| 1 [3:83] | Afaghayra deeni Allahi yabghoonawalahu aslama man fee alssamawati waal-arditawAAan wakarhan wa-ilayhi yurjaAAoona |  أفغير دين الله يبغون وله أسلم من في السماوات والأرض طوعا وكرها وإليه يرجعونأَفَغَيْرَ دِينِ اللّهِ يَبْغُونَ وَلَهُ أَسْلَمَ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ طَوْعًا وَكَرْهًا وَإِلَيْهِ يُرْجَعُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أفغير - So is (it) other than| دين - (the) religion| الله - (of) Allah| يبغون - they seek?| وله - While to Him| أسلم - (have) submitted| من - whatever| في - (is) in| السماوات - the heavens| والأرض - and the earth,| طوعا - willingly| وكرها - or unwillingly,| وإليه - and towards Him| يرجعون - they will be returned.| | ||||||
| 2 [4:11] | Yooseekumu Allahu fee awladikumlilththakari mithlu haththialonthayayni fa-in kunna nisaan fawqa ithnatayni falahunnathulutha ma taraka wa-in kanat wahidatanfalaha alnnisfu wali-abawayhi likulli wahidinminhuma alssudusu mimma taraka in kanalahu waladun fa-in lam yakun lahu waladun wawarithahu abawahufali-ommihi alththuluthu fa-in kana lahu ikhwatunfali-ommihi alssudusu min baAAdi wasiyyatin yooseebiha aw daynin abaokum waabnaokum latadroona ayyuhum aqrabu lakum nafAAan fareedatan mina Allahiinna Allaha kana AAaleeman hakeeman | يوصيكم الله في أولادكم للذكر مثل حظ الأنثيين فإن كن نساء فوق اثنتين فلهن ثلثا ما ترك وإن كانت واحدة فلها النصف ولأبويه لكل واحد منهما السدس مما ترك إن كان له ولد فإن لم يكن له ولد وورثه أبواه فلأمه الثلث فإن كان له إخوة فلأمه السدس من بعد وصية يوصي بها أو دين آباؤكم وأبناؤكم لا تدرون أيهم أقرب لكم نفعا فريضة من الله إن الله كان عليما حكيما يُوصِيكُمُ اللّهُ فِي أَوْلاَدِكُمْ لِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الْأُنثَيَيْنِ فَإِن كُنَّ نِسَاءً فَوْقَ اثْنَتَيْنِ فَلَهُنَّ ثُلُثَا مَا تَرَكَ وَإِن كَانَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَلَهَا النِّصْفُ وَلِأَبَوَيْهِ لِكُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِّنْهُمَا السُّدُسُ مِمَّا تَرَكَ إِن كَانَ لَهُ وَلَدٌ فَإِن لَّمْ يَكُن لَّهُ وَلَدٌ وَوَرِثَهُ أَبَوَاهُ فَلِأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ فَإِن كَانَ لَهُ إِخْوَةٌ فَلِأُمِّهِ السُّدُسُ مِن بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ يُوصِي بِهَا أَوْ دَيْنٍ آبَآؤُكُمْ وَأَبْنَاؤُكُمْ لاَ تَدْرُونَ أَيُّهُمْ أَقْرَبُ لَكُمْ نَفْعاً فَرِيضَةً مِّنَ اللّهِ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |يوصيكم - Instructs you| الله - Allah| في - concerning| أولادكم - your children -| للذكر - for the male| مثل - like| حظ - (the) portion| الأنثيين - (of) two females.| فإن - But if| كن - there are| نساء - (only) women| فوق - more (than)| اثنتين - two,| فلهن - then for them| ثلثا - two thirds| ما - (of) what| ترك - he left.| وإن - And if| كانت - (there) is| واحدة - (only) one,| فلها - then for her| النصف - (is) half.| ولأبويه - And for his parents,| لكل - for each| واحد - one| منهما - of them| السدس - a sixth| مما - of what| ترك - (is) left,| إن - if| كان - is| له - for him| ولد - a child.