| 1 [2:31] | WaAAallama adama al-asmaakullaha thumma AAaradahum AAala almala-ikatifaqala anbi-oonee bi-asma-i haola-iin kuntum sadiqeena |  وعلم آدم الأسماء كلها ثم عرضهم على الملائكة فقال أنبئوني بأسماء هؤلاء إن كنتم صادقينوَعَلَّمَ آدَمَ الأَسْمَاءَ كُلَّهَا ثُمَّ عَرَضَهُمْ عَلَى الْمَلاَئِكَةِ فَقَالَ أَنْبِئُونِي بِأَسْمَاءِ هَـؤُلَاءِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وعلم - And He taught| آدم - Adam| الأسماء - the names -| كلها - all of them.| ثم - Then| عرضهم - He displayed them| على - to| الملائكة - the angels,| فقال - then He said,| أنبئوني - "Inform Me| بأسماء - of (the) names| هؤلاء - (of) these,| إن - if| كنتم - you are| صادقين - truthful."| | ||||||
| 2 [20:56] | Walaqad araynahu ayatinakullaha fakaththaba waaba | ولقد أريناه آياتنا كلها فكذب وأبى وَلَقَدْ أَرَيْنَاهُ آيَاتِنَا كُلَّهَا فَكَذَّبَ وَأَبَى | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And verily,| أريناه - We showed him| آياتنا - Our Signs,| كلها - all of them,| فكذب - but he denied| وأبى - and refused.| | ||||||
| 3 [36:36] | Subhana allathee khalaqaal-azwaja kullaha mimma tunbitu al-arduwamin anfusihim wamimma la yaAAlamoona | سبحان الذي خلق الأزواج كلها مما تنبت الأرض ومن أنفسهم ومما لا يعلمون سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ الْأَزْوَاجَ كُلَّهَا مِمَّا تُنبِتُ الْأَرْضُ وَمِنْ أَنفُسِهِمْ وَمِمَّا لَا يَعْلَمُونَ | |||||

| 4 [43:12] | Waallathee khalaqa al-azwajakullaha wajaAAala lakum mina alfulki waal-anAAamima tarkaboona | والذي خلق الأزواج كلها وجعل لكم من الفلك والأنعام ما تركبون وَالَّذِي خَلَقَ الْأَزْوَاجَ كُلَّهَا وَجَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنَ الْفُلْكِ وَالْأَنْعَامِ مَا تَرْكَبُونَ | |||||

| 5 [54:42] | Kaththaboo bi-ayatinakulliha faakhathnahum akhthaAAazeezin muqtadirin | كذبوا بآياتنا كلها فأخذناهم أخذ عزيز مقتدر كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا كُلِّهَا فَأَخَذْنَاهُمْ أَخْذَ عَزِيزٍ مُّقْتَدِرٍ | |||||
| Words | |كذبوا - They denied| بآياتنا - Our Signs,| كلها - all of them,| فأخذناهم - so We seized them| أخذ - (with) a seizure| عزيز - (of) All-Mighty,| مقتدر - (the) Powerful One.| | ||||||
