| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[11:20] | Ola-ika lam yakoonoo muAAjizeena feeal-ardi wama kana lahum min dooni Allahimin awliyaa yudaAAafu lahumu alAAathabu makanoo yastateeAAoona alssamAAa wama kanooyubsiroona
|  أولئك لم يكونوا معجزين في الأرض وما كان لهم من دون الله من أولياء يضاعف لهم العذاب ما كانوا يستطيعون السمع وما كانوا يبصرون
أُولَـئِكَ لَمْ يَكُونُواْ مُعْجِزِينَ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَمَا كَانَ لَهُم مِّن دُونِ اللّهِ مِنْ أَوْلِيَاءَ يُضَاعَفُ لَهُمُ الْعَذَابُ مَا كَانُواْ يَسْتَطِيعُونَ السَّمْعَ وَمَا كَانُواْ يُبْصِرُونَ |

| እነዚያ በምድር ውስጥ (ከአላህ) የሚያመልጡ አልነበሩም፡፡ ከአላህም ሌላ ለእነርሱ ረዳቶች አልነበሯቸውም፡፡ ለእነሱ ቅጣቱ ይደራረብላቸዋል፡፡ (እውነትን) መስማትን የሚችሉ አልነበሩም የሚያዩም አልነበሩም፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { أولئك لم يكونوا معجزين } الله { في الأرض وما كان لهم من دون الله } أي غيره { من أولياء } أنصار يمنعونهم من عذابه { يضاعف لهم العذاب } بإضلالهم غيرهم { وما كانوا يستطيعون السمع } للحق { وما كانوا يبصرونـ } ـه أي لفرط كراهتهم له كأنهم لم يستطيعوا ذلك . |
| Wigi, ur sfunnugen di tmurt, ur asen illi bab, war Öebbi. Fellasen aâaqeb ar wayev. Ur zmiren ad slen, ur pwalin. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তারা পৃথিবীতেও আল্লাহকে অপারগ করতে পারবে না এবং আল্লাহ ব্যতীত তাদের কোন সাহায্যকারীও নেই, তাদের জন্য দ্বিগুণ শাস্তি রয়েছে; তারা শুনতে পারত না এবং দেখতেও পেত না। |
| Literal | Those, were not (to) be disabling/frustrating in the earth/Planet Earth and (there) were not for them from other than God from guardians/allies , the torture (will) be doubled/multiplied for them, and they were not able (of) the hearing (to hear)/listening (to listen) , and they were not seeing/looking/understanding. |
| Yusuf Ali | They will in no wise frustrate (His design) on earth, nor have they protectors besides Allah! Their penalty will be doubled! They lost the power to hear, and they did not see! |
