| 1 [4:16] | Waallathani ya/tiyanihaminkum faathoohuma fa-in taba waaslahafaaAAridoo AAanhuma inna Allaha kanatawwaban raheeman |  واللذان يأتيانها منكم فآذوهما فإن تابا وأصلحا فأعرضوا عنهما إن الله كان توابا رحيماوَاللَّذَانَ يَأْتِيَانِهَا مِنكُمْ فَآذُوهُمَا فَإِن تَابَا وَأَصْلَحَا فَأَعْرِضُواْ عَنْهُمَا إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ تَوَّابًا رَّحِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |واللذان - And the two who| يأتيانها - commit it| منكم - among you,| فآذوهما - then punish both of them.| فإن - But if| تابا - they repent| وأصلحا - and correct themselves,| فأعرضوا - then turn away| عنهما - from both of them.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| كان - is| توابا - Oft-Forgiving,| رحيما - Most-Merciful.| | ||||||
| 2 [7:20] | Fawaswasa lahuma alshshaytanuliyubdiya lahuma ma wooriya AAanhuma minsaw-atihima waqala ma nahakumarabbukuma AAan hathihi alshshajarati illaan takoona malakayni aw takoona mina alkhalideena | فوسوس لهما الشيطان ليبدي لهما ما ووري عنهما من سوآتهما وقال ما نهاكما ربكما عن هذه الشجرة إلا أن تكونا ملكين أو تكونا من الخالدين فَوَسْوَسَ لَهُمَا الشَّيْطَانُ لِيُبْدِيَ لَهُمَا مَا وُورِيَ عَنْهُمَا مِن سَوْءَاتِهِمَا وَقَالَ مَا نَهَاكُمَا رَبُّكُمَا عَنْ هَـذِهِ الشَّجَرَةِ إِلاَّ أَن تَكُونَا مَلَكَيْنِ أَوْ تَكُونَا مِنَ الْخَالِدِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فوسوس - Then whispered| لهما - to both of them| الشيطان - the Shaitaan| ليبدي - to make apparent| لهما - to both of them| ما - what| ووري - was concealed| عنهما - from both of them| من - of| سوآتهما - their shame.| وقال - And he said,| ما - "(Did) not| نهاكما - forbid you both| ربكما - your Lord| عن - from| هذه - this| الشجرة - [the] tree| إلا - except| أن - that| تكونا - you two become| ملكين - Angels| أو - or| تكونا - you two become| من - of| الخالدين - the immortals."| | ||||||
| 3 [7:27] | Ya banee adama layaftinannakumu alshshaytanu kama akhrajaabawaykum mina aljannati yanziAAu AAanhuma libasahumaliyuriyahuma saw-atihima innahu yarakumhuwa waqabeeluhu min haythu la tarawnahum innajaAAalna alshshayateena awliyaa lillatheenala yu/minoona | يا بني آدم لا يفتننكم الشيطان كما أخرج أبويكم من الجنة ينزع عنهما لباسهما ليريهما سوآتهما إنه يراكم هو وقبيله من حيث لا ترونهم إنا جعلنا الشياطين أولياء للذين لا يؤمنون يَا بَنِي آدَمَ لاَ يَفْتِنَنَّكُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ كَمَا أَخْرَجَ أَبَوَيْكُم مِّنَ الْجَنَّةِ يَـنْـزِعُ عَنْهُمَا لِبَاسَهُمَا لِيُرِيَهُمَا سَوْءَاتِهِمَا إِنَّهُ يَرَاكُمْ هُوَ وَقَبِيلُهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لاَ تَرَوْنَهُمْ إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا الشَّيَاطِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ لِلَّذِينَ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| بني - O Children| آدم - (of) Adam!| لا - (Let) not| يفتننكم - tempt you| الشيطان - [the] Shaitaan| كما - as| أخرج - he drove out| أبويكم - your parents| من - from| الجنة - Paradise,| ينزع - stripping| عنهما - from both of them| لباسهما - their clothing| ليريهما - to show both of them| سوآتهما - their shame.| إنه - Indeed, he| يراكم - sees you -| هو - he| وقبيله - and his tribe| من - from| حيث - where| لا - not| ترونهم - you see them.| إنا - Indeed,| جعلنا - We have made| الشياطين - the devils| أولياء - friends| للذين - of those who| لا - (do) not| يؤمنون - believe.| | ||||||
| 4 [66:10] | Daraba Allahu mathalan lillatheenakafaroo imraata noohin waimraata lootin kanatatahta AAabdayni min AAibadina salihaynifakhanatahuma falam yughniya AAanhumamina Allahi shay-an waqeela odkhula alnnaramaAAa alddakhileena | ضرب الله مثلا للذين كفروا امرأت نوح وامرأت لوط كانتا تحت عبدين من عبادنا صالحين فخانتاهما فلم يغنيا عنهما من الله شيئا وقيل ادخلا النار مع الداخلين ضَرَبَ اللَّهُ مَثَلًا لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا امْرَأَتَ نُوحٍ وَامْرَأَتَ لُوطٍ كَانَتَا تَحْتَ عَبْدَيْنِ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا صَالِحَيْنِ فَخَانَتَاهُمَا فَلَمْ يُغْنِيَا عَنْهُمَا مِنَ اللَّهِ شَيْئًا وَقِيلَ ادْخُلَا النَّارَ مَعَ الدَّاخِلِينَ | |||||
