاهِلِينَ |
| Words | |قال - He said,| يا - O| نوح - "O Nuh!| إنه - Indeed, he| ليس - (is) not| من - of| أهلك - your family;| إنه - indeed, [he]| عمل - (his) deed| غير - (is) other than| صالح - righteous,| فلا - so (do) not| تسألن - ask Me| ما - (about) what| ليس - not| لك - you have| به - of it| علم - any knowledge.| إني - Indeed, I| أعظك - admonish you| أن - lest| تكون - you be| من - among| الجاهلين - the ignorant."| |

| (አላህም) «ኑሕ ሆይ! እርሱ ከቤተሰብህ አይደለም፤ እርሱ መልካም ያልሆነ ሥራ ነው፤ በርሱ ዕውቀት የሌለህንም ነገር አትጠይቀኝ፤ እኔ ከሚሳሳቱት ሰዎች እንዳትሆን እገስጽሀለሁ» አለ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { قال } تعالى { يا نوح إنه ليس من أهلك } الناجين أو من أهل دينك { إنه } أي سؤالك إياي بنجاته { عمل غير صالح } فإنه كافر ولا نجاة للكافرين وفي قراءة بكسر ميم عمل فعل ونصب غير فالضمير لابنه { فلا تسألنّ } بالتشديد والتخفيف { وما ليس لك به علم } من إنجاء ابنك { إني أعظك أن تكون من الجاهلين } بسؤالك ما لم تعلم . |
| Inna: "a Nuê! Neppa, s tidep, ur illi n wacult ik. Ih, neppa ur ixdim ayen ilhan. Ihi, ur iyI d steqsay $ef wayen ur tessinev. Nek a k Ssakwaye$, ur teppiliv seg wid ur nessin". |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আল্লাহ বলেন, হে নূহ! নিশ্চয় সে আপনার পরিবারভুক্ত নয়। নিশ্চই সে দুরাচার! সুতরাং আমার কাছে এমন দরখাস্ত করবেন না, যার খবর আপনি জানেন না। আমি আপনাকে উপপদেশ দিচ্ছি যে, আপনি অজ্ঞদের দলভুক্ত হবেন না। |
| Literal | He said: "You Noah, that he is not from your family/relation/people. That he is (a) not correct/righteous deed, so do not question/ask Me, what is not with knowledge to you with it (you have no knowledge of), that I advise you that you be from the lowly/ignorant ." |
| Yusuf Ali | He said: "O Noah! He is not of thy family: For his conduct is unrighteous. So ask not of Me that of which thou hast no knowledge! I give thee counsel, lest thou act like the ignorant!" |

| Pitharo (o Allah): "Hay Noh, mataan! a skaniyan na kna a ba pd ko taalok rka: Mataan aya! a galbk a di mapiya; na ding ka Rakn phangniya so da a kataong ka on. Mataan! a Sakn na pphangthomaan Ko ska, ka oba ka mabaloy a pd ko di manga tatao!" |
