| 1 [6:159] | Inna allatheena farraqoo deenahumwakanoo shiyaAAan lasta minhum fee shay-in innamaamruhum ila Allahi thumma yunabbi-ohum bimakanoo yafAAaloona |  إن الذين فرقوا دينهم وكانوا شيعا لست منهم في شيء إنما أمرهم إلى الله ثم ينبئهم بما كانوا يفعلونإِنَّ الَّذِينَ فَرَّقُواْ دِينَهُمْ وَكَانُواْ شِيَعًا لَّسْتَ مِنْهُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ إِنَّمَا أَمْرُهُمْ إِلَى اللّهِ ثُمَّ يُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا كَانُواْ يَفْعَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| الذين - those who| فرقوا - divide| دينهم - their religion| وكانوا - and become| شيعا - sects,| لست - you are not| منهم - with them| في - in| شيء - anything.| إنما - Only| أمرهم - their affair| إلى - (is) with| الله - Allah,| ثم - then| ينبئهم - He will inform them| بما - of what| كانوا - they used to| يفعلون - do.| | ||||||
| 2 [12:68] | Walamma dakhaloo min haythuamarahum aboohum ma kana yughnee AAanhum mina Allahimin shay-in illa hajatan fee nafsi yaAAqooba qadahawa-innahu lathoo AAilmin lima AAallamnahuwalakinna akthara alnnasi layaAAlamoona | ولما دخلوا من حيث أمرهم أبوهم ما كان يغني عنهم من الله من شيء إلا حاجة في نفس يعقوب قضاها وإنه لذو علم لما علمناه ولكن أكثر الناس لا يعلمون وَلَمَّا دَخَلُواْ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَمَرَهُمْ أَبُوهُم مَّا كَانَ يُغْنِي عَنْهُم مِّنَ اللّهِ مِن شَيْءٍ إِلاَّ حَاجَةً فِي نَفْسِ يَعْقُوبَ قَضَاهَا وَإِنَّهُ لَذُو عِلْمٍ لِّمَا عَلَّمْنَاهُ وَلَـكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولما - And when| دخلوا - they entered| من - from| حيث - where| أمرهم - ordered them| أبوهم - their father,| ما - not| كان - it| يغني - avail(ed)| عنهم - them| من - against| الله - Allah| من - any| شيء - thing| إلا - but| حاجة - (it was) a need| في - of| نفس - Yaqub's soul,| يعقوب - Yaqub's soul,| قضاها - which he carried out.| وإنه - And indeed, he| لذو - (was) a possessor| علم - (of) knowledge| لما - because| علمناه - We had taught him,| ولكن - but| أكثر - most| الناس - (of) the people| لا - (do) not| يعلمون - know.| | ||||||
| 3 [12:102] | Thalika min anba-i alghaybinooheehi ilayka wama kunta ladayhim ithajmaAAoo amrahum wahum yamkuroona | ذلك من أنباء الغيب نوحيه إليك وما كنت لديهم إذ أجمعوا أمرهم وهم يمكرون ذَلِكَ مِنْ أَنبَاءِ الْغَيْبِ نُوحِيهِ إِلَيْكَ وَمَا كُنتَ لَدَيْهِمْ إِذْ أَجْمَعُواْ أَمْرَهُمْ وَهُمْ يَمْكُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ذلك - That| من - (is) from| أنباء - the news| الغيب - (of) the unseen| نوحيه - which We reveal| إليك - to you.| وما - And not| كنت - you were| لديهم - with them| إذ - when| أجمعوا - they put together| أمرهم - their plan| وهم - while they| يمكرون - (were) plotting.| | ||||||
| 4 [18:21] | Wakathalika aAAtharnaAAalayhim liyaAAlamoo anna waAAda Allahi haqqunwaanna alsaAAata la rayba feeha ithyatanazaAAoona baynahum amrahum faqaloo ibnooAAalayhim bunyanan rabbuhum aAAlamu bihim qala allatheenaghalaboo AAala amrihim lanattakhithanna AAalayhimmasjidan | وكذلك أعثرنا عليهم ليعلموا أن وعد الله حق وأن الساعة لا ريب فيها إذ يتنازعون بينهم أمرهم فقالوا ابنوا عليهم بنيانا ربهم أعلم بهم قال الذين غلبوا على أمرهم لنتخذن عليهم مسجدا وَكَذَلِكَ أَعْثَرْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ لِيَعْلَمُوا أَنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ وَأَنَّ السَّاعَةَ لاَ رَيْبَ فِيهَا إِذْ يَتَنَازَعُونَ بَيْنَهُمْ أَمْرَهُمْ فَقَالُوا ابْنُوا عَلَيْهِم بُنْيَانًا رَّبُّهُمْ أَعْلَمُ بِهِمْ قَالَ الَّذِينَ غَلَبُوا عَلَى أَمْرِهِمْ لَنَتَّخِذَنَّ عَلَيْهِم مَّسْجِدًا | |||||
| Words | |وكذلك - And similarly,| أعثرنا - We made known| عليهم - about them| ليعلموا - that they might know| أن - that| وعد - (the) Promise| الله - (of) Allah| حق - (is) true,| وأن - and that| الساعة - (about) the Hour| لا - (there is) no| ريب - doubt| فيها - in it.| إذ - When| يتنازعون - they disputed| بينهم - among themselves| أمرهم - about their affair| فقالوا - and they said,| ابنوا - "Construct| عليهم - over them| بنيانا - a structure.| ربهم - Their Lord| أعلم - knows best| بهم - about them."| قال - Said| الذين - those who| غلبوا - prevailed| على - in| أمرهم - their matter,| لنتخذن - "Surely we will take| عليهم - over them| مسجدا - a place of worship."| | ||||||
| 5 [20:62] | FatanazaAAoo amrahum baynahumwaasarroo alnnajwa | فتنازعوا أمرهم بينهم وأسروا النجوى فَتَنَازَعُوا أَمْرَهُم بَيْنَهُمْ وَأَسَرُّوا النَّجْوَى | |||||
