| 1 [3:68] | Inna awla alnnasibi-ibraheema lallatheena ittabaAAoohu wahathaalnnabiyyu waallatheena amanoo waAllahuwaliyyu almu/mineena |  إن أولى الناس بإبراهيم للذين اتبعوه وهذا النبي والذين آمنوا والله ولي المؤمنينإِنَّ أَوْلَى النَّاسِ بِإِبْرَاهِيمَ لَلَّذِينَ اتَّبَعُوهُ وَهَـذَا النَّبِيُّ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَاللّهُ وَلِيُّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| أولى - the best to claim relationship| الناس - (of) people| بإبراهيم - with Ibrahim| للذين - (are) those who| اتبعوه - follow him| وهذا - and this| النبي - [the] Prophet| والذين - and those who| آمنوا - believe[d].| والله - And Allah| ولي - (is) a Guardian| المؤمنين - (of) the believers.| | ||||||
| 2 [6:92] | Wahatha kitabun anzalnahumubarakun musaddiqu allathee bayna yadayhiwalitunthira omma alqura waman hawlahawaallatheena yu/minoona bial-akhiratiyu/minoona bihi wahum AAala salatihim yuhafithoona | وهذا كتاب أنزلناه مبارك مصدق الذي بين يديه ولتنذر أم القرى ومن حولها والذين يؤمنون بالآخرة يؤمنون به وهم على صلاتهم يحافظون وَهَـذَا كِتَابٌ أَنزَلْنَاهُ مُبَارَكٌ مُّصَدِّقُ الَّذِي بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَلِتُنذِرَ أُمَّ الْقُرَى وَمَنْ حَوْلَهَا وَالَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْآخِرَةِ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِ وَهُمْ عَلَى صَلاَتِهِمْ يُحَافِظُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وهذا - And this| كتاب - (is) a Book,| أنزلناه - We have revealed it,| مبارك - blessed,| مصدق - confirming| الذي - which| بين - (came) before| يديه - its hands,| ولتنذر - so that you may warn| أم - (the) mother| القرى - (of) the cities| ومن - and who| حولها - (are) around it.| والذين - And those who| يؤمنون - believe| بالآخرة - in the Hereafter,| يؤمنون - they believe| به - in it,| وهم - and they,| على - over| صلاتهم - their prayers| يحافظون - (are) guarding.| | ||||||
| 3 [6:126] | Wahatha siratu rabbikamustaqeeman qad fassalna al-ayatiliqawmin yaththakkaroona | وهذا صراط ربك مستقيما قد فصلنا الآيات لقوم يذكرون وَهَـذَا صِرَاطُ رَبِّكَ مُسْتَقِيمًا قَدْ فَصَّلْنَا الْآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَذَّكَّرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وهذا - And this| صراط - (is the) way| ربك - (of) your Lord -| مستقيما - straight.| قد - Certainly| فصلنا - We have detailed| الآيات - the Verses| لقوم - for a people| يذكرون - who take heed.| | ||||||
| 4 [6:136] | WajaAAaloo lillahi mimma tharaamina alharthi waal-anAAami naseebanfaqaloo hatha lillahi bizaAAmihim wahathalishuraka-ina fama kana lishuraka-ihimfala yasilu ila Allahi wama kanalillahi fahuwa yasilu ila shuraka-ihimsaa ma yahkumoona | وجعلوا لله مما ذرأ من الحرث والأنعام نصيبا فقالوا هذا لله بزعمهم وهذا لشركائنا فما كان لشركائهم فلا يصل إلى الله وما كان لله فهو يصل إلى شركائهم ساء ما يحكمون وَجَعَلُواْ لِلّهِ مِمِّا ذَرَأَ مِنَ الْحَرْثِ وَالْأَنْعَامِ نَصِيبًا فَقَالُواْ هَـذَا لِلّهِ بِزَعْمِهِمْ وَهَـذَا لِشُرَكَآئِنَا فَمَا كَانَ لِشُرَكَآئِهِمْ فَلاَ يَصِلُ إِلَى اللّهِ وَمَا كَانَ لِلّهِ فَهُوَ يَصِلُ إِلَى شُرَكَآئِهِمْ سَاءَ مَا يَحْكُمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وجعلوا - And they assign| لله - to Allah| مما - out of what| ذرأ - He produced| من - of| الحرث - the crops| والأنعام - and the cattle| نصيبا - a share| فقالوا - and they say,| هذا - "This| لله - (is) for Allah,"| بزعمهم - by their claim,| وهذا - "And this| لشركائنا - (is) for our partners."