| 1 [4:102] | Wa-itha kunta feehim faaqamta lahumualssalata faltaqum ta-ifatun minhummaAAaka walya/khuthoo aslihatahum fa-ithasajadoo falyakoonoo min wara-ikum walta/ti ta-ifatunokhra lam yusalloo falyusalloo maAAakawalya/khuthoo hithrahum waaslihatahumwadda allatheena kafaroo law taghfuloona AAan aslihatikumwaamtiAAatikum fayameeloona AAalaykum maylatan wahidatanwala junaha AAalaykum in kana bikum athanmin matarin aw kuntum marda an tadaAAoo aslihatakumwakhuthoo hithrakum inna AllahaaAAadda lilkafireena AAathaban muheenan |  وإذا كنت فيهم فأقمت لهم الصلاة فلتقم طائفة منهم معك وليأخذوا أسلحتهم فإذا سجدوا فليكونوا من ورائكم ولتأت طائفة أخرى لم يصلوا فليصلوا معك وليأخذوا حذرهم وأسلحتهم ود الذين كفروا لو تغفلون عن أسلحتكم وأمتعتكم فيميلون عليكم ميلة واحدة ولا جناح عليكم إن كان بكم أذى من مطر أو كنتم مرضى أن تضعوا أسلحتكم وخذوا حذركم إن الله أعد للكافرين عذابا مهيناوَإِذَا كُنتَ فِيهِمْ فَأَقَمْتَ لَهُمُ الصَّلاَةَ فَلْتَقُمْ طَآئِفَةٌ مِّنْهُم مَّعَكَ وَلْيَأْخُذُواْ أَسْلِحَتَهُمْ فَإِذَا سَجَدُواْ فَلْيَكُونُواْ مِن وَرَآئِكُمْ وَلْتَأْتِ طَآئِفَةٌ أُخْرَى لَمْ يُصَلُّواْ فَلْيُصَلُّواْ مَعَكَ وَلْيَأْخُذُواْ حِذْرَهُمْ وَأَسْلِحَتَهُمْ وَدَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَوْ تَغْفُلُونَ عَنْ أَسْلِحَتِكُمْ وَأَمْتِعَتِكُمْ فَيَمِيلُونَ عَلَيْكُم مَّيْلَةً وَاحِدَةً وَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِن كَانَ بِكُمْ أَذًى مِّن مَّطَرٍ أَوْ كُنتُم مَّرْضَى أَن تَضَعُواْ أَسْلِحَتَكُمْ وَخُذُواْ حِذْرَكُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ أَعَدَّ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَذَابًا مُّهِينًا | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| كنت - you are| فيهم - among them| فأقمت - and you lead| لهم - for them| الصلاة - the prayer,| فلتقم - then let stand| طائفة - a group| منهم - of them| معك - with you| وليأخذوا - and let them take| أسلحتهم - their arms.| فإذا - Then when| سجدوا - they have prostrated,| فليكونوا - then let them be| من - from| ورائكم - behind you| ولتأت - and let come (forward)| طائفة - a group -| أخرى - other,| لم - (which has) not| يصلوا - prayed,| فليصلوا - and let them pray| معك - with you| وليأخذوا - and let them take| حذرهم - their precautions| وأسلحتهم - and their arms.| ود - Wished| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieved| لو - if| تغفلون - you neglect| عن - [about]| أسلحتكم - your arms| وأمتعتكم - and your baggage,| فيميلون - so (that) they (can) assault| عليكم - [upon] you| ميلة - (in) an attack,| واحدة - single.| ولا - But (there is) no| جناح - blame| عليكم - upon you| إن - if| كان - was| بكم - with you| أذى - any trouble| من - (because) of| مطر - rain| أو - or| كنتم - you are| مرضى - sick| أن - that| تضعوا - you lay down| أسلحتكم - your arms,| وخذوا - but take| حذركم - your precautions.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| أعد - has prepared| للكافرين - for the disbelievers| عذابا - a punishment| مهينا - humiliating.| | ||||||
