| 1 [13:3] | Wahuwa allathee madda al-ardawajaAAala feeha rawasiya waanharan waminkulli alththamarati jaAAala feeha zawjayniithnayni yughshee allayla alnnahara inna fee thalikalaayatin liqawmin yatafakkaroona |  وهو الذي مد الأرض وجعل فيها رواسي وأنهارا ومن كل الثمرات جعل فيها زوجين اثنين يغشي الليل النهار إن في ذلك لآيات لقوم يتفكرونوَهُوَ الَّذِي مَدَّ الْأَرْضَ وَجَعَلَ فِيهَا رَوَاسِيَ وَأَنْهَارًا وَمِن كُلِّ الثَّمَرَاتِ جَعَلَ فِيهَا زَوْجَيْنِ اثْنَيْنِ يُغْشِي اللَّيْلَ النَّهَارَ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وهو - And He| الذي - (is) the One Who| مد - spread| الأرض - the earth,| وجعل - and placed| فيها - in it| رواسي - firm mountains| وأنهارا - and rivers,| ومن - and from| كل - all| الثمرات - (of) the fruits| جعل - He made| فيها - in it| زوجين - pairs| اثنين - two.| يغشي - He covers| الليل - the night| النهار - (with) the day.| إن - Indeed,| في - in| ذلك - that| لآيات - surely (are) Signs| لقوم - for a people| يتفكرون - who ponder.| | ||||||
| 2 [15:19] | Waal-arda madadnahawaalqayna feeha rawasiya waanbatnafeeha min kulli shay-in mawzoonin | والأرض مددناها وألقينا فيها رواسي وأنبتنا فيها من كل شيء موزون وَالْأَرْضَ مَدَدْنَاهَا وَأَلْقَيْنَا فِيهَا رَوَاسِيَ وَأَنبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ شَيْءٍ مَّوْزُونٍ | |||||
| Words | |والأرض - And the earth,| مددناها - We have spread it| وألقينا - and [We] cast| فيها - therein| رواسي - firm mountains| وأنبتنا - and [We] caused to grow| فيها - therein| من - of| كل - every| شيء - thing| موزون - well-balanced.| | ||||||
| 3 [16:15] | Waalqa fee al-ardi rawasiyaan tameeda bikum waanharan wasubulan laAAallakum tahtadoona | وألقى في الأرض رواسي أن تميد بكم وأنهارا وسبلا لعلكم تهتدون وَأَلْقَى فِي الْأَرْضِ رَوَاسِيَ أَن تَمِيدَ بِكُمْ وَأَنْهَارًا وَسُبُلاً لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَهْتَدُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وألقى - And He has cast| في - in| الأرض - the earth| رواسي - firm mountains,| أن - lest| تميد - it should shake| بكم - with you,| وأنهارا - and rivers| وسبلا - and roads| لعلكم - so that you may| تهتدون - be guided,| | ||||||
| 4 [21:31] | WajaAAalna fee al-ardi rawasiyaan tameeda bihim wajaAAalna feeha fijajansubulan laAAallahum yahtadoona | وجعلنا في الأرض رواسي أن تميد بهم وجعلنا فيها فجاجا سبلا لعلهم يهتدون وَجَعَلْنَا فِي الْأَرْضِ رَوَاسِيَ أَن تَمِيدَ بِهِمْ وَجَعَلْنَا فِيهَا فِجَاجًا سُبُلًا لَّعَلَّهُمْ يَهْتَدُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وجعلنا - And We (have) placed| في - in| الأرض - the earth| رواسي - firmly set mountains,| أن - lest| تميد - it (should) shake| بهم - with them,| وجعلنا - and We made| فيها - therein| فجاجا - broad passes| سبلا - (as) ways,| لعلهم - so that they may| يهتدون - (be) guided.| | ||||||
| 5 [27:61] | Amman jaAAala al-arda qararanwajaAAala khilalaha anharan wajaAAala laharawasiya wajaAAala bayna albahrayni hajizana-ilahun maAAa Allahi bal aktharuhum layaAAlamoona | أمن جعل الأرض قرارا وجعل خلالها أنهارا وجعل لها رواسي وجعل بين البحرين حاجزا أإله مع الله بل أكثرهم لا يعلمون أَمَّن جَعَلَ الْأَرْضَ قَرَارًا وَجَعَلَ خِلَالَهَا أَنْهَارًا وَجَعَلَ لَهَا رَوَاسِيَ وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَ الْبَحْرَيْنِ حَاجِزًا أَإِلَهٌ مَّعَ اللَّهِ بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أمن - Or Who| جعل - made| الأرض - the earth| قرارا - a firm abode| وجعل - and made| خلالها - (in) its midst| أنهارا - rivers| وجعل - and made| لها - for it| رواسي - firm mountains| وجعل - and made| بين - between| البحرين - the two seas| حاجزا - a barrier?| أإله - Is there any god| مع - with| الله - Allah?| بل - Nay,| أكثرهم - most of them| لا - (do) not| يعلمون - know.| | ||||||
