| 1 [7:87] | Wa-in kana ta-ifatun minkum amanoobiallathee orsiltu bihi wata-ifatun lamyu/minoo faisbiroo hatta yahkumaAllahu baynana wahuwa khayru alhakimeena |  وإن كان طائفة منكم آمنوا بالذي أرسلت به وطائفة لم يؤمنوا فاصبروا حتى يحكم الله بيننا وهو خير الحاكمينوَإِن كَانَ طَآئِفَةٌ مِّنكُمْ آمَنُواْ بِالَّذِي أُرْسِلْتُ بِهِ وَطَآئِفَةٌ لَّمْ يُؤْمِنُواْ فَاصْبِرُواْ حَتَّى يَحْكُمَ اللّهُ بَيْنَنَا وَهُوَ خَيْرُ الْحَاكِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وإن - And if| كان - (there) is| طائفة - a group| منكم - among you| آمنوا - (who has) believed| بالذي - in that which| أرسلت - I have been sent| به - with [it],| وطائفة - and a group| لم - not| يؤمنوا - they believe,| فاصبروا - then be patient| حتى - until| يحكم - judges| الله - Allah| بيننا - between us.| وهو - And He| خير - (is the) Best| الحاكمين - (of) [the] Judges."| | ||||||
| 2 [11:57] | Fa-in tawallaw faqad ablaghtukum maorsiltu bihi ilaykum wayastakhlifu rabbee qawman ghayrakum walatadurroonahu shay-an inna rabbee AAala kullishay-in hafeethun | فإن تولوا فقد أبلغتكم ما أرسلت به إليكم ويستخلف ربي قوما غيركم ولا تضرونه شيئا إن ربي على كل شيء حفيظ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْاْ فَقَدْ أَبْلَغْتُكُم مَّا أُرْسِلْتُ بِهِ إِلَيْكُمْ وَيَسْتَخْلِفُ رَبِّي قَوْمًا غَيْرَكُمْ وَلاَ تَضُرُّونَهُ شَيْئًا إِنَّ رَبِّي عَلَىَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ حَفِيظٌ | |||||
| Words | |فإن - So if| تولوا - you turn away,| فقد - then verily| أبلغتكم - I have conveyed to you| ما - what| أرسلت - I was sent| به - with [it]| إليكم - to you.| ويستخلف - And my Lord will give succession| ربي - And my Lord will give succession| قوما - (to) a people| غيركم - other than you,| ولا - and not| تضرونه - you will harm Him| شيئا - (in) anything.| إن - Indeed,| ربي - my Lord| على - (is) on| كل - all| شيء - things| حفيظ - a Guardian."| | ||||||
| 3 [12:31] | Falamma samiAAat bimakrihinna arsalatilayhinna waaAAtadat lahunna muttakaan waatat kulla wahidatinminhunna sikkeenan waqalati okhruj AAalayhinna falammaraaynahu akbarnahu waqattaAAna aydiyahunna waqulna hashalillahi ma hatha basharan in hathailla malakun kareemun | فلما سمعت بمكرهن أرسلت إليهن وأعتدت لهن متكأ وآتت كل واحدة منهن سكينا وقالت اخرج عليهن فلما رأينه أكبرنه وقطعن أيديهن وقلن حاش لله ما هذا بشرا إن هذا إلا ملك كريم فَلَمَّا سَمِعَتْ بِمَكْرِهِنَّ أَرْسَلَتْ إِلَيْهِنَّ وَأَعْتَدَتْ لَهُنَّ مُتَّكَأً وَآتَتْ كُلَّ وَاحِدَةٍ مِّنْهُنَّ سِكِّينًا وَقَالَتِ اخْرُجْ عَلَيْهِنَّ فَلَمَّا رَأَيْنَهُ أَكْبَرْنَهُ وَقَطَّعْنَ أَيْدِيَهُنَّ وَقُلْنَ حَاشَ لِلّهِ مَا هَـذَا بَشَرًا إِنْ هَـذَا إِلاَّ مَلَكٌ كَرِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |فلما - So when| سمعت - she heard| بمكرهن - of their scheming,| أرسلت - she sent| إليهن - for them| وأعتدت - and she prepared| لهن - for them| متكأ - a banquet| وآتت - and she gave| كل - each| واحدة - one| منهن - of them| سكينا - a knife| وقالت - and she said,| اخرج - "Come out| عليهن - before them."| فلما - Then when| رأينه - they saw him| أكبرنه - they greatly admired him,| وقطعن - and cut| أيديهن - their hands,| وقلن - they said,| حاش - "Forbid| لله - Allah,| ما - not| هذا - (is) this| بشرا - a man| إن - not| هذا - (is) this| إلا - but| ملك - an angel| كريم - noble."| | ||||||