| 2 [6:19] | Qul ayyu shay-in akbaru shahadatanquli Allahu shaheedun baynee wabaynakum waoohiyailayya hatha alqur-anu li-onthirakum bihiwaman balagha a-innakum latashhadoona anna maAAa Allahi alihatanokhra qul la ashhadu qul innama huwa ilahunwahidun wa-innanee baree-on mimma tushrikoona | قل أي شيء أكبر شهادة قل الله شهيد بيني وبينكم وأوحي إلي هذا القرآن لأنذركم به ومن بلغ أئنكم لتشهدون أن مع الله آلهة أخرى قل لا أشهد قل إنما هو إله واحد وإنني بريء مما تشركون قُلْ أَيُّ شَيْءٍ أَكْبَرُ شَهَادَةً قُلِ اللّهُ شَهِيدٌ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكُمْ وَأُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ هَذَا الْقُرْآنُ لِأُنذِرَكُم بِهِ وَمَن بَلَغَ أَئِنَّكُمْ لَتَشْهَدُونَ أَنَّ مَعَ اللّهِ آلِهَةً أُخْرَى قُل لاَّ أَشْهَدُ قُلْ إِنَّمَا هُوَ إِلَـهٌ وَاحِدٌ وَإِنَّنِي بَرِيءٌ مِّمَّا تُشْرِكُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| أي - "What| شيء - thing| أكبر - (is) greatest| شهادة - (as) a testimony?"| قل - Say,| الله - "Allah| شهيد - (is) Witness| بيني - between me| وبينكم - and between you,| وأوحي - and has been revealed| إلي - to me| هذا - this| القرآن - [the] Quran| لأنذركم - that I may warn you| به - with it| ومن - and whoever| بلغ - it reaches.| أئنكم - Do you truly| لتشهدون - testify| أن - that| مع - with| الله - Allah| آلهة - (there are) gods| أخرى - other?"| قل - Say,| لا - Not| أشهد - (do) I testify.| قل - Say,| إنما - "Only| هو - He| إله - (is) God,| واحد - One.| وإنني - and indeed, I am| بريء - free| مما - of what| تشركون - you associate (with Him).| | ||||||
| 3 [6:164] | Qul aghayra Allahi abghee rabbanwahuwa rabbu kulli shay-in wala taksibu kullu nafsin illaAAalayha wala taziru waziratun wizra okhrathumma ila rabbikum marjiAAukum fayunabbi-okum bimakuntum feehi takhtalifoona | قل أغير الله أبغي ربا وهو رب كل شيء ولا تكسب كل نفس إلا عليها ولا تزر وازرة وزر أخرى ثم إلى ربكم مرجعكم فينبئكم بما كنتم فيه تختلفون قُلْ أَغَيْرَ اللّهِ أَبْغِي رَبًّا وَهُوَ رَبُّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَلاَ تَكْسِبُ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ إِلاَّ عَلَيْهَا وَلاَ تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَى ثُمَّ إِلَى رَبِّكُم مَّرْجِعُكُمْ فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ فِيهِ تَخْتَلِفُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| أغير - "Is (it) other than| الله - Allah| أبغي - I (should) seek| ربا - (as) a Lord,| وهو - while He| رب - (is) the Lord| كل - (of) every| شيء - thing?"| ولا - And not| تكسب - earns| كل - every| نفس - soul| إلا - except| عليها - against itself,| ولا - and not| تزر - bears| وازرة - any bearer of burden,| وزر - burden| أخرى - (of) another.| ثم - Then| إلى - to| ربكم - your Lord| مرجعكم - (is) your return| فينبئكم - then He will inform you| بما - about what| كنتم - you were| فيه - concerning it| تختلفون - differing.| | ||||||
