| 1 [3:145] | Wama kana linafsin an tamootailla bi-ithni Allahi kitabanmu-ajjalan waman yurid thawaba alddunyanu/tihi minha waman yurid thawaba al-akhiratinu/tihi minha wasanajzee alshshakireena |  وما كان لنفس أن تموت إلا بإذن الله كتابا مؤجلا ومن يرد ثواب الدنيا نؤته منها ومن يرد ثواب الآخرة نؤته منها وسنجزي الشاكرينوَمَا كَانَ لِنَفْسٍ أَنْ تَمُوتَ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِ الله كِتَابًا مُّؤَجَّلاً وَمَن يُرِدْ ثَوَابَ الدُّنْيَا نُؤْتِهِ مِنْهَا وَمَن يُرِدْ ثَوَابَ الْآخِرَةِ نُؤْتِهِ مِنْهَا وَسَنَجْزِي الشَّاكِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| كان - is| لنفس - for a soul| أن - that| تموت - he dies| إلا - except| بإذن - by (the) permission| الله - (of) Allah,| كتابا - (at a) decree| مؤجلا - determined.| ومن - And whoever| يرد - desires| ثواب - reward| الدنيا - (of) the world -| نؤته - We will give him| منها - thereof;| ومن - and whoever| يرد - desires| ثواب - reward| الآخرة - (of) the Hereafter| نؤته - We will give him| منها - thereof.| وسنجزي - And We will reward| الشاكرين - the grateful ones.| | ||||||
| 2 [42:20] | Man kana yureedu hartha al-akhiratinazid lahu fee harthihi waman kana yureedu harthaalddunya nu/tihi minha wama lahu feeal-akhirati min naseebin | من كان يريد حرث الآخرة نزد له في حرثه ومن كان يريد حرث الدنيا نؤته منها وما له في الآخرة من نصيب مَن كَانَ يُرِيدُ حَرْثَ الْآخِرَةِ نَزِدْ لَهُ فِي حَرْثِهِ وَمَن كَانَ يُرِيدُ حَرْثَ الدُّنْيَا نُؤتِهِ مِنْهَا وَمَا لَهُ فِي الْآخِرَةِ مِن نَّصِيبٍ | |||||
