| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[13:34] | Lahum AAathabun fee alhayatialddunya walaAAathabu al-akhiratiashaqqu wama lahum mina Allahi min waqin
|  لهم عذاب في الحياة الدنيا ولعذاب الآخرة أشق وما لهم من الله من واق
لَّهُمْ عَذَابٌ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَلَعَذَابُ الْآخِرَةِ أَشَقُّ وَمَا لَهُم مِّنَ اللّهِ مِن وَاقٍ |
| Words | |لهم - For them| عذاب - (is) a punishment| في - in| الحياة - the life| الدنيا - (of) the world| ولعذاب - and surely the punishment| الآخرة - (of) the Hereafter| أشق - (is) harder.| وما - And not| لهم - for them| من - against| الله - Allah| من - any| واق - defender.| |

| ለእነሱ በቅርቢቱ ሕይወት ቅጣት አላቸው፡፡ የመጨረሻይቱም (ዓለም) ቅጣት በጣም የበረታ ነው፡፡ ለእነሱም ከአላህ (ቅጣት) ምንም ጠባቂ የላቸውም፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { لهم عذاب في الحياة الدنيا } بالقتل والأسر { ولعذاب الآخرة أشق } أشد منه { ومالهم من الله } أي عذابه { من واق } مانع . |
| Fellasen aâaqeb, di tmeddurt n ddunit. Aâaqeb n laxert, s tidep, aâer. Ur sâin ara ten ifukken, seg ufus n Öebbi. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | দুনিয়ার জীবনেই এদের জন্য রয়েছে আযাব এবং অতি অবশ্য আখেরাতের জীবন কঠোরতম। আল্লাহর কবল থেকে তাদের কোন রক্ষাকারী নেই। |
| Literal | For them (is) torture in the life the present/worldly life, and the end's (other life's) torture (E) (is) harder/more difficult , and (there is) none from (a) protector/preserver for them. |
| Yusuf Ali | For them is a penalty in the life of this world, but harder, truly, is the penalty of the Hereafter: and defender have they none against Allah. |