| فما - But what| كان - is| لشركائهم - for their partners| فلا - (does) not| يصل - reach| إلى - [to]| الله - Allah,| وما - while what| كان - is| لله - for Allah| فهو - then it| يصل - reaches| إلى - [to]| شركائهم - their partners.| ساء - Evil| ما - (is) what| يحكمون - they judge.| | ||||||
| 5 [6:155] | Wahatha kitabun anzalnahumubarakun faittabiAAoohu waittaqoolaAAallakum turhamoona | وهذا كتاب أنزلناه مبارك فاتبعوه واتقوا لعلكم ترحمون وَهَـذَا كِتَابٌ أَنزَلْنَاهُ مُبَارَكٌ فَاتَّبِعُوهُ وَاتَّقُواْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وهذا - And this| كتاب - (is) a Book| أنزلناه - We have revealed it -| مبارك - blessed,| فاتبعوه - so follow it| واتقوا - and fear (Allah)| لعلكم - so that you may| ترحمون - receive mercy.| | ||||||
| 6 [11:72] | Qalat ya waylata aaliduwaana AAajoozun wahatha baAAlee shaykhan inna hathalashay-on AAajeebun | قالت يا ويلتى أألد وأنا عجوز وهذا بعلي شيخا إن هذا لشيء عجيب قَالَتْ يَا وَيْلَتَى أَأَلِدُ وَأَنَاْ عَجُوزٌ وَهَـذَا بَعْلِي شَيْخًا إِنَّ هَـذَا لَشَيْءٌ عَجِيبٌ | |||||
| Words | |قالت - She said,| يا - O| ويلتى - "Woe to me!| أألد - Shall I bear a child| وأنا - while I am| عجوز - an old woman| وهذا - and this,| بعلي - my husband,| شيخا - (is) an old man?| إن - Indeed,| هذا - this| لشيء - (is) surely a thing| عجيب - amazing."| | ||||||
| 7 [12:90] | Qaloo a-innaka laanta yoosufa qalaana yoosufu wahatha akhee qad manna AllahuAAalayna innahu man yattaqi wayasbir fa-inna Allahala yudeeAAu ajra almuhsineena | قالوا أإنك لأنت يوسف قال أنا يوسف وهذا أخي قد من الله علينا إنه من يتق ويصبر فإن الله لا يضيع أجر المحسنين قَالُواْ أَإِنَّكَ لَأَنتَ يُوسُفُ قَالَ أَنَاْ يُوسُفُ وَهَـذَا أَخِي قَدْ مَنَّ اللّهُ عَلَيْنَا إِنَّهُ مَن يَتَّقِ وَيَصْبِرْ فَإِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يُضِيعُ أَجْرَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |قالوا - They said,| أإنك - "Are you indeed,| لأنت - surely you,| يوسف - Yusuf?"| قال - He said,| أنا - "I am| يوسف - Yusuf| وهذا - and this| أخي - (is) my brother.| قد - Indeed,| من - Allah has been gracious| الله - Allah has been gracious| علينا - to us.| إنه - Indeed, he| من - who| يتق - fears Allah| ويصبر - and (is) patient,| فإن - then indeed,| الله - Allah| لا - (does) not| يضيع - let go waste| أجر - (the) reward| المحسنين - (of) the good-doers."| | ||||||
| 8 [16:103] | Walaqad naAAlamu annahum yaqooloona innamayuAAallimuhu basharun lisanu allathee yulhidoonailayhi aAAjamiyyun wahatha lisanun AAarabiyyunmubeenun | ولقد نعلم أنهم يقولون إنما يعلمه بشر لسان الذي يلحدون إليه أعجمي وهذا لسان عربي مبين وَلَقَدْ نَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُمْ يَقُولُونَ إِنَّمَا يُعَلِّمُهُ بَشَرٌ لِّسَانُ الَّذِي يُلْحِدُونَ إِلَيْهِ أَعْجَمِيٌّ وَهَـذَا لِسَانٌ عَرَبِيٌّ مُّبِينٌ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly| نعلم - We know| أنهم - that they| يقولون - say,| إنما - "Only| يعلمه - teaches him| بشر - a human being."| لسان - (The) tongue| الذي - (of) the one| يلحدون - they refer| إليه - to him| أعجمي - (is) foreign| وهذا - while this| لسان - (is) a language| عربي - Arabic| مبين - clear.| | ||||||
