| 1 [22:4] | Kutiba AAalayhi annahu man tawallahufaannahu yudilluhu wayahdeehi ila AAathabi alssaAAeeri |  كتب عليه أنه من تولاه فأنه يضله ويهديه إلى عذاب السعيركُتِبَ عَلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ مَن تَوَلَّاهُ فَأَنَّهُ يُضِلُّهُ وَيَهْدِيهِ إِلَى عَذَابِ السَّعِيرِ | |||||
| Words | |كتب - It has been decreed| عليه - for him| أنه - that he| من - who| تولاه - befriends him,| فأنه - then indeed, he| يضله - will misguide him| ويهديه - and will guide him| إلى - to| عذاب - (the) punishment| السعير - (of) the Blaze.| | ||||||
| 2 [31:21] | Wa-itha qeela lahumu ittabiAAoo maanzala Allahu qaloo bal nattabiAAu ma wajadnaAAalayhi abaana awa law kana alshshaytanuyadAAoohum ila AAathabi alssaAAeeri | وإذا قيل لهم اتبعوا ما أنزل الله قالوا بل نتبع ما وجدنا عليه آباءنا أولو كان الشيطان يدعوهم إلى عذاب السعير وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ اتَّبِعُوا مَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ قَالُوا بَلْ نَتَّبِعُ مَا وَجَدْنَا عَلَيْهِ آبَاءَنَا أَوَلَوْ كَانَ الشَّيْطَانُ يَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى عَذَابِ السَّعِيرِ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| قيل - it is said| لهم - to them,| اتبعوا - "Follow| ما - what| أنزل - Allah (has) revealed,"| الله - Allah (has) revealed,"| قالوا - they say,| بل - "Nay,| نتبع - we will follow| ما - what| وجدنا - we found| عليه - on it| آباءنا - our forefathers."| أولو - Even if| كان - Shaitaan was| الشيطان - Shaitaan was| يدعوهم - (to) call them| إلى - to| عذاب - (the) punishment| السعير - (of) the Blaze!| | ||||||
| 3 [34:12] | Walisulaymana alrreehaghuduwwuha shahrun warawahuha shahrunwaasalna lahu AAayna alqitri wamina aljinni manyaAAmalu bayna yadayhi bi-ithni rabbihi waman yazighminhum AAan amrina nuthiqhu min AAathabi alssaAAeeri | ولسليمان الريح غدوها شهر ورواحها شهر وأسلنا له عين القطر ومن الجن من يعمل بين يديه بإذن ربه ومن يزغ منهم عن أمرنا نذقه من عذاب السعير وَلِسُلَيْمَانَ الرِّيحَ غُدُوُّهَا شَهْرٌ وَرَوَاحُهَا شَهْرٌ وَأَسَلْنَا لَهُ عَيْنَ الْقِطْرِ وَمِنَ الْجِنِّ مَن يَعْمَلُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِ وَمَن يَزِغْ مِنْهُمْ عَنْ أَمْرِنَا نُذِقْهُ مِنْ عَذَابِ السَّعِيرِ | |||||
| Words | |ولسليمان - And to Sulaiman,| الريح - the wind -| غدوها - its morning course| شهر - (was) a month| ورواحها - and its afternoon course| شهر - (was) a month,| وأسلنا - and We caused to flow| له - for him| عين - a spring| القطر - (of) molten copper.| ومن - And [of]| الجن - the jinn| من - who| يعمل - worked| بين - before him| يديه - before him| بإذن - by the permission| ربه - (of) his Lord.| ومن - And whoever| يزغ - deviated| منهم - among them| عن - from| أمرنا - Our Command,| نذقه - We will make him taste| من - of| عذاب - (the) punishment| السعير - (of) the Blaze.| | ||||||