| فإن - But if| لم - not| يكن - is| له - for him| ولد - any child| وورثه - and inherit[ed] him| أبواه - his parents,| فلأمه - then for his mother| الثلث - (is) one third.| فإن - And if| كان - are| له - for him| إخوة - brothers and sisters,| فلأمه - then for his mother| السدس - (is) the sixth| من - from| بعد - after| وصية - any will| يوصي - he has made| بها - [of which]| أو - or| دين - any debt.| آباؤكم - Your parents| وأبناؤكم - and your children -| لا - not| تدرون - you know| أيهم - which of them| أقرب - (is) nearer| لكم - to you| نفعا - (in) benefit.| فريضة - An obligation| من - from| الله - Allah.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| كان - is| عليما - All-Knowing,| حكيما - All-Wise.| | ||||||
| 3 [4:12] | Walakum nisfu ma taraka azwajukumin lam yakun lahunna waladun fa-in kana lahunna waladunfalakumu alrrubuAAu mimma tarakna min baAAdi wasiyyatinyooseena biha aw daynin walahunna alrrubuAAumimma taraktum in lam yakun lakum waladun fa-in kanalakum waladun falahunna alththumunu mimma taraktummin baAAdi wasiyyatin toosoona biha awdaynin wa-in kana rajulun yoorathu kalalatan awiimraatun walahu akhun aw okhtun falikulli wahidin minhumaalssudusu fa-in kanoo akthara min thalikafahum shurakao fee alththuluthi min baAAdi wasiyyatinyoosa biha aw daynin ghayra mudarrin wasiyyatanmina Allahi waAllahu AAaleemun haleemun | ولكم نصف ما ترك أزواجكم إن لم يكن لهن ولد فإن كان لهن ولد فلكم الربع مما تركن من بعد وصية يوصين بها أو دين ولهن الربع مما تركتم إن لم يكن لكم ولد فإن كان لكم ولد فلهن الثمن مما تركتم من بعد وصية توصون بها أو دين وإن كان رجل يورث كلالة أو امرأة وله أخ أو أخت فلكل واحد منهما السدس فإن كانوا أكثر من ذلك فهم شركاء في الثلث من بعد وصية يوصى بها أو دين غير مضار وصية من الله والله عليم حليم وَلَكُمْ نِصْفُ مَا تَرَكَ أَزْوَاجُكُمْ إِن لَّمْ يَكُن لَّهُنَّ وَلَدٌ فَإِن كَانَ لَهُنَّ وَلَدٌ فَلَكُمُ الرُّبُعُ مِمَّا تَرَكْنَ مِن بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ يُوصِينَ بِهَا أَوْ دَيْنٍ وَلَهُنَّ الرُّبُعُ مِمَّا تَرَكْتُمْ إِن لَّمْ يَكُن لَّكُمْ وَلَدٌ فَإِن كَانَ لَكُمْ وَلَدٌ فَلَهُنَّ الثُّمُنُ مِمَّا تَرَكْتُم مِّن بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ تُوصُونَ بِهَا أَوْ دَيْنٍ وَإِن كَانَ رَجُلٌ يُورَثُ كَلاَلَةً أَوِ امْرَأَةٌ وَلَهُ أَخٌ أَوْ أُخْتٌ فَلِكُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِّنْهُمَا السُّدُسُ فَإِن كَانُواْ أَكْثَرَ مِن ذَلِكَ فَهُمْ شُرَكَاءُ فِي الثُّلُثِ مِن بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ يُوصَى بِهَآ أَوْ دَيْنٍ غَيْرَ مُضَآرٍّ وَصِيَّةً مِّنَ اللّهِ وَاللّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَلِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |ولكم - And for you| نصف - (is) half| ما - (of) what| ترك - (is) left| أزواجكم - by your wives| إن - if| لم - not| يكن - is| لهن - for them| ولد - a child.| فإن - But if| كان - is| لهن - for them| ولد - a child,| فلكم - then for you| الربع - (is) the fourth| مما - of what| تركن - they left,| من - from| بعد - after| وصية - any will| يوصين - they have made| بها - [for which]| أو - or| دين - any debt.