| 1 [6:141] | Wahuwa allathee anshaa jannatinmaAArooshatin waghayra maAArooshatin waalnnakhlawaalzzarAAa mukhtalifan okuluhu waalzzaytoona waalrrummanamutashabihan waghayra mutashabihin kuloo minthamarihi itha athmara waatoo haqqahu yawma hasadihiwala tusrifoo innahu la yuhibbu almusrifeena |  وهو الذي أنشأ جنات معروشات وغير معروشات والنخل والزرع مختلفا أكله والزيتون والرمان متشابها وغير متشابه كلوا من ثمره إذا أثمر وآتوا حقه يوم حصاده ولا تسرفوا إنه لا يحب المسرفينوَهُوَ الَّذِي أَنشَأَ جَنَّاتٍ مَّعْرُوشَاتٍ وَغَيْرَ مَعْرُوشَاتٍ وَالنَّخْلَ وَالزَّرْعَ مُخْتَلِفًا أُكُلُهُ وَالزَّيْتُونَ وَالرُّمَّانَ مُتَشَابِهًا وَغَيْرَ مُتَشَابِهٍ كُلُواْ مِن ثَمَرِهِ إِذَا أَثْمَرَ وَآتُواْ حَقَّهُ يَوْمَ حَصَادِهِ وَلاَ تُسْرِفُواْ إِنَّهُ لاَ يُحِبُّ الْمُسْرِفِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وهو - And He| الذي - (is) the One Who| أنشأ - produced| جنات - gardens| معروشات - trellised| وغير - and other than| معروشات - trellised| والنخل - and the date-palm| والزرع - and the crops,| مختلفا - diverse| أكله - (are) its taste,| والزيتون - and the olives| والرمان - and the pomegranates| متشابها - similar| وغير - and other than| متشابه - similar.| كلوا - Eat| من - of| ثمره - its fruit| إذا - when| أثمر - it bears fruit,| وآتوا - and give| حقه - its due| يوم - (on the) day| حصاده - (of) its harvest.| ولا - And (do) not| تسرفوا - (be) extravagant.| إنه - Indeed, He| لا - (does) not| يحب - love| المسرفين - the ones who are extravagant.| | ||||||
| 2 [7:31] | Ya banee adama khuthoozeenatakum AAinda kulli masjidin wakuloo waishraboo walatusrifoo innahu la yuhibbu almusrifeena | يا بني آدم خذوا زينتكم عند كل مسجد وكلوا واشربوا ولا تسرفوا إنه لا يحب المسرفين يَا بَنِي آدَمَ خُذُواْ زِينَتَكُمْ عِندَ كُلِّ مَسْجِدٍ وَّكُلُواْ وَاشْرَبُواْ وَلاَ تُسْرِفُواْ إِنَّهُ لاَ يُحِبُّ الْمُسْرِفِينَ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| بني - O Children| آدم - (of) Adam!| خذوا - Take| زينتكم - your adornment| عند - at| كل - every| مسجد - masjid,| وكلوا - and eat| واشربوا - and drink| ولا - but (do) not| تسرفوا - be extravagant.| إنه - Indeed, He| لا - (does) not| يحب - love| المسرفين - the extravagant ones.| | ||||||
| 3 [10:83] | Fama amana limoosa illathurriyyatun min qawmihi AAala khawfin minfirAAawna wamala-ihim an yaftinahum wa-inna firAAawna laAAalinfee al-ardi wa-innahu lamina almusrifeena | فما آمن لموسى إلا ذرية من قومه على خوف من فرعون وملئهم أن يفتنهم وإن فرعون لعال في الأرض وإنه لمن المسرفين فَمَا آمَنَ لِمُوسَى إِلاَّ ذُرِّيَّةٌ مِّن قَوْمِهِ عَلَى خَوْفٍ مِّن فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَئِهِمْ أَن يَفْتِنَهُمْ وَإِنَّ فِرْعَوْنَ لَعَالٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَإِنَّهُ لَمِنَ الْمُسْرِفِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فما - But none| آمن - believed| لموسى - Musa| إلا - except| ذرية - (the) offspring| من - among| قومه - his people| على - for| خوف - fear| من - of| فرعون - Firaun| وملئهم - and their chiefs,| أن - lest| يفتنهم - they persecute them.| وإن - And indeed,| فرعون - Firaun| لعال - (was) a tyrant| في - in| الأرض - the earth,| وإنه - and indeed, he| لمن - (was) of| المسرفين - the ones who commit excesses.| | ||||||
| 4 [21:9] | Thumma sadaqnahumu alwaAAdafaanjaynahum waman nashao waahlaknaalmusrifeena | ثم صدقناهم الوعد فأنجيناهم ومن نشاء وأهلكنا المسرفين ثُمَّ صَدَقْنَاهُمُ الْوَعْدَ فَأَنْجَيْنَاهُمْ وَمَن نَّشَاءُ وَأَهْلَكْنَا الْمُسْرِفِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ثم - Then| صدقناهم - We fulfilled (for) them| الوعد - the promise,| فأنجيناهم - and We saved them| ومن - and whom| نشاء - We willed,| وأهلكنا - and We destroyed| المسرفين - the transgressors.| | ||||||
| 5 [26:151] | Wala tuteeAAoo amraalmusrifeena | ولا تطيعوا أمر المسرفين وَلَا تُطِيعُوا أَمْرَ الْمُسْرِفِينَ | |||||

| 6 [40:43] | La jarama annama tadAAoonaneeilayhi laysa lahu daAAwatun fee alddunya walafee al-akhirati waanna maraddana ila Allahiwaanna almusrifeena hum as-habu alnnari | لا جرم أنما تدعونني إليه ليس له دعوة في الدنيا ولا في الآخرة وأن مردنا إلى الله وأن المسرفين هم أصحاب النار لَا جَرَمَ أَنَّمَا تَدْعُونَنِي إِلَيْهِ لَيْسَ لَهُ دَعْوَةٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَلَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ وَأَنَّ مَرَدَّنَا إِلَى اللَّهِ وَأَنَّ الْمُسْرِفِينَ هُمْ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ | |||||

| 7 [44:31] | Min firAAawna innahu kana AAaliyanmina almusrifeena | من فرعون إنه كان عاليا من المسرفين مِن فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّهُ كَانَ عَالِيًا مِّنَ الْمُسْرِفِينَ | |||||
