| 1 [12:18] | Wajaoo AAala qameesihibidamin kathibin qala bal sawwalat lakum anfusukumamran fasabrun jameelun waAllahu almustaAAanuAAala ma tasifoona |  وجاءوا على قميصه بدم كذب قال بل سولت لكم أنفسكم أمرا فصبر جميل والله المستعان على ما تصفونوَجَآؤُوا عَلَى قَمِيصِهِ بِدَمٍ كَذِبٍ قَالَ بَلْ سَوَّلَتْ لَكُمْ أَنفُسُكُمْ أَمْرًا فَصَبْرٌ جَمِيلٌ وَاللّهُ الْمُسْتَعَانُ عَلَى مَا تَصِفُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وجاءوا - And they brought| على - upon| قميصه - his shirt| بدم - with false blood.| كذب - with false blood.| قال - He said,| بل - "Nay,| سولت - has enticed you| لكم - has enticed you| أنفسكم - your souls| أمرا - (to) a matter,| فصبر - so patience| جميل - (is) beautiful.| والله - And Allah| المستعان - (is) the One sought for help| على - against| ما - what| تصفون - you describe."| | ||||||
| 2 [12:77] | Qaloo in yasriq faqad saraqa akhunlahu min qablu faasarraha yoosufu fee nafsihi walam yubdihalahum qala antum sharrun makanan waAllahuaAAlamu bima tasifoona | قالوا إن يسرق فقد سرق أخ له من قبل فأسرها يوسف في نفسه ولم يبدها لهم قال أنتم شر مكانا والله أعلم بما تصفون قَالُواْ إِن يَسْرِقْ فَقَدْ سَرَقَ أَخٌ لَّهُ مِن قَبْلُ فَأَسَرَّهَا يُوسُفُ فِي نَفْسِهِ وَلَمْ يُبْدِهَا لَهُمْ قَالَ أَنتُمْ شَرٌّ مَّكَانًا وَاللّهُ أَعْلَمْ بِمَا تَصِفُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قالوا - They said,| إن - "If| يسرق - he steals -| فقد - then verily| سرق - stole| أخ - a brother| له - of his| من - before."| قبل - before."| فأسرها - But Yusuf kept it secret| يوسف - But Yusuf kept it secret| في - within| نفسه - himself,| ولم - and (did) not| يبدها - reveal it| لهم - to them.| قال - He said,| أنتم - "You| شر - (are the) worse| مكانا - (in) position,| والله - and Allah| أعلم - knows best| بما - of what| تصفون - you describe."| | ||||||
| 3 [21:18] | Bal naqthifu bialhaqqiAAala albatili fayadmaghuhu fa-itha huwa zahiqunwalakumu alwaylu mimma tasifoona | بل نقذف بالحق على الباطل فيدمغه فإذا هو زاهق ولكم الويل مما تصفون بَلْ نَقْذِفُ بِالْحَقِّ عَلَى الْبَاطِلِ فَيَدْمَغُهُ فَإِذَا هُوَ زَاهِقٌ وَلَكُمُ الْوَيْلُ مِمَّا تَصِفُونَ | |||||
| Words | |بل - Nay,| نقذف - We hurl| بالحق - the truth| على - against| الباطل - [the] falsehood,| فيدمغه - and it breaks its head,| فإذا - behold,| هو - it (is)| زاهق - vanishing.| ولكم - And for you| الويل - (is) destruction| مما - for what| تصفون - you ascribe.| | ||||||
| 4 [21:112] | Qala rabbi ohkum bialhaqqiwarabbuna alrrahmanu almustaAAanuAAala ma tasifoona | قال رب احكم بالحق وربنا الرحمن المستعان على ما تصفون قَالَ رَبِّ احْكُم بِالْحَقِّ وَرَبُّنَا الرَّحْمَنُ الْمُسْتَعَانُ عَلَى مَا تَصِفُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قال - He said,| رب - "My Lord!| احكم - judge| بالحق - in truth.| وربنا - And our Lord| الرحمن - (is) the Most Gracious,| المستعان - the One Whose help is sought| على - against| ما - what| تصفون - you attribute."| | ||||||