| 4 [17:15] | Mani ihtada fa-innama yahtadeelinafsihi waman dalla fa-innama yadilluAAalayha wala taziru waziratun wizra okhrawama kunna muAAaththibeena hattanabAAatha rasoolan | من اهتدى فإنما يهتدي لنفسه ومن ضل فإنما يضل عليها ولا تزر وازرة وزر أخرى وما كنا معذبين حتى نبعث رسولا مَّنِ اهْتَدَى فَإِنَّمَا يَهْتَدي لِنَفْسِهِ وَمَن ضَلَّ فَإِنَّمَا يَضِلُّ عَلَيْهَا وَلاَ تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَى وَمَا كُنَّا مُعَذِّبِينَ حَتَّى نَبْعَثَ رَسُولاً | |||||
| Words | |من - Whoever| اهتدى - (is) guided| فإنما - then only| يهتدي - he is guided| لنفسه - for his soul.| ومن - And whoever| ضل - goes astray| فإنما - then only| يضل - he goes astray| عليها - against it| ولا - And not| تزر - will bear| وازرة - a bearer of burden,| وزر - burden| أخرى - (of) another.| وما - And not| كنا - We| معذبين - are to punish| حتى - until,| نبعث - We have sent| رسولا - a Messenger.| | ||||||
| 5 [17:69] | Am amintum an yuAAeedakum feehi taratanokhra fayursila AAalaykum qasifan mina alrreehifayughriqakum bima kafartum thumma la tajidoo lakumAAalayna bihi tabeeAAan | أم أمنتم أن يعيدكم فيه تارة أخرى فيرسل عليكم قاصفا من الريح فيغرقكم بما كفرتم ثم لا تجدوا لكم علينا به تبيعا أَمْ أَمِنتُمْ أَن يُعِيدَكُمْ فِيهِ تَارَةً أُخْرَى فَيُرْسِلَ عَلَيْكُمْ قَاصِفا مِّنَ الرِّيحِ فَيُغْرِقَكُم بِمَا كَفَرْتُمْ ثُمَّ لاَ تَجِدُواْ لَكُمْ عَلَيْنَا بِهِ تَبِيعًا | |||||
| Words | |أم - Or| أمنتم - do you feel secure| أن - that (not)| يعيدكم - He will send you back| فيه - into it| تارة - another time,| أخرى - another time,| فيرسل - and send| عليكم - upon you| قاصفا - a hurricane| من - of| الريح - the wind,| فيغرقكم - and drown you| بما - because| كفرتم - you disbelieved?| ثم - Then| لا - not| تجدوا - you will find| لكم - for you| علينا - against Us| به - therein| تبيعا - an avenger?| | ||||||
| 6 [20:18] | Qala hiya AAasaya atawakkaoAAalayha waahushshu biha AAala ghanameewaliya feeha maaribu okhra | قال هي عصاي أتوكأ عليها وأهش بها على غنمي ولي فيها مآرب أخرى قَالَ هِيَ عَصَايَ أَتَوَكَّأُ عَلَيْهَا وَأَهُشُّ بِهَا عَلَى غَنَمِي وَلِيَ فِيهَا مَآرِبُ أُخْرَى | |||||
| Words | |قال - He said,| هي - "It| عصاي - (is) my staff;| أتوكأ - I lean| عليها - upon it,| وأهش - and I bring down leaves| بها - with it| على - for| غنمي - my sheep,| ولي - and for me| فيها - in it| مآرب - (are) uses| أخرى - other."| | ||||||
| 7 [20:22] | Waodmum yadaka ila janahikatakhruj baydaa min ghayri soo-in ayatan okhra | واضمم يدك إلى جناحك تخرج بيضاء من غير سوء آية أخرى وَاضْمُمْ يَدَكَ إِلَى جَنَاحِكَ تَخْرُجْ بَيْضَاءَ مِنْ غَيْرِ سُوءٍ آيَةً أُخْرَى | |||||
| Words | |واضمم - And draw near| يدك - your hand| إلى - to| جناحك - your side;| تخرج - it will come out| بيضاء - white,| من - without any| غير - without any| سوء - disease| آية - (as) a sign| أخرى - another.| | ||||||
| 8 [20:37] | Walaqad mananna AAalayka marratanokhra | ولقد مننا عليك مرة أخرى وَلَقَدْ مَنَنَّا عَلَيْكَ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And indeed,| مننا - We conferred a favor| عليك - on you| مرة - another time,| أخرى - another time,| | ||||||