| 9 [16:116] | Wala taqooloo lima tasifualsinatukumu alkathiba hatha halalunwahatha haramun litaftaroo AAala Allahialkathiba inna allatheena yaftaroona AAalaAllahi alkathiba la yuflihoona | ولا تقولوا لما تصف ألسنتكم الكذب هذا حلال وهذا حرام لتفتروا على الله الكذب إن الذين يفترون على الله الكذب لا يفلحون وَلاَ تَقُولُواْ لِمَا تَصِفُ أَلْسِنَتُكُمُ الْكَذِبَ هَـذَا حَلاَلٌ وَهَـذَا حَرَامٌ لِّتَفْتَرُواْ عَلَى اللّهِ الْكَذِبَ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَفْتَرُونَ عَلَى اللّهِ الْكَذِبَ لاَ يُفْلِحُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولا - And (do) not| تقولوا - say| لما - for that which| تصف - assert| ألسنتكم - your tongues,| الكذب - the lie,| هذا - "This| حلال - (is) lawful| وهذا - and this| حرام - (is) forbidden,"| لتفتروا - so that you invent| على - about| الله - Allah| الكذب - the lie.| إن - Indeed,| الذين - those who| يفترون - invent| على - about| الله - Allah| الكذب - the lie,| لا - they will not succeed.| يفلحون - they will not succeed.| | ||||||
| 10 [21:50] | Wahatha thikrun mubarakunanzalnahu afaantum lahu munkiroona | وهذا ذكر مبارك أنزلناه أفأنتم له منكرون وَهَذَا ذِكْرٌ مُّبَارَكٌ أَنزَلْنَاهُ أَفَأَنتُمْ لَهُ مُنكِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وهذا - And this| ذكر - (is) a Reminder| مبارك - blessed,| أنزلناه - which We (have) revealed.| أفأنتم - Then are you| له - of it| منكرون - rejecters?| | ||||||
| 11 [25:53] | Wahuwa allathee maraja albahraynihatha AAathbun furatun wahatha milhunojajun wajaAAala baynahuma barzakhan wahijranmahjooran | وهو الذي مرج البحرين هذا عذب فرات وهذا ملح أجاج وجعل بينهما برزخا وحجرا محجورا وَهُوَ الَّذِي مَرَجَ الْبَحْرَيْنِ هَذَا عَذْبٌ فُرَاتٌ وَهَذَا مِلْحٌ أُجَاجٌ وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَهُمَا بَرْزَخًا وَحِجْرًا مَّحْجُورًا | |||||
| Words | |وهو - And He| الذي - (is) the One Who| مرج - (has) released| البحرين - the two seas| هذا - [this] (one)| عذب - palatable| فرات - and sweet| وهذا - and [this] (one)| ملح - salty| أجاج - (and) bitter,| وجعل - and He has made| بينهما - between them| برزخا - a barrier| وحجرا - and a partition| محجورا - forbidden.| | ||||||
| 12 [28:15] | Wadakhala almadeenata AAala heenighaflatin min ahliha fawajada feeha rajulayniyaqtatilani hatha min sheeAAatihi wahathamin AAaduwwihi faistaghathahu allathee minsheeAAatihi AAala allathee min AAaduwwihifawakazahu moosa faqada AAalayhi qala hathamin AAamali alshshaytani innahu AAaduwwun mudillunmubeenun | ودخل المدينة على حين غفلة من أهلها فوجد فيها رجلين يقتتلان هذا من شيعته وهذا من عدوه فاستغاثه الذي من شيعته على الذي من عدوه فوكزه موسى فقضى عليه قال هذا من عمل الشيطان إنه عدو مضل مبين وَدَخَلَ الْمَدِينَةَ عَلَى حِينِ غَفْلَةٍ مِّنْ أَهْلِهَا فَوَجَدَ فِيهَا رَجُلَيْنِ يَقْتَتِلَانِ هَذَا مِن شِيعَتِهِ وَهَذَا مِنْ عَدُوِّهِ فَاسْتَغَاثَهُ الَّذِي مِن شِيعَتِهِ عَلَى الَّذِي مِنْ عَدُوِّهِ فَوَكَزَهُ مُوسَى فَقَضَى عَلَيْهِ قَالَ هَذَا مِنْ عَمَلِ الشَّيْطَانِ إِنَّهُ عَدُوٌّ مُّضِلٌّ مُّبِينٌ | |||||