| ولهن - And for them| الربع - (is) the fourth| مما - of what| تركتم - you left,| إن - if| لم - not| يكن - is| لكم - for you| ولد - a child.| فإن - But if| كان - is| لكم - for you| ولد - a child,| فلهن - then for them| الثمن - (is) the eighth| مما - of what| تركتم - you left| من - from| بعد - after| وصية - any will| توصون - you have made| بها - [for which]| أو - or| دين - any debt.| وإن - And if| كان - [is]| رجل - a man| يورث - (whose wealth) is to be inherited| كلالة - (has) no parent or child| أو - or| امرأة - a women| وله - and for him| أخ - (is) a brother| أو - or| أخت - a sister,| فلكل - then for each| واحد - one| منهما - of (the) two| السدس - (is) the sixth.| فإن - But if| كانوا - they are| أكثر - more| من - than| ذلك - that,| فهم - then they| شركاء - (are) partners| في - in| الثلث - the third,| من - from| بعد - after| وصية - any will| يوصى - was made| بها - [for which]| أو - or| دين - any debt| غير - without| مضار - (being) harmful.| وصية - An ordinance| من - from| الله - Allah.| والله - And Allah| عليم - (is) All-Knowing,| حليم - All-Forbearing.| | ||||||
| 4 [9:29] | Qatiloo allatheena layu/minoona biAllahi wala bialyawmial-akhiri wala yuharrimoona ma harramaAllahu warasooluhu wala yadeenoona deena alhaqqimina allatheena ootoo alkitaba hattayuAAtoo aljizyata AAan yadin wahum saghiroona | قاتلوا الذين لا يؤمنون بالله ولا باليوم الآخر ولا يحرمون ما حرم الله ورسوله ولا يدينون دين الحق من الذين أوتوا الكتاب حتى يعطوا الجزية عن يد وهم صاغرون قَاتِلُواْ الَّذِينَ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللّهِ وَلاَ بِالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَلاَ يُحَرِّمُونَ مَا حَرَّمَ اللّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ وَلاَ يَدِينُونَ دِينَ الْحَقِّ مِنَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ الْكِتَابَ حَتَّى يُعْطُواْ الْجِزْيَةَ عَن يَدٍ وَهُمْ صَاغِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قاتلوا - Fight| الذين - those who| لا - (do) not| يؤمنون - believe| بالله - in Allah| ولا - and not| باليوم - in the Day| الآخر - the Last,| ولا - and not| يحرمون - they make unlawful| ما - what| حرم - Allah has made unlawful| الله - Allah has made unlawful| ورسوله - and His Messenger,| ولا - and not| يدينون - they acknowledge| دين - (the) religion| الحق - (of) the truth,| من - from| الذين - those who| أوتوا - were given| الكتاب - the Scripture,| حتى - until| يعطوا - they pay| الجزية - the jizyah| عن - willingly,| يد - willingly,| وهم - while they| صاغرون - (are) subdued.| | ||||||
| 5 [12:76] | Fabadaa bi-awAAiyatihim qabla wiAAa-iakheehi thumma istakhrajaha min wiAAa-i akheehi kathalikakidna liyoosufa ma kana liya/khuthaakhahu fee deeni almaliki illa an yashaa AllahunarfaAAu darajatin man nashao wafawqa kulli theeAAilmin AAaleemun | فبدأ بأوعيتهم قبل وعاء أخيه ثم استخرجها من وعاء أخيه كذلك كدنا ليوسف ما كان ليأخذ أخاه في دين الملك إلا أن يشاء الله نرفع درجات من نشاء وفوق كل ذي علم عليم فَبَدَأَ بِأَوْعِيَتِهِمْ قَبْلَ وِعَاءِ أَخِيهِ ثُمَّ اسْتَخْرَجَهَا مِن وِعَاءِ أَخِيهِ كَذَلِكَ كِدْنَا لِيُوسُفَ مَا كَانَ لِيَأْخُذَ أَخَاهُ فِي دِينِ الْمَلِكِ إِلاَّ أَن يَشَاءَ اللّهُ نَرْفَعُ دَرَجَاتٍ مِّن نَّشَاءُ وَفَوْقَ كُلِّ ذِي عِلْمٍ عَلِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |فبدأ - So he began| بأوعيتهم - with their bags| قبل - before| وعاء - (the) bag| أخيه - (of) his brother;| ثم - then| استخرجها - he brought it out| من - from| وعاء - (the) bag| أخيه - (of) his brother.