| 4 [35:6] | Inna alshshaytana lakumAAaduwwun faittakhithoohu AAaduwwan innamayadAAoo hizbahu liyakoonoo min as-habi alssaAAeeri | إن الشيطان لكم عدو فاتخذوه عدوا إنما يدعو حزبه ليكونوا من أصحاب السعير إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ فَاتَّخِذُوهُ عَدُوًّا إِنَّمَا يَدْعُواْ حِزْبَهُ لِيَكُونُوا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ السَّعِيرِ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| الشيطان - the Shaitaan| لكم - (is) to you| عدو - an enemy,| فاتخذوه - so take him| عدوا - (as) an enemy.| إنما - Only| يدعو - he invites| حزبه - his party| ليكونوا - that they may be| من - among| أصحاب - (the) companions| السعير - (of) the Blaze.| | ||||||
| 5 [42:7] | Wakathalika awhaynailayka qur-anan AAarabiyyan litunthira omma alqurawaman hawlaha watunthira yawma aljamAAi larayba feehi fareequn fee aljannati wafareequn fee alssaAAeeri | وكذلك أوحينا إليك قرآنا عربيا لتنذر أم القرى ومن حولها وتنذر يوم الجمع لا ريب فيه فريق في الجنة وفريق في السعير وَكَذَلِكَ أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ قُرْآنًا عَرَبِيًّا لِّتُنذِرَ أُمَّ الْقُرَى وَمَنْ حَوْلَهَا وَتُنذِرَ يَوْمَ الْجَمْعِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ فَرِيقٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَفَرِيقٌ فِي السَّعِيرِ | |||||
| Words | |وكذلك - And thus| أوحينا - We have revealed| إليك - to you| قرآنا - a Quran| عربيا - (in) Arabic,| لتنذر - that you may warn| أم - (the) mother| القرى - (of) the towns,| ومن - and whoever| حولها - (is) around it,| وتنذر - and warn| يوم - (of the) Day| الجمع - (of) Assembly,| لا - (there is) no| ريب - doubt| فيه - in it.| فريق - A party| في - (will be) in| الجنة - Paradise| وفريق - and a party| في - in| السعير - the Blazing Fire.| | ||||||
| 6 [67:5] | Walaqad zayyanna alssamaaalddunya bimasabeeha wajaAAalnaharujooman lilshshayateeni waaAAtadna lahumAAathaba alssaAAeeri | ولقد زينا السماء الدنيا بمصابيح وجعلناها رجوما للشياطين وأعتدنا لهم عذاب السعير وَلَقَدْ زَيَّنَّا السَّمَاءَ الدُّنْيَا بِمَصَابِيحَ وَجَعَلْنَاهَا رُجُومًا لِّلشَّيَاطِينِ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لَهُمْ عَذَابَ السَّعِيرِ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly| زينا - We have beautified| السماء - the heaven| الدنيا - nearest| بمصابيح - with lamps,| وجعلناها - and We have made them| رجوما - (as) missiles| للشياطين - for the devils,| وأعتدنا - and We have prepared| لهم - for them| عذاب - punishment| السعير - (of) the Blaze.| | ||||||
| 7 [67:10] | Waqaloo law kunna nasmaAAu awnaAAqilu ma kunna fee as-habi alssaAAeeri | وقالوا لو كنا نسمع أو نعقل ما كنا في أصحاب السعير وَقَالُوا لَوْ كُنَّا نَسْمَعُ أَوْ نَعْقِلُ مَا كُنَّا فِي أَصْحَابِ السَّعِيرِ | |||||
| Words | |وقالوا - And they will say,| لو - "If| كنا - we had| نسمع - listened| أو - or| نعقل - reasoned,| ما - not| كنا - we (would) have been| في - among| أصحاب - (the) companions| السعير - (of) the Blaze."| | ||||||
| 8 [67:11] | FaiAAtarafoo bithanbihim fasuhqanli-as-habi alssaAAeeri | فاعترفوا بذنبهم فسحقا لأصحاب السعير فَاعْتَرَفُوا بِذَنبِهِمْ فَسُحْقًا لِّأَصْحَابِ السَّعِيرِ | |||||
| Words | |فاعترفوا - Then they (will) confess| بذنبهم - their sins,| فسحقا - so away with| لأصحاب - (the) companions| السعير - (of) the Blaze.| | ||||||
