| 1 [14:10] | Qalat rusuluhum afee Allahishakkun fatiri alssamawati waal-ardiyadAAookum liyaghfira lakum min thunoobikumwayu-akhkhirakum ila ajalin musamman qaloo in antumilla basharun mithluna tureedoona an tasuddoonaAAamma kana yaAAbudu abaonafa/toona bisultanin mubeenin |  قالت رسلهم أفي الله شك فاطر السماوات والأرض يدعوكم ليغفر لكم من ذنوبكم ويؤخركم إلى أجل مسمى قالوا إن أنتم إلا بشر مثلنا تريدون أن تصدونا عما كان يعبد آباؤنا فأتونا بسلطان مبينقَالَتْ رُسُلُهُمْ أَفِي اللّهِ شَكٌّ فَاطِرِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ يَدْعُوكُمْ لِيَغْفِرَ لَكُم مِّن ذُنُوبِكُمْ وَيُؤَخِّرَكُمْ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُّسَـمًّى قَالُواْ إِنْ أَنتُمْ إِلاَّ بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُنَا تُرِيدُونَ أَن تَصُدُّونَا عَمَّا كَانَ يَعْبُدُ آبَآؤُنَا فَأْتُونَا بِسُلْطَانٍ مُّبِينٍ | |||||
| Words | |قالت - Said| رسلهم - their Messengers,| أفي - "Can (there) be about| الله - Allah| شك - any doubt,| فاطر - (the) Creator| السماوات - (of) the heavens| والأرض - and the earth?| يدعوكم - He invites you,| ليغفر - so that He may forgive| لكم - for you| من - [of]| ذنوبكم - your sins,| ويؤخركم - and give you respite| إلى - for| أجل - a term| مسمى - appointed."| قالوا - They said,| إن - "Not| أنتم - you| إلا - (are) but| بشر - a human| مثلنا - like us,| تريدون - you wish| أن - to| تصدونا - hinder us| عما - from what| كان - used to| يعبد - worship| آباؤنا - our forefathers.| فأتونا - So bring us| بسلطان - an authority| مبين - clear."| | ||||||
| 2 [14:11] | Qalat lahum rusuluhum in nahnuilla basharun mithlukum walakinna Allahayamunnu AAala man yashao min AAibadihi wamakana lana an na/tiyakum bisultanin illabi-ithni Allahi waAAala Allahifalyatawakkali almu/minoona | قالت لهم رسلهم إن نحن إلا بشر مثلكم ولكن الله يمن على من يشاء من عباده وما كان لنا أن نأتيكم بسلطان إلا بإذن الله وعلى الله فليتوكل المؤمنون قَالَتْ لَهُمْ رُسُلُهُمْ إِن نَّحْنُ إِلاَّ بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُكُمْ وَلَـكِنَّ اللّهَ يَمُنُّ عَلَى مَن يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ وَمَا كَانَ لَنَا أَن نَّأْتِيَكُم بِسُلْطَانٍ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِ اللّهِ وَعلَى اللّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قالت - Said| لهم - to them| رسلهم - their Messengers,| إن - "Not| نحن - we (are)| إلا - but| بشر - a human| مثلكم - like you,| ولكن - but| الله - Allah| يمن - bestows His Grace| على - on| من - whom| يشاء - He wills| من - of| عباده - His slaves.| وما - And not| كان - is| لنا - for us| أن - that| نأتيكم - we bring you| بسلطان - an authority| إلا - except| بإذن - by the permission of Allah.| الله - by the permission of Allah.| وعلى - And upon| الله - Allah| فليتوكل - so let put (their) trust| المؤمنون - the believers.| | ||||||
| 3 [18:15] | Haola-i qawmuna ittakhathoomin doonihi alihatan lawla ya/toona AAalayhim bisultaninbayyinin faman athlamu mimmani iftara AAalaAllahi kathiban | هؤلاء قومنا اتخذوا من دونه آلهة لولا يأتون عليهم بسلطان بين فمن أظلم ممن افترى على الله كذبا هَؤُلاَءِ قَوْمُنَا اتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِهِ آلِهَةً لَّوْلاَ يَأْتُونَ عَلَيْهِم بِسُلْطَانٍ بَيِّنٍ فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللَّهِ كَذِبًا | |||||