| كذلك - Thus| كدنا - (did) We plan| ليوسف - for Yusuf.| ما - He could not| كان - He could not| ليأخذ - take| أخاه - his brother| في - by| دين - the law| الملك - (of) the king,| إلا - except| أن - that| يشاء - Allah willed.| الله - Allah willed.| نرفع - We raise| درجات - (in) degrees| من - whom| نشاء - We will,| وفوق - but over| كل - every| ذي - possessor| علم - (of) knowledge| عليم - (is) the All-Knower.| | ||||||
| 6 [24:2] | Alzzaniyatu waalzzaneefaijlidoo kulla wahidin minhuma mi-atajaldatin wala ta/khuthkum bihima ra/fatunfee deeni Allahi in kuntum tu/minoona biAllahiwaalyawmi al-akhiri walyashhad AAathabahumata-ifatun mina almu/mineena | الزانية والزاني فاجلدوا كل واحد منهما مائة جلدة ولا تأخذكم بهما رأفة في دين الله إن كنتم تؤمنون بالله واليوم الآخر وليشهد عذابهما طائفة من المؤمنين الزَّانِيَةُ وَالزَّانِي فَاجْلِدُوا كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِّنْهُمَا مِئَةَ جَلْدَةٍ وَلَا تَأْخُذْكُم بِهِمَا رَأْفَةٌ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ إِن كُنتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَلْيَشْهَدْ عَذَابَهُمَا طَائِفَةٌ مِّنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |الزانية - The fornicatress| والزاني - and the fornicator,| فاجلدوا - [then] flog| كل - each| واحد - one| منهما - of them| مائة - (with) hundred| جلدة - lash(es).| ولا - And (let) not| تأخذكم - withhold you| بهما - pity for them| رأفة - pity for them| في - concerning| دين - (the) religion of Allah,| الله - (the) religion of Allah,| إن - if| كنتم - you| تؤمنون - believe| بالله - in Allah| واليوم - and the Day| الآخر - the Last.| وليشهد - And let witness| عذابهما - their punishment| طائفة - a group| من - of| المؤمنين - the believers.| | ||||||
| 7 [98:5] | Wama omiroo illa liyaAAbudooAllaha mukhliseena lahu alddeena hunafaawayuqeemoo alssalata wayu/too alzzakatawathalika deenu alqayyimati | وما أمروا إلا ليعبدوا الله مخلصين له الدين حنفاء ويقيموا الصلاة ويؤتوا الزكاة وذلك دين القيمة وَمَا أُمِرُوا إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ الدِّينَ حُنَفَاءَ وَيُقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَيُؤْتُوا الزَّكَاةَ وَذَلِكَ دِينُ الْقَيِّمَةِ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| أمروا - they were commanded| إلا - except| ليعبدوا - to worship| الله - Allah| مخلصين - (being) sincere| له - to Him| الدين - (in) the religion,| حنفاء - upright,| ويقيموا - and to establish| الصلاة - the prayer,| ويؤتوا - and to give| الزكاة - the zakah| وذلك - And that| دين - (is the) religion| القيمة - the correct.| | ||||||
| 8 [109:6] | Lakum deenukum waliya deeni | لكم دينكم ولي دين لَكُمْ دِينُكُمْ وَلِيَ دِينِ | |||||
| Words | |لكم - For you| دينكم - (is) your religion,| ولي - and for me| دين - (is) my religion."| | ||||||
