| 1 [2:112] | Bala man aslama wajhahu lillahiwahuwa muhsinun falahu ajruhu AAinda rabbihi walakhawfun AAalayhim wala hum yahzanoona |  بلى من أسلم وجهه لله وهو محسن فله أجره عند ربه ولا خوف عليهم ولا هم يحزنونبَلَى مَنْ أَسْلَمَ وَجْهَهُ لِلّهِ وَهُوَ مُحْسِنٌ فَلَهُ أَجْرُهُ عِندَ رَبِّهِ وَلاَ خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلاَ هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ | |||||
| Words | |بلى - Yes,| من - whoever| أسلم - submits| وجهه - his face| لله - to Allah| وهو - and he| محسن - (is) a good-doer,| فله - so for him| أجره - (is) his reward| عند - with| ربه - his Lord.| ولا - And no| خوف - fear| عليهم - (will be) on them| ولا - and not| هم - they| يحزنون - (will) grieve.| | ||||||
| 2 [4:125] | Waman ahsanu deenan mimman aslamawajhahu lillahi wahuwa muhsinun waittabaAAamillata ibraheema haneefan waittakhathaAllahu ibraheema khaleelan | ومن أحسن دينا ممن أسلم وجهه لله وهو محسن واتبع ملة إبراهيم حنيفا واتخذ الله إبراهيم خليلا وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ دِينًا مِّمَّنْ أَسْلَمَ وَجْهَهُ لِلَّهِ وَهُوَ مُحْسِنٌ واتَّبَعَ مِلَّةَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَنِيفًا وَاتَّخَذَ اللّهُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ خَلِيلاً | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And who| أحسن - (is) better| دينا - (in) religion| ممن - than (one) who| أسلم - submits| وجهه - his face| لله - to Allah| وهو - and he| محسن - (is) a good-doer| واتبع - and follows| ملة - (the) religion| إبراهيم - (of) Ibrahim| حنيفا - (the) upright?| واتخذ - And was taken| الله - (by) Allah| إبراهيم - Ibrahim| خليلا - (as) a friend.| | ||||||
| 3 [31:22] | Waman yuslim wajhahu ila Allahiwahuwa muhsinun faqadi istamsaka bialAAurwatialwuthqa wa-ila Allahi AAaqibatual-omoori | ومن يسلم وجهه إلى الله وهو محسن فقد استمسك بالعروة الوثقى وإلى الله عاقبة الأمور وَمَن يُسْلِمْ وَجْهَهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَهُوَ مُحْسِنٌ فَقَدِ اسْتَمْسَكَ بِالْعُرْوَةِ الْوُثْقَى وَإِلَى اللَّهِ عَاقِبَةُ الْأُمُورِ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And whoever| يسلم - submits| وجهه - his face| إلى - to| الله - Allah| وهو - while he| محسن - (is) a good-doer,| فقد - then indeed,| استمسك - he has grasped| بالعروة - the handhold| الوثقى - the most trustworthy.| وإلى - And to| الله - Allah| عاقبة - (is the) end| الأمور - (of) the matters.| | ||||||
| 4 [37:113] | Wabarakna AAalayhi waAAalaishaqa wamin thurriyyatihima muhsinunwathalimun linafsihi mubeenun | وباركنا عليه وعلى إسحاق ومن ذريتهما محسن وظالم لنفسه مبين وَبَارَكْنَا عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى إِسْحَقَ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِهِمَا مُحْسِنٌ وَظَالِمٌ لِّنَفْسِهِ مُبِينٌ | |||||
| Words | |وباركنا - And We blessed| عليه - him| وعلى - and [on]| إسحاق - Isaac.| ومن - And of| ذريتهما - their offspring| محسن - (are) good-doers| وظالم - and unjust| لنفسه - to himself| مبين - clear.| | ||||||