| 4 [20:134] | Walaw anna ahlaknahum biAAathabinmin qablihi laqaloo rabbana lawla arsaltailayna rasoolan fanattabiAAa ayatika minqabli an nathilla wanakhza | ولو أنا أهلكناهم بعذاب من قبله لقالوا ربنا لولا أرسلت إلينا رسولا فنتبع آياتك من قبل أن نذل ونخزى وَلَوْ أَنَّا أَهْلَكْنَاهُم بِعَذَابٍ مِّن قَبْلِهِ لَقَالُوا رَبَّنَا لَوْلَا أَرْسَلْتَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولًا فَنَتَّبِعَ آيَاتِكَ مِن قَبْلِ أَن نَّذِلَّ وَنَخْزَى | |||||
| Words | |ولو - And if| أنا - We| أهلكناهم - (had) destroyed them| بعذاب - with a punishment| من - before him,| قبله - before him,| لقالوا - surely they (would) have said,| ربنا - "Our Lord,| لولا - why not| أرسلت - You sent| إلينا - to us| رسولا - a Messenger,| فنتبع - so we (could) have followed| آياتك - Your signs| من - before| قبل - before| أن - [that]| نذل - we were humiliated| ونخزى - and disgraced."| | ||||||
| 5 [28:47] | Walawla an tuseebahum museebatunbima qaddamat aydeehim fayaqooloo rabbana lawlaarsalta ilayna rasoolan fanattabiAAa ayatikawanakoona mina almu/mineena | ولولا أن تصيبهم مصيبة بما قدمت أيديهم فيقولوا ربنا لولا أرسلت إلينا رسولا فنتبع آياتك ونكون من المؤمنين وَلَوْلَا أَن تُصِيبَهُم مُّصِيبَةٌ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ فَيَقُولُوا رَبَّنَا لَوْلَا أَرْسَلْتَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولًا فَنَتَّبِعَ آيَاتِكَ وَنَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولولا - And if not| أن - [that]| تصيبهم - struck them| مصيبة - a disaster| بما - for what| قدمت - had sent forth| أيديهم - their hands| فيقولوا - and they would say,| ربنا - "Our Lord!| لولا - Why not| أرسلت - You sent| إلينا - to us| رسولا - a Messenger| فنتبع - so we (could have) followed| آياتك - Your Verses| ونكون - and we (would) have been| من - of| المؤمنين - the believers?"| | ||||||
| 6 [46:23] | Qala innama alAAilmu AAindaAllahi waoballighukum ma orsiltu bihi walakinneearakum qawman tajhaloona | قال إنما العلم عند الله وأبلغكم ما أرسلت به ولكني أراكم قوما تجهلون قَالَ إِنَّمَا الْعِلْمُ عِندَ اللَّهِ وَأُبَلِّغُكُم مَّا أُرْسِلْتُ بِهِ وَلَكِنِّي أَرَاكُمْ قَوْمًا تَجْهَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قال - He said,| إنما - "Only| العلم - the knowledge| عند - (is) with Allah| الله - (is) with Allah| وأبلغكم - and I convey to you| ما - what| أرسلت - I am sent| به - with it,| ولكني - but| أراكم - I see you| قوما - a people| تجهلون - ignorant."| | ||||||
