| 1 [19:23] | Faajaaha almakhadu ilajithAAi alnnakhlati qalat ya laytaneemittu qabla hatha wakuntu nasyan mansiyyan |  فأجاءها المخاض إلى جذع النخلة قالت يا ليتني مت قبل هذا وكنت نسيا منسيافَأَجَاءَهَا الْمَخَاضُ إِلَى جِذْعِ النَّخْلَةِ قَالَتْ يَا لَيْتَنِي مِتُّ قَبْلَ هَذَا وَكُنتُ نَسْيًا مَّنسِيًّا | |||||
| Words | |فأجاءها - Then drove her| المخاض - the pains of childbirth| إلى - to| جذع - (the) trunk| النخلة - (of) the date-palm.| قالت - She said,| يا - O| ليتني - "O! I wish| مت - I (had) died| قبل - before| هذا - this| وكنت - and I was| نسيا - (in) oblivion,| منسيا - forgotten."| | ||||||
| 2 [19:25] | Wahuzzee ilayki bijithAAi alnnakhlatitusaqit AAalayki rutaban janiyyan | وهزي إليك بجذع النخلة تساقط عليك رطبا جنيا وَهُزِّي إِلَيْكِ بِجِذْعِ النَّخْلَةِ تُسَاقِطْ عَلَيْكِ رُطَبًا جَنِيًّا | |||||
| Words | |وهزي - And shake| إليك - towards you| بجذع - (the) trunk| النخلة - (of) the date-palm,| تساقط - it will drop| عليك - upon you| رطبا - fresh dates| جنيا - ripe.| | ||||||