| 9 [20:55] | Minha khalaqnakum wafeehanuAAeedukum waminha nukhrijukum taratan okhra | منها خلقناكم وفيها نعيدكم ومنها نخرجكم تارة أخرى مِنْهَا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ وَفِيهَا نُعِيدُكُمْ وَمِنْهَا نُخْرِجُكُمْ تَارَةً أُخْرَى | |||||
| Words | |منها - From it| خلقناكم - We created you,| وفيها - and in it| نعيدكم - We will return you,| ومنها - and from it| نخرجكم - We will bring you out,| تارة - time| أخرى - another.| | ||||||
| 10 [35:18] | Wala taziru waziratun wizraokhra wa-in tadAAu muthqalatun ila himlihala yuhmal minhu shay-on walaw kana thaqurba innama tunthiru allatheenayakhshawna rabbahum bialghaybi waaqamoo alssalatawaman tazakka fa-innama yatazakka linafsihiwa-ila Allahi almaseeru | ولا تزر وازرة وزر أخرى وإن تدع مثقلة إلى حملها لا يحمل منه شيء ولو كان ذا قربى إنما تنذر الذين يخشون ربهم بالغيب وأقاموا الصلاة ومن تزكى فإنما يتزكى لنفسه وإلى الله المصير وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَى وَإِن تَدْعُ مُثْقَلَةٌ إِلَى حِمْلِهَا لَا يُحْمَلْ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ وَلَوْ كَانَ ذَا قُرْبَى إِنَّمَا تُنذِرُ الَّذِينَ يَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُم بِالغَيْبِ وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَمَن تَزَكَّى فَإِنَّمَا يَتَزَكَّى لِنَفْسِهِ وَإِلَى اللَّهِ الْمَصِيرُ | |||||
| Words | |ولا - And not| تزر - will bear| وازرة - bearer of burdens| وزر - burden| أخرى - (of) another.| وإن - And if| تدع - calls| مثقلة - a heavily laden| إلى - to| حملها - (carry) its load,| لا - not| يحمل - will be carried| منه - of it| شيء - anything| ولو - even if| كان - he be| ذا - near of kin.| قربى - near of kin.| إنما - Only| تنذر - you can warn| الذين - those who| يخشون - fear| ربهم - their Lord -| بالغيب - unseen| وأقاموا - and establish| الصلاة - the prayer.| ومن - And whoever| تزكى - purifies himself,| فإنما - then only| يتزكى - he purifies| لنفسه - for his own self.| وإلى - And to| الله - Allah| المصير - (is) the destination.| | ||||||
| 11 [39:7] | In takfuroo fa-inna Allaha ghaniyyunAAankum wala yarda liAAibadihi alkufra wa-intashkuroo yardahu lakum wala taziru waziratunwizra okhra thumma ila rabbikum marjiAAukumfayunabbi-okum bima kuntum taAAmaloona innahu AAaleemun bithatialssudoori | إن تكفروا فإن الله غني عنكم ولا يرضى لعباده الكفر وإن تشكروا يرضه لكم ولا تزر وازرة وزر أخرى ثم إلى ربكم مرجعكم فينبئكم بما كنتم تعملون إنه عليم بذات الصدور إِن تَكْفُرُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ عَنكُمْ وَلَا يَرْضَى لِعِبَادِهِ الْكُفْرَ وَإِن تَشْكُرُوا يَرْضَهُ لَكُمْ وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَى ثُمَّ إِلَى رَبِّكُم مَّرْجِعُكُمْ فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ | |||||
