| 1 [7:136] | Faintaqamna minhum faaghraqnahumfee alyammi bi-annahum kaththaboo bi-ayatinawakanoo AAanha ghafileena |  فانتقمنا منهم فأغرقناهم في اليم بأنهم كذبوا بآياتنا وكانوا عنها غافلينفَانتَقَمْنَا مِنْهُمْ فَأَغْرَقْنَاهُمْ فِي الْيَمِّ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَذَّبُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا وَكَانُواْ عَنْهَا غَافِلِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فانتقمنا - So We took retribution| منهم - from them| فأغرقناهم - and We drowned them| في - in| اليم - the sea| بأنهم - because they| كذبوا - denied| بآياتنا - Our Signs,| وكانوا - and they were| عنها - to them| غافلين - heedless.| | ||||||
| 2 [15:79] | Faintaqamna minhum wa-innahumalabi-imamin mubeenin | فانتقمنا منهم وإنهما لبإمام مبين فَانتَقَمْنَا مِنْهُمْ وَإِنَّهُمَا لَبِإِمَامٍ مُّبِينٍ | |||||
| Words | |فانتقمنا - So We took retribution| منهم - from them,| وإنهما - and indeed, they both| لبإمام - (were) on a highway| مبين - clear.| | ||||||
| 3 [30:47] | Walaqad arsalna min qablika rusulanila qawmihim fajaoohum bialbayyinatifaintaqamna mina allatheena ajramoo wakanahaqqan AAalayna nasru almu/mineena | ولقد أرسلنا من قبلك رسلا إلى قومهم فجاءوهم بالبينات فانتقمنا من الذين أجرموا وكان حقا علينا نصر المؤمنين وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مِن قَبْلِكَ رُسُلًا إِلَى قَوْمِهِمْ فَجَاؤُوهُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَانْتَقَمْنَا مِنَ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا وَكَانَ حَقًّا عَلَيْنَا نَصْرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And verily,| أرسلنا - We sent| من - before you| قبلك - before you| رسلا - Messengers| إلى - to| قومهم - their people,| فجاءوهم - and they came to them| بالبينات - with clear proofs;| فانتقمنا - then We took retribution| من - from| الذين - those who| أجرموا - committed crimes.| وكان - And it was| حقا - incumbent| علينا - upon Us| نصر - (to) help| المؤمنين - the believers.| | ||||||
| 4 [43:25] | Faintaqamna minhum faonthurkayfa kana AAaqibatu almukaththibeena | فانتقمنا منهم فانظر كيف كان عاقبة المكذبين فَانتَقَمْنَا مِنْهُمْ فَانظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُكَذِّبِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فانتقمنا - So We took retribution| منهم - from them.| فانظر - Then see| كيف - how| كان - was| عاقبة - (the) end| المكذبين - (of) the deniers.| | ||||||
