| 1 [13:34] | Lahum AAathabun fee alhayatialddunya walaAAathabu al-akhiratiashaqqu wama lahum mina Allahi min waqin |  لهم عذاب في الحياة الدنيا ولعذاب الآخرة أشق وما لهم من الله من واقلَّهُمْ عَذَابٌ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَلَعَذَابُ الْآخِرَةِ أَشَقُّ وَمَا لَهُم مِّنَ اللّهِ مِن وَاقٍ | |||||
| Words | |لهم - For them| عذاب - (is) a punishment| في - in| الحياة - the life| الدنيا - (of) the world| ولعذاب - and surely the punishment| الآخرة - (of) the Hereafter| أشق - (is) harder.| وما - And not| لهم - for them| من - against| الله - Allah| من - any| واق - defender.| | ||||||
| 2 [13:37] | Wakathalika anzalnahu hukmanAAarabiyyan wala-ini ittabaAAta ahwaahum baAAda majaaka mina alAAilmi ma laka mina Allahi minwaliyyin wala waqin | وكذلك أنزلناه حكما عربيا ولئن اتبعت أهواءهم بعدما جاءك من العلم ما لك من الله من ولي ولا واق وَكَذَلِكَ أَنزَلْنَاهُ حُكْمًا عَرَبِيًّا وَلَئِنِ اتَّبَعْتَ أَهْوَاءَهُم بَعْدَ مَا جَاءَكَ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ مَا لَكَ مِنَ اللّهِ مِن وَلِيٍّ وَلاَ وَاقٍ | |||||
| Words | |وكذلك - And thus| أنزلناه - We have revealed it| حكما - (to be) a judgment of authority| عربيا - (in) Arabic.| ولئن - And if| اتبعت - you follow| أهواءهم - their desires| بعدما - after what| جاءك - came to you| من - of| العلم - the knowledge,| ما - not| لك - for you| من - against| الله - Allah| من - any| ولي - protector| ولا - and not| واق - defender.| | ||||||
| 3 [40:21] | Awa lam yaseeroo fee al-ardi fayanthurookayfa kana AAaqibatu allatheena kanoomin qablihim kanoo hum ashadda minhum quwwatan waatharanfee al-ardi faakhathahumu Allahu bithunoobihimwama kana lahum mina Allahi min waqin | أولم يسيروا في الأرض فينظروا كيف كان عاقبة الذين كانوا من قبلهم كانوا هم أشد منهم قوة وآثارا في الأرض فأخذهم الله بذنوبهم وما كان لهم من الله من واق أَوَ لَمْ يَسِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَيَنظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الَّذِينَ كَانُوا مِن قَبْلِهِمْ كَانُوا هُمْ أَشَدَّ مِنْهُمْ قُوَّةً وَآثَارًا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَأَخَذَهُمُ اللَّهُ بِذُنُوبِهِمْ وَمَا كَانَ لَهُم مِّنَ اللَّهِ مِن وَاقٍ | |||||
