| 1 [7:82] | Wama kana jawabaqawmihi illa an qaloo akhrijoohum min qaryatikuminnahum onasun yatatahharoona |  وما كان جواب قومه إلا أن قالوا أخرجوهم من قريتكم إنهم أناس يتطهرونوَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلاَّ أَن قَالُواْ أَخْرِجُوهُم مِّن قَرْيَتِكُمْ إِنَّهُمْ أُنَاسٌ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| كان - was| جواب - (the) answer| قومه - (of) his people| إلا - except| أن - that| قالوا - they said,| أخرجوهم - "Drive them out| من - of| قريتكم - your town.| إنهم - Indeed, they| أناس - (are) people| يتطهرون - who keep themselves pure."| | ||||||
| 2 [27:56] | Fama kana jawabaqawmihi illa an qaloo akhrijoo ala lootinmin qaryatikum innahum onasun yatatahharoona | فما كان جواب قومه إلا أن قالوا أخرجوا آل لوط من قريتكم إنهم أناس يتطهرون فَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلَّا أَن قَالُوا أَخْرِجُوا آلَ لُوطٍ مِّن قَرْيَتِكُمْ إِنَّهُمْ أُنَاسٌ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ | |||||

| 3 [29:24] | Fama kana jawabaqawmihi illa an qaloo oqtuloohu aw harriqoohufaanjahu Allahu mina alnnari inna feethalika laayatin liqawmin yu/minoona | فما كان جواب قومه إلا أن قالوا اقتلوه أو حرقوه فأنجاه الله من النار إن في ذلك لآيات لقوم يؤمنون فَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلَّا أَن قَالُوا اقْتُلُوهُ أَوْ حَرِّقُوهُ فَأَنْجَاهُ اللَّهُ مِنَ النَّارِ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فما - And not| كان - was| جواب - (the) answer| قومه - (of) his people| إلا - except| أن - that| قالوا - they said,| اقتلوه - "Kill him| أو - or| حرقوه - burn him."| فأنجاه - But Allah saved him| الله - But Allah saved him| من - from| النار - the fire.| إن - Indeed,| في - in| ذلك - that,| لآيات - surely (are) Signs| لقوم - for a people| يؤمنون - who believe.| | ||||||
| 4 [29:29] | A-innakum lata/toona alrrijalawataqtaAAoona alssabeela wata/toona fee nadeekumualmunkara fama kana jawaba qawmihi illaan qaloo i/tina biAAathabi Allahi inkunta mina alssadiqeena | أئنكم لتأتون الرجال وتقطعون السبيل وتأتون في ناديكم المنكر فما كان جواب قومه إلا أن قالوا ائتنا بعذاب الله إن كنت من الصادقين أَئِنَّكُمْ لَتَأْتُونَ الرِّجَالَ وَتَقْطَعُونَ السَّبِيلَ وَتَأْتُونَ فِي نَادِيكُمُ الْمُنكَرَ فَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلَّا أَن قَالُوا ائْتِنَا بِعَذَابِ اللَّهِ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ | |||||
| Words | |أئنكم - Indeed, you| لتأتون - approach| الرجال - the men,| وتقطعون - and you cut off| السبيل - the road| وتأتون - and commit| في - in| ناديكم - your meetings| المنكر - evil?"| فما - And not| كان - was| جواب - (the) answer| قومه - (of) his people| إلا - except| أن - that| قالوا - they said,| ائتنا - "Bring upon us| بعذاب - (the) punishment| الله - (of) Allah| إن - if| كنت - you are| من - of| الصادقين - the truthful."| | ||||||