| 6 [31:10] | Khalaqa alssamawatibighayri AAamadin tarawnaha waalqa fee al-ardirawasiya an tameeda bikum wabaththa feeha min kullidabbatin waanzalna mina alssama-i maanfaanbatna feeha min kulli zawjin kareemin | خلق السماوات بغير عمد ترونها وألقى في الأرض رواسي أن تميد بكم وبث فيها من كل دابة وأنزلنا من السماء ماء فأنبتنا فيها من كل زوج كريم خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ بِغَيْرِ عَمَدٍ تَرَوْنَهَا وَأَلْقَى فِي الْأَرْضِ رَوَاسِيَ أَن تَمِيدَ بِكُمْ وَبَثَّ فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ دَابَّةٍ وَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَأَنبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ زَوْجٍ كَرِيمٍ | |||||
| Words | |خلق - He created| السماوات - the heavens| بغير - without| عمد - pillars| ترونها - that you see| وألقى - and has cast| في - in| الأرض - the earth| رواسي - firm mountains| أن - lest| تميد - it (might) shake| بكم - with you,| وبث - and He dispersed| فيها - in it| من - from| كل - every| دابة - creature.| وأنزلنا - And We sent down| من - from| السماء - the sky| ماء - water| فأنبتنا - then We caused to grow| فيها - therein| من - of| كل - every| زوج - kind| كريم - noble.| | ||||||
| 7 [41:10] | WajaAAala feeha rawasiya minfawqiha wabaraka feeha waqaddara feehaaqwataha fee arbaAAati ayyamin sawaanlilssa-ileena | وجعل فيها رواسي من فوقها وبارك فيها وقدر فيها أقواتها في أربعة أيام سواء للسائلين وَجَعَلَ فِيهَا رَوَاسِيَ مِن فَوْقِهَا وَبَارَكَ فِيهَا وَقَدَّرَ فِيهَا أَقْوَاتَهَا فِي أَرْبَعَةِ أَيَّامٍ سَوَاءً لِّلسَّائِلِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وجعل - And He placed| فيها - therein| رواسي - firmly-set mountains| من - above it| فوقها - above it| وبارك - and He blessed| فيها - therein,| وقدر - and determined| فيها - therein| أقواتها - its sustenance| في - in| أربعة - four| أيام - periods| سواء - equal,| للسائلين - for those who ask.| | ||||||
| 8 [50:7] | Waal-arda madadnahawaalqayna feeha rawasiya waanbatnafeeha min kulli zawjin baheejin | والأرض مددناها وألقينا فيها رواسي وأنبتنا فيها من كل زوج بهيج وَالْأَرْضَ مَدَدْنَاهَا وَأَلْقَيْنَا فِيهَا رَوَاسِيَ وَأَنبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ زَوْجٍ بَهِيجٍ | |||||
| Words | |والأرض - And the earth,| مددناها - We have spread it out| وألقينا - and cast| فيها - therein| رواسي - firmly set mountains| وأنبتنا - and We made to grow| فيها - therein| من - of| كل - every| زوج - kind| بهيج - beautiful,| | ||||||
| 9 [77:27] | WajaAAalna feeha rawasiyashamikhatin waasqaynakum maan furatan | وجعلنا فيها رواسي شامخات وأسقيناكم ماء فراتا وَجَعَلْنَا فِيهَا رَوَاسِيَ شَامِخَاتٍ وَأَسْقَيْنَاكُم مَّاءً فُرَاتًا | |||||
| Words | |وجعلنا - And We made| فيها - therein| رواسي - firmly set mountains| شامخات - lofty,| وأسقيناكم - and We gave you to drink| ماء - water -| فراتا - sweet?| | ||||||