| Words | |إن - If| تكفروا - you disbelieve| فإن - then indeed,| الله - Allah| غني - (is) free from need| عنكم - of you.| ولا - And not| يرضى - He likes| لعباده - in His slaves| الكفر - ungratefulness.| وإن - And if| تشكروا - you are grateful| يرضه - He likes it| لكم - in you.| ولا - And not| تزر - will bear| وازرة - bearer of burdens| وزر - (the) burden| أخرى - (of) another.| ثم - Then| إلى - to| ربكم - your Lord| مرجعكم - (is) your return,| فينبئكم - then He will inform you| بما - about what| كنتم - you used to| تعملون - do.| إنه - Indeed, He| عليم - (is) the All-Knower| بذات - of what (is) in the breasts.| الصدور - of what (is) in the breasts.| | ||||||
| 12 [39:68] | Wanufikha fee alssoori fasaAAiqaman fee alssamawati waman fee al-ardiilla man shaa Allahu thumma nufikha feehiokhra fa-itha hum qiyamun yanthuroona | ونفخ في الصور فصعق من في السماوات ومن في الأرض إلا من شاء الله ثم نفخ فيه أخرى فإذا هم قيام ينظرون وَنُفِخَ فِي الصُّورِ فَصَعِقَ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَن فِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا مَن شَاءَ اللَّهُ ثُمَّ نُفِخَ فِيهِ أُخْرَى فَإِذَا هُم قِيَامٌ يَنظُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ونفخ - And (will) be blown| في - [in]| الصور - the trumpet,| فصعق - then (will) fall dead| من - whoever| في - (is) in| السماوات - the heavens| ومن - and whoever| في - (is) on| الأرض - the earth| إلا - except| من - whom| شاء - Allah wills.| الله - Allah wills.| ثم - Then| نفخ - (it will) be blown| فيه - [in it]| أخرى - a second time,| فإذا - and behold!| هم - They| قيام - (will be) standing| ينظرون - waiting.| | ||||||

| 15 [65:6] | Askinoohunna min haythu sakantum minwujdikum wala tudarroohunna litudayyiqooAAalayhinna wa-in kunna olati hamlin faanfiqooAAalayhinna hatta yadaAAna hamlahunnafa-in ardaAAna lakum faatoohunna ojoorahunnawa/tamiroo baynakum bimaAAroofin wa-in taAAasartum fasaturdiAAulahu okhra | أسكنوهن من حيث سكنتم من وجدكم ولا تضاروهن لتضيقوا عليهن وإن كن أولات حمل فأنفقوا عليهن حتى يضعن حملهن فإن أرضعن لكم فآتوهن أجورهن وأتمروا بينكم بمعروف وإن تعاسرتم فسترضع له أخرى أَسْكِنُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ سَكَنتُم مِّن وُجْدِكُمْ وَلَا تُضَارُّوهُنَّ لِتُضَيِّقُوا عَلَيْهِنَّ وَإِن كُنَّ أُولَاتِ حَمْلٍ فَأَنفِقُوا عَلَيْهِنَّ حَتَّى يَضَعْنَ حَمْلَهُنَّ فَإِنْ أَرْضَعْنَ لَكُمْ فَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ وَأْتَمِرُوا بَيْنَكُم بِمَعْرُوفٍ وَإِن تَعَاسَرْتُمْ فَسَتُرْضِعُ لَهُ أُخْرَى | |||||
| Words | |أسكنوهن - Lodge them| من - from| حيث - where| سكنتم - you dwell,| من - (out) of| وجدكم - your means| ولا - and (do) not| تضاروهن - harm them| لتضيقوا - to distress| عليهن - [on] them.| وإن - And if| كن - they are| أولات - those (who are)| حمل - pregnant,| فأنفقوا - then spend| عليهن - on them| حتى - until| يضعن - they deliver| حملهن - their burden.| فإن - Then if| أرضعن - they suckle| لكم - for you,| فآتوهن - then give them| أجورهن - their payment,| وأتمروا - and consult| بينكم - among yourselves| بمعروف - with kindness,| وإن - but if| تعاسرتم - you disagree,| فسترضع - then may suckle| له - for him| أخرى - another (women).| | ||||||
