| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[78:20] | Wasuyyirati aljibalu fakanatsaraban
|  وسيرت الجبال فكانت سرابا
وَسُيِّرَتِ الْجِبَالُ فَكَانَتْ سَرَابًا |
| Words | |وسيرت - And are moved| الجبال - the mountains| فكانت - and become| سرابا - a mirage.| |

| ጋራዎችም በሚነዱበት (እንደ) ሲሪብዱም በሚኾኑበት (ቀን) ነው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { وسيِّرت الجبال } ذهب بها عن أماكنها { فكانت سرابا } هباء، أي مثله في خفة سيرها. |
| Ad lêun idurar, u$alen d aylal. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | এবং পর্বতমালা চালিত হয়ে মরীচিকা হয়ে যাবে। |
| Literal | And the mountains were made to move , so it was/became a mirage. |
| Yusuf Ali | And the mountains shall vanish, as if they were a mirage. |
| Pickthal | And the hills are set in motion and become as a mirage. |
| Arberry | and the mountains are set in motion, and become a vapour. |
| Shakir | And the mountains shall be moved off so that they shall remain a mere semblance. |