| Words | |هؤلاء - These,| قومنا - our people,| اتخذوا - have taken| من - besides Him| دونه - besides Him| آلهة - gods.| لولا - Why not| يأتون - they come| عليهم - to them| بسلطان - with an authority| بين - clear?| فمن - And who| أظلم - (is) more wrong| ممن - than (one) who| افترى - invents| على - against| الله - Allah| كذبا - a lie?| | ||||||
| 4 [27:21] | LaoAAaththibannahu AAathabanshadeedan aw laathbahannahu aw laya/tiyannee bisultaninmubeenin | لأعذبنه عذابا شديدا أو لأذبحنه أو ليأتيني بسلطان مبين لَأُعَذِّبَنَّهُ عَذَابًا شَدِيدًا أَوْ لَأَذْبَحَنَّهُ أَوْ لَيَأْتِيَنِّي بِسُلْطَانٍ مُّبِينٍ | |||||
| Words | |لأعذبنه - I will surely punish him| عذابا - (with) a punishment| شديدا - severe| أو - or| لأذبحنه - I will surely slaughter him| أو - unless| ليأتيني - he brings me| بسلطان - a reason| مبين - clear."| | ||||||
| 5 [44:19] | Waan la taAAloo AAala Allahiinnee ateekum bisultanin mubeenin | وأن لا تعلوا على الله إني آتيكم بسلطان مبين وَأَنْ لَّا تَعْلُوا عَلَى اللَّهِ إِنِّي آتِيكُم بِسُلْطَانٍ مُّبِينٍ | |||||
| Words | |وأن - And that| لا - (do) not| تعلوا - exalt yourselves| على - against| الله - Allah.| إني - Indeed, I| آتيكم - [I] have come to you| بسلطان - with an authority| مبين - clear.| | ||||||
| 6 [51:38] | Wafee moosa ith arsalnahuila firAAawna bisultanin mubeenin | وفي موسى إذ أرسلناه إلى فرعون بسلطان مبين وَفِي مُوسَى إِذْ أَرْسَلْنَاهُ إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ بِسُلْطَانٍ مُّبِينٍ | |||||
| Words | |وفي - And in| موسى - Musa,| إذ - when| أرسلناه - We sent him| إلى - to| فرعون - Firaun| بسلطان - with an authority| مبين - clear.| | ||||||
| 7 [52:38] | Am lahum sullamun yastamiAAoona feehifalya/ti mustamiAAuhum bisultanin mubeenin | أم لهم سلم يستمعون فيه فليأت مستمعهم بسلطان مبين أَمْ لَهُمْ سُلَّمٌ يَسْتَمِعُونَ فِيهِ فَلْيَأْتِ مُسْتَمِعُهُم بِسُلْطَانٍ مُّبِينٍ | |||||
| Words | |أم - Or| لهم - for them| سلم - (is) a stairway,| يستمعون - they listen| فيه - therewith?| فليأت - Then let bring,| مستمعهم - their listener,| بسلطان - an authority| مبين - clear.| | ||||||
| 8 [55:33] | Ya maAAshara aljinni waal-insiini istataAAtum an tanfuthoo min aqtari alssamawatiwaal-ardi faonfuthoo la tanfuthoonailla bisultanin | يا معشر الجن والإنس إن استطعتم أن تنفذوا من أقطار السماوات والأرض فانفذوا لا تنفذون إلا بسلطان يَا مَعْشَرَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنسِ إِنِ اسْتَطَعْتُمْ أَن تَنفُذُوا مِنْ أَقْطَارِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ فَانفُذُوا لَا تَنفُذُونَ إِلَّا بِسُلْطَانٍ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| معشر - O assembly| الجن - (of) the jinn| والإنس - and the men!| إن - If| استطعتم - you are able| أن - to| تنفذوا - pass beyond| من - [of]| أقطار - (the) regions| السماوات - (of) the heavens| والأرض - and the earth,| فانفذوا - then pass.| لا - Not| تنفذون - you (can) pass| إلا - except| بسلطان - by authority.| | ||||||