| Words | |فتنازعوا - Then they disputed| أمرهم - (in) their affair| بينهم - among them,| وأسروا - and they kept secret| النجوى - the private conversation.| | ||||||
| 6 [21:93] | WataqattaAAoo amrahum baynahum kullunilayna rajiAAoona | وتقطعوا أمرهم بينهم كل إلينا راجعون وَتَقَطَّعُوا أَمْرَهُم بَيْنَهُمْ كُلٌّ إِلَيْنَا رَاجِعُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وتقطعوا - But they cut off| أمرهم - their affair| بينهم - among themselves,| كل - all| إلينا - to Us| راجعون - (will) return.| | ||||||
| 7 [23:53] | FataqattaAAoo amrahum baynahumzuburan kullu hizbin bima ladayhim farihoona | فتقطعوا أمرهم بينهم زبرا كل حزب بما لديهم فرحون فَتَقَطَّعُوا أَمْرَهُم بَيْنَهُمْ زُبُرًا كُلُّ حِزْبٍ بِمَا لَدَيْهِمْ فَرِحُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فتقطعوا - But they cut off| أمرهم - their affair (of unity)| بينهم - between them| زبرا - (into) sects,| كل - each| حزب - faction| بما - in what| لديهم - they have| فرحون - rejoicing.| | ||||||
| 8 [33:36] | Wama kana limu/minin walamu/minatin itha qada Allahu warasooluhuamran an yakoona lahumu alkhiyaratu min amrihim waman yaAAsiAllaha warasoolahu faqad dalla dalalanmubeenan | وما كان لمؤمن ولا مؤمنة إذا قضى الله ورسوله أمرا أن يكون لهم الخيرة من أمرهم ومن يعص الله ورسوله فقد ضل ضلالا مبينا وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلَا مُؤْمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَمْرًا أَن يَكُونَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِمْ وَمَن يَعْصِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلَالًا مُّبِينًا | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| كان - (it) is| لمؤمن - for a believing man| ولا - and not| مؤمنة - (for) a believing woman,| إذا - when| قضى - Allah has decided| الله - Allah has decided| ورسوله - and His Messenger| أمرا - a matter| أن - that| يكون - (there) should be| لهم - for them| الخيرة - (any) choice| من - about| أمرهم - their affair.| ومن - And whoever| يعص - disobeys| الله - Allah| ورسوله - and His Messenger| فقد - certainly,| ضل - he (has) strayed| ضلالا - (into) error| مبينا - clear.| | ||||||
| 9 [59:15] | Kamathali allatheena min qablihimqareeban thaqoo wabala amrihim walahum AAathabunaleemun | كمثل الذين من قبلهم قريبا ذاقوا وبال أمرهم ولهم عذاب أليم كَمَثَلِ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ قَرِيبًا ذَاقُوا وَبَالَ أَمْرِهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |كمثل - Like (the) example| الذين - (of) those| من - from| قبلهم - before them| قريبا - shortly,| ذاقوا - they tasted| وبال - (the) evil result| أمرهم - (of) their affair,| ولهم - and for them| عذاب - (is) a punishment| أليم - painful.| | ||||||
| 10 [64:5] | Alam ya/tikum nabao allatheena kafaroomin qablu fathaqoo wabala amrihim walahum AAathabunaleemun | ألم يأتكم نبأ الذين كفروا من قبل فذاقوا وبال أمرهم ولهم عذاب أليم أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ نَبَؤُاْ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِن قَبْلُ فَذَاقُوا وَبَالَ أَمْرِهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |ألم - Has not| يأتكم - come to you| نبأ - (the) news| الذين - (of) those who| كفروا - disbelieved| من - from| قبل - before?| فذاقوا - So they tasted| وبال - (the bad) consequence| أمرهم - (of) their affair,| ولهم - and for them| عذاب - (is) a punishment| أليم - painful.| | ||||||
| 11 [66:6] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooqoo anfusakum waahleekum naran waqooduha alnnasuwaalhijaratu AAalayha mala-ikatunghilathun shidadun la yaAAsoonaAllaha ma amarahum wayafAAaloona mayu/maroona | يا أيها الذين آمنوا قوا أنفسكم وأهليكم نارا وقودها الناس والحجارة عليها ملائكة غلاظ شداد لا يعصون الله ما أمرهم ويفعلون ما يؤمرون يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قُوا أَنفُسَكُمْ وَأَهْلِيكُمْ نَارًا وَقُودُهَا النَّاسُ وَالْحِجَارَةُ عَلَيْهَا مَلَائِكَةٌ غِلَاظٌ شِدَادٌ لاَّ يَعْصُونَ اللَّهَ مَا أَمَرَهُمْ وَيَفْعَلُونَ مَا يُؤْمَرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O| الذين - (you) who| آمنوا - believe!| قوا - Protect| أنفسكم - yourselves| وأهليكم - and your families| نارا - (from) a Fire| وقودها - whose fuel| الناس - (is) people| والحجارة - and stones,| عليها - over it| ملائكة - (are) Angels| غلاظ - stern,| شداد - severe;| لا - not| يعصون - they disobey| الله - Allah| ما - (in) what| أمرهم - He Commands them| ويفعلون - but they do| ما - what| يؤمرون - they are commanded.| | ||||||
