| 1 [3:10] | Inna allatheena kafaroo lan tughniyaAAanhum amwaluhum wala awladuhum mina Allahishay-an waola-ika hum waqoodu alnnari |  إن الذين كفروا لن تغني عنهم أموالهم ولا أولادهم من الله شيئا وأولئك هم وقود النارإِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَن تُغْنِيَ عَنْهُمْ أَمْوَالُهُمْ وَلاَ أَوْلاَدُهُم مِّنَ اللّهِ شَيْئًا وَأُولَـئِكَ هُمْ وَقُودُ النَّارِ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieve[d]| لن - never| تغني - will avail| عنهم - [for] them| أموالهم - their wealth| ولا - and not| أولادهم - their children| من - against| الله - Allah| شيئا - anything,| وأولئك - and those -| هم - they (are)| وقود - (the) fuel| النار - (for) the Fire.| | ||||||
| 2 [3:116] | Inna allatheena kafaroo lan tughniyaAAanhum amwaluhum wala awladuhum mina Allahishay-an waola-ika as-habu alnnarihum feeha khalidoona | إن الذين كفروا لن تغني عنهم أموالهم ولا أولادهم من الله شيئا وأولئك أصحاب النار هم فيها خالدون إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَن تُغْنِيَ عَنْهُمْ أَمْوَالُهُمْ وَلاَ أَوْلاَدُهُم مِّنَ اللّهِ شَيْئًا وَأُوْلَـئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieved,| لن - never| تغني - will avail| عنهم - [for] them| أموالهم - their wealth| ولا - and not| أولادهم - their children| من - against| الله - Allah| شيئا - anything,| وأولئك - and those| أصحاب - (are the) companions| النار - (of) the Fire,| هم - they| فيها - in it| خالدون - (will) abide forever.| | ||||||
| 3 [8:19] | In tastaftihoo faqad jaakumualfathu wa-in tantahoo fahuwa khayrun lakum wa-intaAAoodoo naAAud walan tughniya AAankum fi-atukum shay-an walawkathurat waanna Allaha maAAa almu/mineena | إن تستفتحوا فقد جاءكم الفتح وإن تنتهوا فهو خير لكم وإن تعودوا نعد ولن تغني عنكم فئتكم شيئا ولو كثرت وأن الله مع المؤمنين إِن تَسْتَفْتِحُواْ فَقَدْ جَاءَكُمُ الْفَتْحُ وَإِن تَنتَهُواْ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ وَإِن تَعُودُواْ نَعُدْ وَلَن تُغْنِيَ عَنكُمْ فِئَتُكُمْ شَيْئًا وَلَوْ كَثُرَتْ وَأَنَّ اللّهَ مَعَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |إن - If| تستفتحوا - you ask for victory| فقد - then certainly| جاءكم - has come to you| الفتح - the victory.| وإن - And if| تنتهوا - you desist,| فهو - then it (is)| خير - good| لكم - for you,| وإن - but if| تعودوا - you return,| نعد - We will return (too).| ولن - And never| تغني - will avail| عنكم - you| فئتكم - your forces| شيئا - anything,| ولو - even if| كثرت - (they are) numerous.| وأن - And that| الله - Allah| مع - (is) with| المؤمنين - the believers.| | ||||||
| 4 [10:101] | Quli onthuroo mathafee alssamawati waal-ardi wamatughnee al-ayatu waalnnuthuru AAanqawmin la yu/minoona | قل انظروا ماذا في السماوات والأرض وما تغني الآيات والنذر عن قوم لا يؤمنون قُلِ انظُرُواْ مَاذَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا تُغْنِي الْآيَاتُ وَالنُّذُرُ عَن قَوْمٍ لاَّ يُؤْمِنُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| انظروا - "See,| ماذا - what| في - (is) in| السماوات - the heavens| والأرض - and the earth."| وما - But not| تغني - will avail| الآيات - the Signs| والنذر - and the warners| عن - to| قوم - a people| لا - (who do) not| يؤمنون - believe.| | ||||||
| 5 [53:26] | Wakam min malakin fee alssamawatila tughnee shafaAAatuhum shay-an illa minbaAAdi an ya/thana Allahu liman yashao wayarda | وكم من ملك في السماوات لا تغني شفاعتهم شيئا إلا من بعد أن يأذن الله لمن يشاء ويرضى وَكَم مِّن مَّلَكٍ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ لَا تُغْنِي شَفَاعَتُهُمْ شَيْئًا إِلَّا مِن بَعْدِ أَن يَأْذَنَ اللَّهُ لِمَن يَشَاءُ وَيَرْضَى | |||||