| Words | |ودخل - And he entered| المدينة - the city| على - at| حين - a time| غفلة - (of) inattention| من - of| أهلها - its people| فوجد - and found| فيها - therein| رجلين - two men| يقتتلان - fighting each other;| هذا - this| من - of| شيعته - his party| وهذا - and this| من - of| عدوه - his enemy.| فاستغاثه - And called him for help| الذي - the one who| من - (was) from| شيعته - his party| على - against| الذي - the one who| من - (was) from| عدوه - his enemy,| فوكزه - so Musa struck him with his fist| موسى - so Musa struck him with his fist| فقضى - and killed him.| عليه - and killed him.| قال - He said,| هذا - "This (is)| من - of| عمل - (the) deed| الشيطان - (of) Shaitaan.| إنه - Indeed, he| عدو - (is) an enemy -| مضل - one who misleads| مبين - clearly."| | ||||||
| 13 [35:12] | Wama yastawee albahranihatha AAathbun furatun sa-ighun sharabuhuwahatha milhun ojajun wamin kullinta/kuloona lahman tariyyan watastakhrijoona hilyatantalbasoonaha watara alfulka feehi mawakhiralitabtaghoo min fadlihi walaAAallakum tashkuroona | وما يستوي البحران هذا عذب فرات سائغ شرابه وهذا ملح أجاج ومن كل تأكلون لحما طريا وتستخرجون حلية تلبسونها وترى الفلك فيه مواخر لتبتغوا من فضله ولعلكم تشكرون وَمَا يَسْتَوِي الْبَحْرَانِ هَذَا عَذْبٌ فُرَاتٌ سَائِغٌ شَرَابُهُ وَهَذَا مِلْحٌ أُجَاجٌ وَمِن كُلٍّ تَأْكُلُونَ لَحْمًا طَرِيًّا وَتَسْتَخْرِجُونَ حِلْيَةً تَلْبَسُونَهَا وَتَرَى الْفُلْكَ فِيهِ مَوَاخِرَ لِتَبْتَغُوا مِن فَضْلِهِ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| يستوي - are alike| البحران - the two seas.| هذا - This| عذب - (is) fresh,| فرات - sweet,| سائغ - pleasant| شرابه - its drink,| وهذا - and this| ملح - salty| أجاج - (and) bitter.| ومن - And from| كل - each| تأكلون - you eat| لحما - meat| طريا - fresh| وتستخرجون - and you extract| حلية - ornaments| تلبسونها - you wear them,| وترى - and you see| الفلك - the ships| فيه - in it,| مواخر - cleaving,| لتبتغوا - so that you may seek| من - of| فضله - His Bounty,| ولعلكم - and that you may| تشكرون - be grateful.| | ||||||
| 14 [46:12] | Wamin qablihi kitabu moosa imamanwarahmatan wahatha kitabun musaddiqunlisanan AAarabiyyan liyunthira allatheena thalamoowabushra lilmuhsineena | ومن قبله كتاب موسى إماما ورحمة وهذا كتاب مصدق لسانا عربيا لينذر الذين ظلموا وبشرى للمحسنين وَمِن قَبْلِهِ كِتَابُ مُوسَى إِمَامًا وَرَحْمَةً وَهَذَا كِتَابٌ مُّصَدِّقٌ لِّسَانًا عَرَبِيًّا لِّيُنذِرَ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا وَبُشْرَى لِلْمُحْسِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And before it| قبله - And before it| كتاب - (was the) Scripture| موسى - (of) Musa| إماما - (as) a guide| ورحمة - and a mercy.| وهذا - And this| كتاب - (is) a Book| مصدق - confirming,| لسانا - (in) language| عربيا - Arabic| لينذر - to warn| الذين - those who| ظلموا - do wrong| وبشرى - and (as) glad tidings| للمحسنين - for the good-doers.| | ||||||
